Introduce your business and what you do there.
We're Astrum Consulting, a Toronto-based boutique consulting firm. We primarily provide solutions for the legalization of documents and import-export compliance matters.
What challenge were you trying to address with INPREZA LLC?
We were in the process of establishing a website. We learned that INPREZA was a great service provider, so we engaged them to help us with our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
During our initial conversations, we set some limits to the scope of INPREZA’s work with us, and we discussed the services we’d like to get from them. Following that, we provided them with texts and images and gave them instructions on how we wanted to proceed with the website’s design and overall structure. During the process, they also provided their own recommendations.
After they collected all the information and assets they needed, the actual execution of work followed, which was developing the website on WordPress. Once that was done, they showed us the result, and we did some corrections and amendments to it.
The website was pretty standard. It had one main page and 6–7 sections, as well as blog and contact pages. It didn’t have any special features since we’re not an online platform.
What is the team composition?
We worked primarily with Anna (Founding President).
How did you come to work with INPREZA LLC?
We found their website via Google, and we liked it, so we decided to send them a message. We asked them if they could help us with a web development project. They responded promptly, and that was the determining factor in our decision to engage them.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid around $1,000 for their services, and they gave us a discount.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement lasted from September 2020–January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the website was only recently launched, we don’t have any analytics on it yet. However, we were very satisfied with INPREZA’s work because we received several orders and people were able to find us on the internet.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and we liked working with their team. They were knowledgeable and quite determined. The website looked great, and it functioned well. I’d also highlight their customer service and reasonable pricing, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a WordPress-based website.
How did INPREZA LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
I don’t have any negative feedback in terms of timelines and deliverables. It wasn’t a very difficult project — we ordered a basic website, and everything was good. There were no management issues or delays. In terms of communication, we used emails and virtual platforms like Skype and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service and speedy feedback time were impressive. We were impressed by their prompt responses as they replied quickly to all of our inquiries.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. We didn’t see any problems on their end.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
For anyone who will engage in any website development project, it’s important to have a clear understanding of what they want to do and to provide clear instructions to the INPREZA team. Since no one will know exactly what the final results will look like, clear communication is crucial.

Our site was outdated and since we did not have our own developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop the site for us. By doing this, we hoped to increase sales.

We were advised by colleagues of these web developers. And after interviewing them, we selected them based on their design skills and cost estimates.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss your goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups for our site. After a few interactions, her team designed and developed the site. They update the content to reflect books of our company.

A progect manager was our main point of contact process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our site we saw a 60% increase intraffic. Clients love the desighn and interested in our books more.

Our unique case constructor allows clients to create their own design on one of our websites. As soon as personalized design is created the order goes to printing. It's very convenient for clients and saves time. The constructor was developed on 1 core, but is available on several websites.
