I am a Co-Founder in Cresuma. We provide online CV building tool for those who seek online resume generating.

For what projects/services did your company hire Insfra Technologies, and what were your goals?

Even though we had the idea, we did not have any suitable software developer with us. So we hired Insfra Technologies for the software development phase and the decision was one of the best decisions I ever took in Cresuma.

The requirement was fully gathered properly and the delivery was quite smooth in the given deadlines. The change requirement we asked were also handled well and were included in the major release. Project Manager and the developers were quite supportive and very professional with their work.

The releases were separate in to two major ones with local and international. So some advanced developments are going on right now and hope it will also be great as the one before.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral and considered them along with some other vendors. Since the project was very important and timely, we needed a results driven and supportive vendor for the tight deadline.

They developed a React based software for our CV building solution. After an initial discussion of the project scope, the schedule breakdown and the budget was offered to our end. Then after the approval processes, the design mockups and workflow was given. The production was delivered according to the agreed timelines. They has an external QA team and the QA part was also done by their end. So after the feedback and our change requirements, they were managed well and were added to the end product. So the final product was the exact thing we needed and we really recommend Insfra Technologies.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people mainly, A Project Manager, A UI/UX Designer, A Software Architect and a Software Engineer. Then a Marketing Manager was involved when in user experience and marketing ppints inside of the app.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The product was so well fit with the requirement of the users. Many positive feedback were issued when in our initial public release. Even some were interested in investing the product after seeing it. Online traffic for the initial release was quite overwhelming. We knew we have given the exact thing users were searching for.

The Project management was great compared to some other Project Managers we have come across. The process were so smooth and professional. No any delays and the negotiations were quite easy and friendly. The final product was delivered as the way we expected. We communicate trough Google Meet, Emails, GitHub and everything went so well and it was a relief to us with their professionalism.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything was very transparent from the beginning. No any hidden processes and no delays we found. Very creative designs and innovative ideas were given from the beginning. All went in a very professional and smooth way and the communications and change requirement handling was superb by the Project manager. Overall a great team to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If we could get the chance of having few meetings in person, that would be much easier. But considering the pandemic situation it is impossible.

How did you select Insfra Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We've sent our brief to many companies expecting an explanation and come up with a proper plan to execute it. In the end, we found that Insfra's technologies proposal to be solid. Furthermore, their team's communication and confidence in delivering my project were high and I had no hesitation in giving them the opportunity.

We were at page 7 on Google for our main keyword and for the long tail keywords we were at 9. We wanted to bring our pages to the first page of google hoping to increase traffic to our landing and sales pages.

There were about 15 people involved in our project, including a project manager who oversee the total project and fulfill all my requirements with SEO specialists in their team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

1. Ranking our site on the first page of Google for our main keyword.
2. Ranking multiple long-tail keywords focus on our product lines.
3. Increase organic traffic by 41%.

It was fun and easy, I never felt under pressure as they take care of everything I've asked for and more. They even go the extra mile to provide me some additional guidance as well which was quite helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver what they promise ON TIME!!! that's the most impressive and unique value I haven't seen in many of the other companies I've deal with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are doing a great job and I hope they will scale up this business bit more as I felt like they have huge potential to grow and great work culture.
