TAPPY
As an online therapy platform, Tappy is an intermediary digital therapy platform where psychologists and counsellors who are experts in their fields and people who are looking for a counsellor meet. Users can easily connect to the therapy session either via computer or phone; they can also make an appointment for the most convenient time for them. In this way, users can determine both their therapist and session time and get support without being tied to any time or place.
The application also has an emergency button for emergencies such as panic attacks, etc. The user is assigned to a consultant in the fastest way using this feature.
A special video call infrastructure has been developed for Tappy, for which we have completed the mobile application development processes. Architecture has been designed in which users can make appointments without interruption and make secure payments.

Heyra
Heyra, a Germany-based startup, is a platform where users can chat and communicate with like-minded people. The goal of the application is that people with similar interests and characteristics listen to each other, chat and communicate.
Heyra is a good social networking platform that allows people to communicate through (video) calls. Through Heyra, users can connect to a listener who can understand and listen to their problems such as work stress, discrimination, relationship problems, coping with daily life.
Custom video call infrastructure, payment integration and matching algorithms have been developed for Heyra, where we carry out UI/UX design and mobile application development processes.

BIZ BAYMAKLIYIZ EVENT APP
The Biz Baymaklıyız mobile application specifically developed for Baymak brings together Baymak dealers. Thanks to the application, which includes all the information and details of Baymak's traditional dealer meetings, members can register for workshops and trainings and share the photos of fun moments on this portal.
The application, which brings all of Baymak's activities together in a single application, also stands out with its interactive features. Thanks to features like messaging and competitions such as polls, live voting, etc. become much more enjoyable, while the interaction of the members is at the highest level.

MEKANFIX
Mekanfix is a mobile application where users can purchase price offers and services according to the criteria (paint/whitewash, parquet, furniture, etc.) they have determined, and request an estimate for pricing.
Users can request an exploration by entering the desired transaction, the size and square meters of the area where the transaction will be applied, and the address information. The system automatically assigns a master to the user for discovery. After the user approves the proposal issued after the discovery request, the payment process is carried out and the process is started by determining the date for the modification.
The Mekanfix project, where we carry out the UI/UX design and application development processes, has been developed as a platform where users can easily enter the service criteria they want to receive, make requests and make their payments with confidence.

KAPITAL EVENTS
Thanks to the Kapital Events application, which we developed for Kapital Medya, Turkey's most established independent publishing house, which includes MediaCat, DigitalAge and MediaCat Books, valuable events, including Brand Week Istanbul and DigitalAge Summit, can now be accessed from a single address.
By using Kapital Events, users can access the details (program, calendar, speakers, etc.) of all events and buy tickets to any event they wish. While the application offers its users the opportunity to register quickly at the entrance to the events, it also builds an interactive event experience with its social networks and networking opportunities.

SERTIFIER
The blockchain-based initiative Sertifier, which enables the design, distribution, storage and querying of certificates and badges for training and events, enables certificates to be easily designed and distributed digitally to attendees. While it carries the certification processes of organizations to the digital environment, it also allows individuals to share their training data by storing them in a secure environment.
Through Sertifier, where we have implemented corporate identity, UI/UX design and platform development processes, all training certificates can be sent, tracked or used by integrating with existing e-learning platforms.

ANADOLU EFES SPORTS CLUB MOBILE APPLICATION
The mobile application, which is actively used by thousands of fans, allows fans to become a part of the Anadolu Efes Fan Club ecosystem by creating memberships. While the fans can write comments on the matches and news, they can also follow other Fan Club members, see which news the members they follow leave comments on, and which matches they watch in the stands. At the same time, live match statistics can be followed through the application.
With short-term competitions broadcast live, Fan Club members can gain Fan Club points even if they do not follow Anadolu Efes matches at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.
The application also includes attractive campaigns specially prepared for Anadolu Efes Fan Club members by reputable brands.
Basketball lovers can access news, match calendar, photo galleries and video content of Anadolu Efes TV before anyone else through the application.

KAGİDER WEBSITE
An SEO-supported and mobile-friendly website, which has a modern interface for the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGIDER), one of the most valuable non-governmental organizations in Turkey, that aims to empower women through entrepreneurship, and where users can easily access KAGIDER events, news and announcements
Being a very content-rich platform, www.kagider.org has been specifically developed in line with the needs.

KAPSÜL NEWS
Kapsül, which started its publication life in April, is an e-mail newsletter that compiles the developments in Turkey and the world within 24 hours and delivers them to its readers.
The Kapsül team reads news and interviews, watches video news, and then sends a summary of that day to their subscribers via e-mail.
The reason for the Kapsül to appear saves its Kapsül subscribers developed with the aim of preventing the reader from getting lost in the information pollution in the internet media time to follow the news.

Risk Connect
RiskConnect is a mobile application specifically developed for Küçükoğlu Holding, which helps to increase cooperation with employees in order to prevent workplace accidents and to provide faster notification.
Thanks to the application, employees can report a danger that exists in the workplace or an event that has been experienced but did not result in an accident. Users can make a notification by taking and sending a picture about the risk in the relevant area. Thus, early precautions can be taken for possible accidents and risks. The system also creates a risk report for the entered accidents and risk situations and makes the necessary notifications. The project, where we implemented the UI/UX design and mobile development processes, was designed as a platform where users can easily take photos and send notifications, as well as obtain detailed and useful reports.

ARTI NOKTA WEB & MOBILE APPLICATION
ArtıNokta, operating under As Group, aims to meet all vehicle-related needs of corporate/SME customers under one roof and to offer the most suitable solutions for each of them with its experienced staff and knowledge.
The web and mobile application we developed specifically for ArtıNokta offers corporations the opportunity to purchase fuel without contact and at a discount. Thanks to the Masterpass integration, users can view their past fuel purchases and benefit from discounted prices obtained by corporate companies through the application, which offers secure card storage and payment.

Savapa.com, the platform where companies can get offers online for their transportation and contract manufacturing demands, brings together new customers and employer companies in their supply chains. Companies that are members of Savapa can open a request in the service category they need and receive offers that fit their needs.
Thanks to the smart algorithm system we developed for Savapa, where we implemented the UI/UX design and platform development processes, companies can easily find the most suitable offer for their needs. As Internative, we implemented the Yemektif mobile application UI/UX design and mobile application development processes. Custom campaign management, payment integration and restaurant management features were developed for the Yemektif application, which was developed as a platform where users can easily share and publish instant images and videos, evaluate and comment on foods.

SUSTAINABILITY ACADEMY EVENT APPLICATION
Thanks to the Holacon infrastructure, all the activities of the Sustainability Academy, the change platform working to create change and shape the future, can now be accessed from a single application.
The Sustainability Academy mobile application, which we developed using Holacon infrastructure, our event management software product, provides access to the business world-shaping events of the Academy, especially Sustainable Brands Istanbul and Sustainable Food Summit, organized every year, from a single place.
Thanks to the application, where completely interactivity is kept at the forefront, attendees can quickly register for all events, create their own program according to the event flow, examine valuable speakers, participate in live voting and surveys and be included in the surprises that take place throughout the event. At the same time, workshop and training records can be made through the application. All attendees who download the application can make their badge transactions at the events of the Sustainability Academy from the "Fast-Track" "Hızlı Geçiş" section.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Blink Capital, a new dating app that we’re looking to launch.
What challenge were you trying to address with Internative Software?
We needed someone to provide us with mobile app development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Internative Software took our idea to create an Android and iOS app. They took ownership of the entire project and are currently developing it from end to end.
What is the team composition?
We mainly work with the owner, the design team, and the coding team.
How did you come to work with Internative Software?
I randomly came across their company through Google and among the other vendors I talked to, they just seemed more friendly and more interested in the app, as it was something new for them to develop.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around £35,000 (approximately $46,100).
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since July 2021, as they continue to provide us with ongoing support.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We did Google Ads yesterday and in just two hours, we got about 120 downloads from all kinds of people — the positive response we’re getting has been overwhelming, despite not spending that much on the ad.
How did Internative Software perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform well from a project management perspective, and they’re always available for us to reach. We typically communicate through Zoom, WhatsApp, and email, where they would consistently update us on the progress of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like that when we initially described the project to them, they understood it right away. They knew exactly what we wanted and their pricing is very competitive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because we’ve been very satisfied with their work — we’ve also built a really good relationship with their team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
From my personal experience, it would be better if you could design the product yourself before sending it over to them for development — in that way, you can get exactly what you want.

I am the founder and CEO of Sertifier INC. which is an edtech company that focuses on gathering and analyzing educational data.
For what projects/services did your company hire Internative Software , and what were your goals?
We were aiming to update the infrastructure of our SaaS tool and wanted to serve our customers with a better UX that will allow us to see better conversation rates. So we needed a user interface with integrated new features.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We worked with Invernative team on different projects previously to achieve similar goals. Based on this, keeping in mind the previous successful experience, we wanted to work together to achieve goals in a lower risky method

As a nontechnical founder, I do not have enough sayings and experience about the detailed background that we developed with Internative team. That is the niece point eventually since the team informed and guaranteed us about all needed details to acknowledge our customers' needs.

3 people worked for us as 2 being full-stack developers and 1 product designer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Sertifier v2. launched around Q4 of 2019 and since then we served more than 1k customers from 70+ countries using the same infrastructure, so the whole metrics can help us to summarize the success.

During the time we used a central task management tool so that we were allowed to track all progress regarding the project. Also, we used WhatsApp to communicate instantly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Internative is a customer-focused company. Their only concern is their customers' success. This is an ideal statement for every company's vision but having success on this matter determines a community's experience. So, Invernative carries enough experience to dedicate themselves to this vision.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
My humble idea is Invernative team's core is dedicating themselves too much to the customers so they, from time to time, lose focus on their growth. A bigger Internative can serve bigger and better I think!
