For what projects/services did your company hire Integral Computer Consultants & IT Support For Businesses?
Staff On-boarding, Mobile Internet Network, Overall Device Management & On-Call Help Desk Assistance if anything goes down.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
1. Selection: A connection at Grit Sports Club use them... 2. Deciding Factors: They are a national company with many locations, meaning they always have someone available to assist if we need them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
Project: We needed a IT Company to help us when we onboarded a new coach and be on-call if internet cut out or our mobile router system froze at a moments notice. Our Volleyball training service is based around high quality instant replay technology, using special routers, TV's and device setup.
If anything didn't want to work for some reason before or during a training session we cannot charge for our state of the art technology and only charge for coaching. This was hurting our profits and only one of our staff members really know everything about the setup.
So we use Integral to outsource the installation of software, Internet setup, and in the moment troubleshooting of all of this, so our tech staff member can focus on helping train and help our coaches use the software to the best of it's ability and not need to help fix or trouble shoot why the software isn't working...
Service Package: A flat rate for each onboarding and a recurring monthly payment to be on-call for 24hr troubleshooting.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have been in contact or helped by 3 team members. The owner and 2 techs based in Orange County.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our one software expert who is on staff now has the time to work with all of our coaches on a scheduled basis without being interrupted by technical issues.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Great! We send them a ticket request for on-boarding and go to the new coaches house or to one of our gym locations and get their system setup. Our headaches have been removed because our new coaches now have multiple technicians on-call at any time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were able to see what we needed and I assume our setup is not the normal setup they are used to, but you can tell they know their stuff and were able to understand and figure out the best on-boarding process for us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They quoted us a little higher than some other companies. It would be nice to be a little less, but we wanted service that could really be there for us.

We hired Integral to setup our emails, phone system, software training, network for our home offices across the mid-west and consult on what is the best use of our budget to sell specific products online.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were referred by another business we work with. They told us to try them out and that they could probably streamline our day to day tasks that we had been doing manually.

They came in and learned what our day to day tasks were and gave us options that would automate manual tasks and setup up home offices for our staff now that we switched to a remote working business model. We hired them on to manage and maintain our IT systems, giving us someone to go to when we need help with software and any tech issues we have. We pay them a monthly fee and then have a known fair pricing structure for extra services if we need them at a moments notice.

The owner of Integral stayed involved throughout the process and we worked with multiple Techs both in person and remotely.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They increased our internet speeds and coverage across each of our staffs houses plus trained all of our staff to use slack messaging and other programs. They also gave us a free trial for a virtual phone system and live receptionists that has freed up hours each day of taking calls that are not relevant.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
During this process we were always able to reach Integral Support immediately and they were very flexible to help each of our staff members get up and running. Now, if we have a question we have someone to call that always is there 24/7 and can be here in person in an hour if its an emergency. It is a great peace of mind and has saved us multiple times.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They really were able to customize the service to what we needed. They took the time to ask the right questions and really focus on making sure what they are giving us is saving us money and time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, they seem to really care, be knowledgeable and want to help.
