We needed a professional agency to manage our LinkedIn ad accounts for us to maximize the paid social ads we had and target the right business customers. Our goal was to increase sign ups for our free Loop Player and attract more followers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for LinkedIn agencies online and shortlisted four. After interviewing them, we chose this agency based on their focus on LinkedIn and expertise on the platform.

After a kick-off meeting, they helped us identify the best audiences to target on LinkedIn. They then created a full-funnel campaign on the platform, wrote our copy, and targeted the right businesses audiences. They used a Slack to coordinate and were always responsive via email if needed.

We worked with an account manager and another LinkedIn marketing specialist.

We successfully launched our ad account and increased LinkedIn page followers and sign ups for our Loop Player.

The workflow was easy. There were a number of Zoom calls and emails to get everything in place. They also set up a Slack channel which was helpful for quick messages.

Intelus' communication throughout the campaign was great. I really liked the full-funnel approach and LinkedIn expertise they brought.

Finding the right audiences was a concern at first. Once we communicated this to them, they found the right business audiences for us and continued to refine those.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intelus Agency?
I knew that posting on our LinkedIn page is really important, but I never had the time to create and post content. Intelus Agency's service was a perfect fit because they create and post the content for us, plus they use analytics to adjust the messaging and strategy for better results.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were specifically looking for a person or an agency that specialized in LinkedIn content creation & posting. We found Intelus Agency through a Google search and signed up for a free trial, which included 3 custom newsfeed posts, an audit of my personal LinkedIn profile and company page, and a holistic strategy that was laid out like a funnel.
In the first call with the CEO, Chris, I knew we were going to move forward because I couldn't find anyone else that does what they do to the degree we needed.

After I signed up, they were really quick about getting us started. They sent over an onboarding form to capture some details about our business and target audience, then they spent an hour with us on a video call going through the approach in detail.
After the kickoff meeting, they had my profile & company page edits drafted and my first round of content in less than 2 weeks. It took me almost no time to approve the content with very minor edits. Once the posting started, within a week or so I already noticed an increase in profile views, engagement on our posts, and activity on our company page and website.

I worked with Chris, the CEO in the beginning stages, then the Account Managers Pablo and Sebastian, after the campaign was off the ground. Everyone was very helpful, responsive and eager to keep us in the loop and make sure we were happy with the service.

We noticed a significant increase in profile views, company page and website activity and engagement on our posts. We noticed an increase in signups on our website, but with our limited in-house resources, we didn't have the sufficient systems in place for attributing leads, however we do believe many of these came from the organic content marketing that Intelus Agency did for us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They sent us content every week on Friday and stayed several weeks ahead in case we got busy and didn't have time to approve the latest round. Our Account Manager Sebastian regularly reached out to ask for our feedback and make sure we were very happy with the service.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I love how much of an interest they truly took in shingle. They really cared to understand our business model and our ideal customers and craft content strategies that worked well for attracting and engaging our prospects.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't think of anything that could be improved other than a lack of time an resources on our end to provide Intelus with more guidance about our priorities and messaging. The only reason why we paused the service for a few months is because we are raising our first round of funding and we need to burn less cash going in. We plan on picking back up with the service in a few months.

Our average contract value has improved significantly, and Intelus Agency is continuing to lower the cost per lead to get us a stronger ROI. Their team is proactive at communication and very supportive. They genuinely care about the end-results and work their way backwards from our goals & KPIs to help us achieve them.

We mostly interacted through emails, slack, and Zoom meetings. The project was tracked via LinkedIn campaign manager - they shared regular reports with us and ensured it was headed in the right direction. The account manager assigned to us was friendly, cooperative, and easy to work with.

By using Intelus, my post "likes", reviews and connections skyrocketed. I have a new LinkedIn Page that is put together properly to use into the future. I experienced many LinkedIn members requesting to connect with me, ask questions and to provide me with information about their businesses.
