We worked with the internal team, the INTELART agency developed a customer feedback system to ensure that the solution met the user's needs. For what projects/services did your company hire INTELART, and what were your goals?
Development of responsive software for computers, tablets, cell phones, all integrated in a single platform, student system, 24-hour service with artificial intelligence, virtual presenter focused on student assistance, brand awareness campaigns and sales of products and services.
Our goal was to expand resources for our students and customers that would reduce support calls. We wanted a solution that was cost-effective, robust, scalable, and easy to use and deploy.
