Abacus
The Abacus Alliance is a cooperative of retail organizations sharing customer transactional data to contribute to each member’s business growth.
With limited in-house resources in their organization to support marketing initiatives, the Abacus UK division turned to our team for help with design and development support on websites, email campaigns, direct mail, event creatives, brand identity materials and more. They were challenged with disparate visual styles and needed cohesive materials to strengthen and extend the brand.
Epsilon
Epsilon is a global marketing company that combines data and technology to identify, engage and convert customers.
The Epsilon marketing team has turned to our team many times over the years to help them build integrated, marketing campaigns, large-scale event creatives and branding campaigns; the trust they have placed in our team speaks volumes about the attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction we work hard to provide.

CrowdTwist
CrowdTwist came to Inspire Visual to help guide and create the elements needed for their complete rebranding. We built CrowdTwist’s new brand from the ground up starting with a new color palette, iconography and brand guide to help set the tone for the rest of the materials to come.
Next, we designed and built all of the marketing templates the company would need to market their products and solutions including case studies, services brochures, white papers, advertisements, presentation templates and new business cards. Finally, our team assisted with a full redesign of CrowdTwist’s website.
We built an attractive, dynamic brand image for the company that their team felt had just the right mix of playful and professional styles they were looking for.
Miami City Ballet
Enlisting the help of iconic design team artist Ruben Toledo and his wife, fashion designer Isabel Toledo, the Miami City Ballet undertook a full redesign of their holiday Nutcracker performances. The new ballet was built from the ground up with all new costumes and sets to be a spectacular, new $1 million production combining both traditional and modern elements with a “Floridian” twist.
Inspire Visual was tasked with designing and building an entirely new Nutcracker website in WordPress to gradually “unveil” the new production phase by phase. The goal was to showcase original sketches of sets and costumes by the designers, feature videos of the process along the way, and ultimately to help boost donations and ticket sales for the performances in Miami and Palm Beach.
Our team worked tirelessly on a tight timeline to design and build the website, collect and organize large quantities of assets, and finally unveil a website offering a sneak peek into the magical world of the new ballet right as it was being built.
Denver Health
Denver Prevention Training Center, a department of Denver Health and Hospital Authority, with support from the CDC, wanted an iOS and Android app that could be utilized by all of the centers in the National Network of Prevention Training Centers.
The app needed to pull from multiple databases containing articles, courses, conferences and treatment protocols, and it had to offer doctors and other healthcare personnel stunning visual design and interactivity, full text search and email/print capabilities to help guide STD treatment decisions.
Our team provided a full-service solution from building initial requirements to UI/UX design, to app development and QA, all guided by our team’s project management for a consistent process from start to finish. Since a successful launch on both Apple’s App store and the Google Play store, healthcare professionals have been downloading and using the app to improve patient care.

We needed a new website for a tourism industry portal. Our current one was outdated, so we contacted Inspire Visual for a full redesign, build, launch. They also did the coding and helped with launch.
What were your goals for this project?
Our site needed to drive traffic, generate leads, and engage prospects. The site had to be maintainable in the future, so content updates could be done by our team. The site also needed to integrate with other systems we have.
How did you select this vendor?
We liked their portfolio of work. We talked to them during the RFP process while we were considering other vendors as well, but we liked Inspire Visual's personal treatment and attention to detail. They helped us early on in the proces to define uncertain variables.

The project was to build a website portal for us. It was a full start-to-finish solution we required from them, project management, design, requirements, front- and backend development and help with launch.

Inspire Visual build a team for us with a consistent project management contact, and build a custom team of designer, coders and QA.

We have been able to attract and engage more prospects, generate more leads and better support this brand to raise awareness.

Our project manager was able to use our internal tool to communicate with us on the project, but they also built project deliverables for us to work from, such as scope and requirements, timelines and resource allocation and they consistently communicated closely with us as we tracked towards each milestone.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We love their creativity and ability to be flexible, so for us it is an advantage that they are not a medium or large sized agency. We liked that they build a team with the specific skills we needed, so there wasn't additional unnecessary cost.
