We met on a semi-regular basis to discuss progress towards specific deliverables and how they contributed to stated objectives. They were open and pragmatic about obstacles and how to get around them. Delivery was continuous, with ongoing demonstration of achievements to our teams. They were flexible in terms of changes of focus from planning to execution when required. They became a valued member of our team.

Insighture were contracted to supplement our in house payment team and assist them to build and run their services. In addition they were responsible to building our PCI compliant card store and proxy for internal use. For all applications and services developed Insighture were responsible for 24x7 support.

Insighture integrated well with the team, our culture, and our way of working. On the PCI project they were very proactive in learning new domain and technical practices with little guidance from us. Working across timezones have worked well as the team are self sufficient
