Experience:

After doing some research and trying a variety of services, we found Intelligent Office to be the best tool to manage the incremental amount of calls we receive in our organization in a different time that includes moments where there are no employees at the company (nights and weekends). We use their answering service, voicemail and virtual assistant. The performance of Intelligent Office is that it has been very accurate and has made a huge improvement with communications in our company, providing our customer a more efficient tool to be in touch with us any time they need.

Pros:

The phone answering service vs. the non office space required.

Cons:

So far we are very pleased with the service, so we do not have any request to improve by now.
