SEO Content and Ongoing PPC for Growth
Jacob's Heating and Air Conditioning came to Intuitive Digital with the goal of generating more business for the install and service of home HVAC systems in the Portland metro area.
Our team updated Jacob's Heating 25 service pages to reflect their brand. This inclided changing their call to actions, optimize their SEO and increase their web rankings.
Their updated site and rich content has generated significant leads; traffic has increased by 20%, and submissions went up more than 300%.

Paid Media Increases Website Visits and Conversions
Oregon Trail Recovery (OTR) reached out to Intuitive Digital with the goal of establishing a consistent stream of leads, while also increasing phone calls and form inquiries. The Paid Media team got hard to work assessing OTR’s digital marketing needs and putting together a comprehensive strategy audit.
In order to drive more leads, we strategically decided to focus our digital marketing efforts on Paid Search, Paid Social, and new customized landing pages.
As a result of our paid media campaigns, OTR and PCTD have seen significant increases in website traffic with a +334.5% increase in website sessions, as well as an increase in conversions and ad impressions

Organizing GoogleAds to Increase Conversions
Our strategy with HeatMasterss was to build out tactical campaigns at each stage of the conversion funnel. This included awareness, consideration and conversion campaigns across a diversity of platforms. We organized their current Google Ads to keep relevance by rewriting their copy, creating new responsive search ads, repurposing existing videos to new YouTube ads, and more.
Building out these campaigns generated new leads for HeatMasterss. These customers are contacting them directly for and purchasing through them or their dealers. Our work has shown an 198% Google Ads Conversion increase while decreasing the cost per conversion by 77%.

SEO growth and organic conversions
When Intuitive first began working with Tour DeVine, their website had been hacked, improperly fixed, and ready for a revamp.
What started as a technical SEO project turned into a new website. Intuitive and Tour DeVine partnered together to bring great copy and SEO skills to their beautiful pictures and developed great content that drives traffic and new users.
Since the old site was hacked, it's hard to give data from before the site launch. However, we know that organic traffic increased by 66% after the Intuitive x Tour DeVine partnership!

PPC for Student Recruitment for Portland and Eugene Masters Programs
SOJC Portland and Eugene have a limited budget and very specific (but different) audiences they're trying to reach to generate qualified leads to fill their classes.
We worked closely with them to create clear potential student personas with specific audiences and location targets.
Our ongoing optimizations focus on ensuring our ads reach their ideal applicants. We then deploy retargeting ads to make sure users complete a program application.
Our work with the University of Oregon has resulted in filling student caps in enrollments periods for their programs for the last two years. We've seen a 139% increase in Portland ad clicks, as well as a 192% increase in paid search traffic to their website.

Updated Design and Improved User Experience for Gearhart Ocean Inn
Intuitive built Mosaik Design a website built on photos. The web team was able to use photos to tell a beautiful story of the work they've done. The professional photos helped the website achieve the look of a luxury magazine, and Intuitive's web team worked with an SEO firm to create a sitemap and develop a new voice for their copy.
We incorporated testimonials, magazine features and blog posts to support Mosaik's authority and build trust with protential clients.

We initially met with Intuitive and described our goals, budget and programs to give insight into what we were hoping to achieve over the course of a year since higher ed works off an academic calendar.

I’m the general manager of West Coast Moving and Storage. We deliver, store, and move upright and grand pianos, but we also do household and commercial moves, as well.

We hired Intuitive Digital for a variety of reasons, but mainly to get our name out there more. We’re well known for our piano moving services, but we wanted to be more recognized for our other services, so they’ve been helping with our marketing and advertising efforts too.

Intuitive Digital works with us on PPC efforts, including Google Ads. They work on advertising campaigns to get our name recognized in relevant markets. Their team also manages SEO efforts and focus heavily on modifying the strategies to match our needs. They revamp our landing pages to keep them updated and relevant.

For example, when we do specific advertisements for one service, we’ll practically see an overnight impact and significant growth. The difference in our growth since we’ve started working together is truly night and day.

They’ve been excellent—I can’t say enough positive things about how they’ve managed the work. They’re very helpful when I don’t understand the terminology. We have a couple different drug and alcohol treatment entities—Compassionate Interventions, Oregon Trail Recovery, and Pacific Crest Trail Detox—addressing intervention, detox, and outpatient with structured sober living. My wife and I are the owners. I am the CEO and Jennifer is the COO. We have been doing interventions for 13 years, outpatient for six years, and detox for two years.
For what projects/services did your company hire Intuitive Digital?
We hired Intuitive Digital to address our SEO and get us certified with LegitScript so we could buy Google adwords. They also revamped some of our webpages.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted higher rankings without losing the mission and values of our company.
How did you select this vendor?
We hired a client placement specialist who knew Nick, the owner of Intuitive. We met for dinner and he was very transparent when I asked him some "hard questions" based on a previous bad experience we had with another vendor. Nick was honest and forthcoming throughout the meeting (and in our continued relationship as well).
Describe the project in detail.
We had gone with a national SEO company that specializes in the behavioral healthcare space and had actually lost position on several search engines.Most SEO companies just load your site up with keywords (some of which may not address your mission) and it does nothing for you in the long run (running the keyword "detox" when you don't own one for example). Intuitive came in, revamped our pages, got us certified with LegitScript, and got our traffic (and our rating) much higher. They did all of these things without losing the character of our company or misrepresenting our services. They have exceded all of our expectations.
What was the team composition?
As I mentioned, Nick is incredibly honest and transparent. Even though we have an account manager, he is always available to us. Kelly, our account manager, is very responsive and attentive to us. The last vendor we used was very slow in responding, if at all. Intuitive has always responded to voicemails and emails in a timely fashion. Having been in their offices several times, I've also met several other team members who are professional and based on our experienced results, the best at what they do.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I could publish a whole SEO services report for our companies to show the progress almost across the board, almost every month. Of course, with SEO, an area might dip one month, and another area dip the following month, but with Intuitive, our overall performance has improved every month. I can't give you hard numbers at this time (they are not with me), but we have had significant increases in our SEO.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The work flow is excellent. The only downside, I'm ashamed to admit, is that a couple times we haven't been as responsive in discussions about webpage content. Again, to emphasize, that was our teams' mistake and not Intuitive. They send us gentle reminders instead of letting the project stagnate. We've worked with other companies that would not follow up if we weren't responsive.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Transparency is everything to me. Everyone I have worked with has been completely forthcoming. If an area of SEO dips one month, Intuitive investigates it and gives me possible reasons when we meet.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The only thing I can think of and it is really petty, is their offices are in a locked building and sometimes when I'm trying to get in for a meeting, I can't use the keypad (because I can't reach anyone), so I have to call someone on their cell.

Our initial engagement was for PPC, but we also conducted a web audit and were slated to move forward with web updates and maintenance.
What were your goals for this project?
We set out to increase online sales and improve our online shopping experience.
How did you select this vendor?
I’d researched different agencies and initiated conversations with several before deciding to sign an agreement with Intuitive Digital. Part of my decision was based on how they presented themselves. They claimed to hold to a set of values that included always doing the right thing and holding themselves responsible for not delivering results. Their digital marketing services purported to be comprehensive as well.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We began with a PPC agreement, and I expressed to them that the website needed work as well. I was also interested in SEO services. In our three-month engagement, they set up ineffective Google Ads and performed a website audit that concluded our website needed work, as I’d already told them.
What was the team composition?
I interfaced with Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) and Kelly (Account Manager, Intuitive Digital), the assigned project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We invested around $5,000 in three months and saw only nine sales, resulting in just over $300. And it wasn’t even clear that any of the sales were attributable to Intuitive Digital’s work. I canceled the engagement after those three months. They gave excuses about the timeline and the amount of money, and instead of forgiving the final invoice of almost $500, they insisted that the work was done and needed to be paid for. I was deeply disappointed and full of regret.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I received two phone calls, a few emails, and no reports.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The results were terrible. If you are a company that has time and money to pay for ineffective work, I highly recommend Intuitive Digital. I'm happy to speak to anyone interested in my dismal experience.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The results were terrible. They talked hype and didn’t deliver much for the money. The values they talked about before the project didn’t amount to much in the results.

We appreciate all feedback from our partners and, in many communications, explained our sadness with your unhappiness. You hit it right on the head that there are upfront costs in building a digital marketing strategy. The value we created is maintained in the documents, account, strategy, and sales (although they just started to come in). We tried working with you to make you happy, and I believe despite our best efforts to educate, you don’t have a clear understanding of the time and effort digital marketing strategies take to build value.
We are the second top-rated agency in Portland you hired for a short project. You expected results immediately and did not continue working with either agency. Once we heard you were unhappy and no longer wanted to continue with our services, we waived the required cancellation notice period ($3,750 of contracted work) and reduced your final invoice to cover only work that was completed. I was concerned when you emailed us saying we needed to waive your invoice or you’d post a negative review, but I believe in our team and the work they did for you. I also do not believe negative reviews should be used as leverage against a business. I wish you the best of luck and hope you find what you’re looking for.

I’m the acting executive director at the Rebuilding Center, a nonprofit thrift store for salvaged building materials. We also offer deconstruction services, education, and community outreach programs.
What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?
We offer a variety of services and wanted to weave them together under our mission of making a material difference through reuse. Specifically, we wanted a partner to improve our targeted online marketing and digital analytics to help people find us easier.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intuitive Digital did detailed work on our SEO, analytics, and website. We operate multiple businesses and programs under one roof, so they consolidated some of our review pages to be more cohesive. We had different domains, wording, and messaging all over the place, and Intuitive Digital streamlined our branding across all those channels.
For the website, they integrated specific targeted goals based on our mission statement and established a Google Analytics dashboard to easily track that information. They also redesigned the homepage and identified new language to better reflect our organization's goals. One of the final projects was setting up our first Google Ad Grant. Google has specific contact requirements and criteria for the award, so Intuitive Digital figured all that out and helped us successfully achieve the grant.

We don’t have the internal resources required to handle the vast scope of our marketing efforts, so we hired Intuitive to act as an extension of our team. They were brought in on a monthly retainer to quickly tackle both recurring and ad hoc marketing projects as they come up.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intuitive manages all of our search engine marketing (SEM) channels including paid search through AdWords and BingAds, YouTube video marketing, and display network marketing. They also oversee our social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram by optimizing sponsored ads. Additionally, they provide website SEO by making sure each page is optimized for target keywords and our listings and citations across the web are uniform and complete. It’s a fairly robust engagement as they manage everything from our direct response marketing to our social media platforms.
We operate within a highly regulated industry, so creating marketing content that’s compliant with the regulations imposed on us has always been a challenge. Intuitive overcame that challenge by utilizing Google Docs so both parties can quickly edit drafts for compliance and approve deliverables. This has proven to be a long-term solution for us.
To maximize our content, they suggested breaking down a single deliverable and recycling it across different marketing channels. For example, if we have two-minute long video testimonial, it can be cut into different lengths. As a result, we’ve used six seconds of footage for a YouTube ad and 30 seconds for a TV commercial, and the full two minutes for a promotional video simply hosted on our website. Going further, we could use screenshots of the same video for display ads.

Their PPC efforts have increased conversions by 17% while decreasing the cost per conversion by 34%. Furthermore, the social marketing channels have experienced an 84% increase in conversions and a 28% reduction in cost per conversion.
How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We share a single email address with everyone that works on the account to ensure the whole team stays updated with the newest information’s and can quickly receive answers to questions. Intuitive’s project management is remarkable as they expertly utilize Google Docs and Google Drive. We hold a monthly meeting in-person and send a recap email an hour after it’s concluded, so everyone understands the tasks at hand. Overall, their communication is top-notch and the project management is stellar.
What did you find most impressive about them?
If issues arise, Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) quickly handles them personally. His authority and prompt involvement keep projects on track.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have several development projects planned but would like to see Intuitive grow the number of employees they have. They’re currently on this path, but it’s a natural progression that’s driven by the number of total clients they have.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be ready to work just as hard as they do. You’ll be held to as high of a standard as them, but your company will flourish because of it.

I’m the owner of AV Awakenings. We provide technology for smart homes.
What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?
It had been a number of years since we had last updated our website, and we were looking to revitalize our brand.

Intuitive Digital oversaw a complete rebuild of our website and updated our logo and signage as part of an overarching rebrand of the company. The new website includes a collection of collated photography, video, testimonials, and a variety of other content. The Intuitive Digital team also manages our social media channels, email marketing, and print marketing to promote events and maintain a consistent company voice.
