MediaShout

About Project

This software is designed for high-quality presentations.

The main purpose is to create a compatible product with high value for end-users, differentiating it among the competitors. Modular based architecture allows for different business models and enhanced user experience with a chance to extend the target audience. The goal for the project is to make MediaShout easier to use and faster to create presentations for the end user.

Moodle Education

Project Description

An analytics and management tool for schools in the USA based on Moodle. We (and our client) use Moodle as a framework to build many different kinds of learning and education solutions. At times, we simply re-skin the existing project, and it’s ready for delivery. The client is from Miami and has BMW, Stanford, and MIT, along with 100+ other clients using its Moodle solutions, which we develop.

Challenge

Learning how Moodle works was a challenge, because it is a huge, somewhat older, but still powerful framework for the development of education projects. Our client is, at the same time, also working on providing their clients with possible, non-moodle solutions based on the latest frontend technologies.

Solution

We help extract statistical data gathered in Moodle and present it on a single dashboard in the form of printable charts, graphs, and multiple formatted reports....

Promo Tool

Project Description

A .NET-based application for creating and tracking multiple marketing and promotional activities. User can create a PromoActivity, request resources for it, have it approved, and start the process of its implementation while tracking resources expended.

Challenge

Our client needed this project to be implemented with the XAF framework (DevExpress) and DevExpress database management libraries. This was a new technology for our teams, but we managed to implement them in a short time period and perform on the same level as the existing, internal team of the client.

Solution

An enterprise-sized application that allows big companies to track marketing and promomotional activities. Marketing management can generate reports out of the data they receive about the activities.

Diligent

Project Description

Diligent is a system dedicated to help investment companies find the best fund managers. It allows clients to select candidates through a series of custom stages, criteria, and questions. With this system, any investment company has a chance to hire a fund manager that will correspond with its specific needs.

Challenge

Diligent's main goal is to help investment companies find the best fund managers for their specific needs and criteria through a transparent selection process. The interface must be clear and intuitive, enabling investment companies to find and utilize these tools swiftly and efficiently.

Solution

Diligent consists of a variety of tools enabling a client to create and adjust the candidate selection process as well as conduct interviews. It also includes ratings and report generation. This approach ensures a convenient process for finding an appropriate...

Weather App

Project Description

A client approached us with a revolutionary idea: create the world’s most powerful web application for tracking anything weather related, while keeping the user interface simple, friendly, and enjoyable.

Industry

Tourism

Challenge

One of the major challenges that the team encountered was to show weather patterns in real time, overlaying that effect onto existing imagery. We wanted the user to feel total control and connection with what happens on the screen, allowing them to intuitively track any weather pattern or metric, including cyclones and anticyclones, wind direction, speed, precipitation, etc.

Solution

A new mobile application that has a smooth user experience, using the OpenGL API to solve the problem of overlaying visualized data. It not only offers high-level weather analytics, but also includes professional climate-related...

Westarc

An application that manages the basic flow of documents for accounting & financial departments and cashier systems.

Industry

Management / Finance

Challenge

This is a huge project, which was in development for over 10 years before we took part in it. The main challenge for us was to put into practice the knowledge and experience we received from the product owners and internal development team. We had to follow development patterns that were already established on the project for years and still integrate the latest tools and technologies.

Solution

Westarc.ArcUser, a web application for communities with cashier systems, etc. It has UI customization based on XML templates and uses WCF to notify members of important information via SMS, emails, or letters.

Feedback summary:

inVeritaSoft met all development requirements within their project estimates. Efficient and proactive communication helped them understand the project and produce an app that impressed internal team members and improved marketing efforts.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the president and CEO of Energy Lighting Services. We are a commercial lighting and electrical contracting company based in Nashville, Tennessee.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?

We wanted a partner to update our company’s iOS and Android mobile apps.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

inVeritaSoft took our legacy application, that had been developed by a former employee, and reworked the system and updated its code. The new platform featured our most current logos, contact information, and backend data. Our internal team uses the app as a marketing tool. In our networking and outreach efforts, our representative can show potential clients a quick calculation of the money they could save if they switched from their current lighting system to our LED system using the app.

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with two people from inVeritaSoft.

How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?

One of our local partners connected us with inVeritaSoft for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from November 2017–May 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

inVeritaSoft’s produced very high-quality work and met all of our expectations and they quickly addressed any bugs. Our internal team is happy with the application.

How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated efficiently through email and the occasional Skype call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed that they were able to complete the project within their estimated timeline and price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, the project delays were mostly due to communication problems on my end. I know I’m hard to get in touch with and the time difference didn’t make it any easier.

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend clients be very specific and detailed with their instructions to avoid any issues stemming from the language barrier. There may be a little back-and-forth, but inVeritaSoft is committed to delivering exactly what you want.

InVeritaSoft’s software has 500 users and was praised by technical leaders for its quality and performance. The team’s excellent communication and project management skills assured that everyone was always up to date. Their ability to scale the team was instrumental to the project’s success.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the chief product officer of an IT company. We assist with the delivery of products for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector of the economy by providing sales force automation (SFA).

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with InVeritaSoft?

We had an in-house team working to develop the software, but the demand outweighed our internal capabilities. We were looking to outsource some of the work.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We used InVeritaSoft as a starter team. We provided technical requirements for the initial phases of the project, which they completed. Then, we mixed them in with our internal team to plan the scope and complete the delivery. The InVeritaSoft team was responsible for managing communications about the project with the in-house team, and external business owners and analysts.

The software was designed to automate a part of our consumer’s companies. In the FMCG sector, many companies produce food for promotional activities and launches. Our software aims to ease that process, provide analytical data, and send reports on their efficiently level. We are still working together to improve the product.

What is the team composition?

I worked closely with the project manager, who was responsible for communicating with the development team and providing me with the proper reports. Initially, we had a team of three or four developers, but that number shifted based on the phase of the project.

How did you come to work with InVeritaSoft?

I was referred to their company by one of my colleagues and they offered a balanced price for their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2016 and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our product has 500 users. After a monthly review with my technical leaders, they praised InVeritaSoft’s quality of work. The in-house development team is constantly working with theirs to improve the code.

How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

InVeritaSoft provided a project plan that generally aligned with what I was expecting. They efficiently managed the scope and completed the project on a fixed bid. The team provided consistent updates, promptly alerted me to any delays, and informed me of their current work and the work that still needed to be done. We were on the same page throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by a variety of their qualities. I mostly appreciated their communication level and their team’s flexibility. Due to our changing requirements and inconsistent incoming information, we needed a team that could scale up or down on a need-by-need basis, and they did.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In terms of the service provided, everything was fluid. But, they could work on prioritizing as they company continues to grow.

They’re dependable and efficient, doing good work that meets the project scope. They manage projects well and listen to needs to find the best solution. They’re continually looking to improve their services and establish an experienced team.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Stajen Consulting, a small consulting company that helps organizations with leadership and software development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?

There’s a big shortage of skilled software developers in Sweden, so I needed to find developers who I could connect with my clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I connected inVeritaSoft with a business colleague who works in the startup community in Stockholm. I told the client what skills inVeritaSoft had, my colleague explained what they needed, and I went back to inVeritaSoft to tailor a solution to those needs. They helped develop a system to better manage the workflow of documents.

inVeritaSoft usually works with small IT startup companies that have a promising business idea but need quick help to develop the frontend and backend of their solution. They mainly use .NET and JavaScript and make both iOS and Android apps.

What is the team composition?

The team usually includes 2–3 people: one senior developer and a few junior developers.

How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?

I looked for developers in various countries. inVeritaSoft had skilled developers, were cost-effective (about a quarter of the price of Swedish developers), and had a terrific HR department that took care of their employees.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from February 2017–May 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My clients are happy and haven’t ever complained about inVeritaSoft’s work. They stay within the project and deliver on time.

How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not directly involved with project management, but I’ve heard inVeritaSoft follows instructions well and works closely with project leaders. They typically meet in-person with my client initially and then use Skype or other video conferencing tools to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They handle projects professionally and listen to my clients to find the best fit for their needs. They’ve even gone out and hired a new developer to accomplish a task one of my clients needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should work on growing their junior developers into senior developers and expanding the team’s competence. This is something I know they’re working on.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re the makers of MediaShout, a church presentation software company. I’m the president and owner.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?

We needed to transfer our existing product from C++ to .NET.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They evaluated our product and compared it to our competitors. They helped redesign the UI for our Version 7 in an innovative and creative way. U.S. churches form our primary customer base and the software accommodates a variety of media, including sermon notes, scriptures, lyrics, moving backgrounds, and video. They transferred the existing platform to .NET and added a lot of new functionality that greatly enhances the user experience.

What is the team composition?

We originally had a team of three developers and a project manager. That has grown to a team of six.

How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?

They approached me. They were visiting Nashville at the time and I was impressed by their pitch. We’ve used multiple companies in India, California, and Ukraine in the past 17 years but liked what they offered.  The city they’re based in has a top-notch university and is the Silicon Valley of Eastern Europe. Their culture was similar to ours, the people are bright, and their costs were lower than U.S. companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $180,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working together in September 2017 and development is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have a good QA system set up and we’re just getting the first working draft up and running. The result so far is beyond all my expectations. Whenever there’s a bug or a crash, they address the problem immediately. They fix issues before we notice them.

How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager is stellar. They’re smart, organized, and retain highly competent people. They recruited a brilliant senior tech lead and have been a wonderful partner. We mainly communicate through Jira and have a morning meeting every weekday by phone. We also use Skype and Slack and have met in person multiple times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re masterful, insightful, and efficient and I can’t praise them enough. Their company culture is healthy and well-defined. Their people have character and integrity and their corporate values and culture are very similar to our own. That’s very attractive to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m impressed by them and they exceed all my expectations. Working with them is a gift and I have no recommendations for improvements.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get to know them and their culture. They’re in the U.S. frequently, and we go visit them once a year. Building a relationship with them is important.

InVeritaSoft delivers exceptional project management processes and leadership. Their efficiency, focus, and management ensure that any code change or issue is quickly remedied. With a team of project-specific experts, they provide guidance for an evolving software development lifecycle.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CTO of Earning.com. We are a workforce automation startup focused on the freelance gig economy.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with InVeritaSoft?

We needed assistance with development efforts for our web and mobile app. Since we knew we would not have a consistent output, it made more sense to outsource the work instead of hiring someone internally for a full-time position.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve worked with InVeritaSoft on multiple projects where they have provided Native and React Native iOS and Android apps. However, for this specific project, they created a responsive web application and mobile app on an agile platform. They used a technology stack that included Angular, JavaScript, html5, CSS3, ASP.net, WebAPI.net, and they assisted with AWS’ Cognito.

They assisted with the entire software development lifecycle and project management. They gathered requirements, turned them into user stories, created a login and registration page, and directed development efforts through demos to product completion.

They’ve developed code for additional projects, including creating a bounty system for our ICO platform and providing development operations on our AWS cloud platform. Additionally, they provide wireframes and design efforts depending on the project, level of documentation, and requirements.

What is the team composition?

At it’s largest, the team was made up of 10–12 people including developers and a project manager.

How did you come to work with InVeritaSoft?

Different colleagues referred them to me. I selected InVeritaSoft because their development process was more mature and defined than what I had seen with most vendors. They also showed a much better partnership role than what I was familiar with in traditional outsourcing companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first began working together October 2017, and they are still providing us with development work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provide exceptional code quality and have a rapid turnaround time for addressing any issues or code changes. They have a focused team that is expertly run by a senior project manager, which increases their efficiency. Their ability to focus on the project, without any other pulls for the team’s attention, helps in delivering a high-quality product and is not something that I’ve seen in many onshore teams. I’ve had a very good experience working with them.

How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management and senior project managers are some of the key benefits of working with them. A lot of times software development projects will fail because of the project leadership, and as a startup company, we didn’t have the bandwidth to be full-time project managers. To have a vendor that put an experienced senior level project manager in that leadership position made all the difference in the project’s success.

Overall, InVeritaSoft has a very well defined project management process. They manage user stories and scrum boards, use Jira for task management, and interact with you along the way—keeping you updated on project status and defining, or re-defining, requirements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have extremely skilled developers and leadership that understands the development process. InVeritaSoft looks at candidates’ success in other projects and how that translates to success in your project. Because of that, we weren’t just working with a development team; we were working people that were experts in exactly what we needed. We could rely on them to answer our questions and provide us with guidance, and that level of involvement is rare in an offshore team.

They viewed the work as an opportunity to develop a long-term partnership. So, they weren’t taking routes that would stretch out the project and make them the most profit, but they were making choices that worked best for us. That honesty was huge to us and has definitely cemented our relationship.

Additionally, we didn’t have to go in with every specification laid out in detail or every step of the development process established. They were able to take a well-defined process and use agile methodologies to adapt the approach, draw out and identify important user stories, and define different priorities as the project evolved

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their team will continue to be incredibly successful as they grow and mature their processes further. They’re on the right track to become a giant provider of development services. I think there is always room for improvement, but nothing sticks out as a major pain point.

Feedback summary:

The partnership is successful thanks to good communication and professionalism. inVertiaSoft helps find deficiencies in project requirements and honest strategy. They provide strong demos for projects and hands-on senior engagement.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO and owner of Still Waters Technology, a custom software development company. We work predominantly in technology associated with multi-site program and project management.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with inVertiaSoft?

We initially wanted overflow software development support. As our needs spiked, we decided we wanted an extension of our labor force.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help with various software. I don’t know their full technical capabilities, but we use them for Solidity, .NET, and Angular on the frontend. We’re about halfway done with a program that allows people to provide services to cryptocurrency funded companies in exchange for cryptocurrency. It’s a kind of crowdsourced labor website, and freelancers can provide transactional labor like translations or blog posts to those companies.

What is the team composition?

We first worked with their CTO, who then handed the project to his architects and a senior project manager. My team interacts predominantly with that PM. We’ve trained between four and six developers as well.

How did you come to work with inVertiaSoft?

We had a partner on the ground in Ukraine. He knows all the local companies there and recommended a few to us. We wanted a mid-sized company that was able to staff senior officers and run autonomous projects but wasn’t so big we got lost in the clutter. inVertiaSoft was aggressive in pursuing us, and were proactive communicators for the six months before we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

All of our invoices currently total above $40,000 or $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on the Solidity project in September 2017. We’re currently on our third project with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This is the first cross-team development project I’ve had that is successful. Their communication is substantially better than my own team, and they’ve made the project perform well. We’ve finished two products now, a Solidity token and an onboarding wizard. They provide a brilliant level of professionalism. They may have gone above and beyond to win our business, but they performed well. They thought outside the box and solved problems we had. It’s uncommon for outsourced labor to take this level of ownership and be so relentless to finish projects on time. The demos for the system they’re working on look great and communication is very good.

How did inVertiaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Team feedback is extremely positive. My technical staff raves about how great the PM is. We use Slack and Jira to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their senior engagement is very hands on. They make sure projects succeed on a personal level.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven’t had any negative experiences.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The main mistake people could make is explaining what needs to be done without saying why. Explain your business context and drivers of the project. They will help find deficiencies in your requirements and help you design a better strategy. That was the main reason this partnership is succeeding.

We currently have two developers on their side, and interact with both daily. We handle project management on our side.

How did you come to work with inVertiaSoft?

One of our former business associates is a client of theirs. He told us that inVertiaSoft was a good company, so we started using them.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their work has been between $50,000 and $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with inVertiaSoft in February 2017, and continue to use two full-time developers from them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have an idea of what we expect their team to deliver, which we can compare that to what they have delivered. inVertiaSoft is doing well.

As an organization, we have limited time and resources. Sometimes we provide weaker specifications. When we were not completely satisfied with inVertiaSoft, we had ourselves to blame.

We’ve asked them for some reworks, but this is to be expected. While we’ve been working on this system for some time, they haven’t been around long.

How did inVertiaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They have provided us with a project manager, but we haven’t used that resource to the extent that inVertiaSoft wanted. We handle project management ourselves, and call the team daily to talk about what they’ve been doing, what their problems are, and how they will progress forward.

We mostly communicate using Skype and email, and use Git for documentation and specifications. We try to write as much as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re loyal and hardworking.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone has cons, but those can also be tied to how we’re using their resources. I’m satisfied with inVertiaSoft’s delivery.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should prepare the documentation with a moderate level of accuracy or detail, and let the inVertiaSoft team propose a solution. It’s important not to be too shallow when it comes to specifications, as this can force the developers to guess too much.

A collaborative and professional approach allowed for a very smooth onboarding process, and their level of technical skill yielded high-quality code that required very little oversight/QA. The initial engagement was very successful and has led to an ongoing partnership.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of a company that uses matchmaking AI to connect professionals over lunch. We also offer event services within the app, which assist with organization and management while also matching professionally compatible attendants prior to the event.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?

We needed to find reliable developers to help us with the build. We wanted backend developers fluent in Java and frontend developers that could connect with our backend, which was built in React.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started talking through Skype and connected over email. We outlined our major business goals, they walked us through what they could offer, and we agreed on the time to start. They primarily helped with connections to the backend built, and there was a lot of frontend work as well. They made sure the UX/UI were responsive and visually appealing. It looks very good because we created a mobile-friendly website instead of an app.

We’ve started working with them on the event platform as well, which is primarily marketed towards organizations or companies that host events. We have both B2B and B2C, and this was B2B2C.

What is the team dynamic?

We primarily interacted with Andrew [CMO & Service Delivery, inVeritaSoft] and Andriy [Frontend Developer, inVeritaSoft]. We also had a project manager who served as the Scrum leader, an additional frontend developer, and a backend developer.

How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?

We found them by chance. They were either recommended or they sent an email to us at an opportune time. We were in communication with a few other development companies, but we ended up choosing inVeritaSoft because they sounded the most serious.

How much have you invested with them?

We set a fixed price for the first project to make sure we could collaborate effectively, but the payment model is evolving. We've spent around $25,000 as of now.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since June 2017, but the project we originally started with them is finished. We had a strict deadline in early September. We were very happy with the engagement and have since continued our relationship.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have several in-house developers that they’ve had to collaborate with, and they’ve done so very effectively. They are now a solidified member of our team. The work that they’ve completed has been very high quality, and we haven’t had to revisit any of their work.

At one point during the project, there was a developer on their end that was not delivering to our standards. When we notified inVeritaSoft, they worked hard to address the issue and make sure we were fully satisfied with the engagement. They gave us a few options on how to move forward, and we ended up continuing to work with this developer while working actively with the rest of the team to minimizing any negative impacts.

How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very good. They’re using Jira for task management and Scrum and Agile systems for these projects, which are very similar to those that we use. We fit very well together, and they're very professional in their approach. We also use Slack for daily communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When we started discussing the scope of the project, they understood what it was we were looking for right away and started working. There weren’t any problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s sometimes difficult to try out the people that they hire, because it’s dependent on the specific needs of the client. Something may be perfect for other clients but might not fit our requirements. It’s just like hiring a new employee; you’re never sure that it’s going to work, but you have to try. When addressing these minor issues, inVeritaSoft has been very in-tune with our needs and have been great about listening to our feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be specific and professional. Tell them exactly what you want and when you want it. The more information you can give them, the more they can deliver with regard to both timeliness and quality.

The developers’ work is high-quality, with the code and reports passing meticulous checks and ongoing monitoring, meeting expectations so far. Communicative, responsive, and friendly, the professional team maintain a good working relationship and are available at all times.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a company that specializes in providing high-risk consultants to end customers. We’re a small company which means I tend to focus on one or two products at a time.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with InVeritaSoft?

I’m working with a B2B customer in the construction industry, selling products on their website using Hybris e-commerce. I needed additional resources to work with me on this project; preferably people with a documented background working at different Hybris e-commerce projects, or certified people who know this technology.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I continuously talk to them and ask them if they have certain profiles or people we are looking for. They are always willing to help and try to find what I’m looking for. So far, we didn’t expand our cooperation further, but I’m convinced sooner or later they will be able to expand and find more suitable people and we probably will continue.

What is the team composition?

I have 2 contacts, Andrew [CMO & Service Delivery, InVeritaSoft] and Orest [COO, InVeritaSoft]. I usually interact with both of them.

How did you come to work with InVeritaSoft?

They contacted me on LinkedIn and mentioned they had competency within Hybris. I responded and asked for what kind of profiles they had. Over time, by email, they started to provide me with CVs and profiles of people that looked interesting. Once I saw that they were able to provide these types of people with certain profiles, I started researching the need on the client’s side. I adopted one of their consultants to be interviewed by my end client. In the end, that person was accepted by my client.

How much have you invested with them?

10,000-20,000 euros [$12,250–$24,500].

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in mid-2017 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I am monitoring the developers they provided so far. I see their output and the results they produce. I scrutinize it myself; checking the reports and their code. I conduct hands-on reviews of the work they produce. They meet my expectations. I’m happy overall.

How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Google Docs and email. We have a good channel on Skype where we’re able to reach each other at any time. They’re quite responsive. Being busy with various projects, I appreciate being able to ping them and quickly get a response.

The technical resources are offshore. They’re mainly located in Ukraine. I’ve also had them visit here in my office in Sweden when we started.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness is good; I’m always able to reach them. Their ability to find developers fairly quickly is also good. They’re friendly to interact with and are working out really well.
