Fake GPS
Challenge: Our daily navigation patterns are influenced by numerous external factors such as the traffic jams, geological specificity, and proximity to the point of arrival. An application had to take all factors into consideration in order to build a believable movement pattern. Sometimes people are short of time and take a bus or a taxi to get to the point of destination. Meanwhile, in less occupied times, he/she can have a short walk. The things go differently when a person needs to make a long way to a point B: here one can take different kinds of transport such as a taxi, a ferry, a bus, drive a private car, or just walk on foot. Another aspect requiring a further consideration is that people leave the house with a purpose spending different time periods in each premise. An application had to create a believable route with a logical sequence of geolocations visited by the person. The number of the visited routes within one city is limited. Google has an API that tracks up to 25 geolocations and the application required a larger number of points tracked by the program. When it comes to making a route, the proximity becomes a dubious aspect. For instance, the algorithm says that the distance from point A to point B is 200 meters but there is a river and a bridge so the person has to make a short en-route to get to the point B. Thus, the application had to read the map and take into account each geological peculiarity.
Technologies: GPS, Android, Java

Chargerpoint
Challenge: An application had to make the navigation and booking of the charging points maximally convenient and quick. Ideally, an application had to deliver the booking data in a comprehensive way and additionally, the users had to be able to search for the closest charging point in no time. The main requirement of the client was to minimize the human intervention in the process so that the client could come to the charging station and spend minimal time charging the vehicle. To make an idea come true, the Inoxoft specialists had to create an automated updating of the charger status showing whether the chargers are available or occupied. Then, the client has to check in the charging point and simply authorize, charge, and pay for charging.
Results: The Inoxoft’s application bridges the electrocar owners with the charging stations making their routine more convenient. Each user can effortlessly book a charging point and visit the favorite or the closest charging station in no time. The main features of the mobile application are as follows:
- Proximity search for charging stations
- Effortless and fast booking of the charging point
- Easy-to-use UI/UX for booking and scheduling
- Integrated system of chargers’ sensors connected with a mobile application
- Online payment via PayPal
- GPS-aided navigation around the city

Growing Competitive Advantage with Sport Tracking Application
Challenges:
- The main challenge of calculating the quantity of rows lied in the physical nature of the very row
- Ideally, the mobile application had to react to the sharp moves of the rowers to count the quantity of raws. However, this task was complicated by the vertical and horizontal movement of the racing shell
- Hence, the main challenge was to optimize the Math Model, which would count the rows, to the very rowing process
- The physical nature of rowing is difficult to calculate due to the simultaneous vertical and horizontal movement that causes the additional mathematical noises that change the statistics curve
Results: Eventually, the client received an application that records the essential rowing parameters and helps the rowing trainers adjust the movement to improve the sports performance.
The application boasts the following features:
- Accurate Row Counting System
- High-level filter for mitigating the effect of noises
- Improved sports performance
- GPS tracking
Technologies: Mass Modeling Algorhythms, Java, GPS, Android

Web Dev for Digital Broker & Property Management Company
"There aren’t any ongoing issues. It’s been very easy to maintain."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of a broker and property manager for single-family homes.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
We were trying to create a website for a business that is primarily virtual.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us with the design phase, balancing many different requirements to service our existing and prospective customers. Moving forward, INOXOFT did the actual website build and developed reporting metrics to monitor performance post-launch.
They started with an analysis of our competitors’ websites, investigating their organizational plans, and then customizing them to fit our sales and operations processes.
We built the site with a look similar to the major players in the industry, where people can look at a feed of homes that they might be interested in. We also made specific updates to our site that allowed existing customers to follow their homes through the sales process. INOXOFT also created links to our property management portals.
We worked through Figma a lot, as well as Salesforce. They also integrated an MLS data feed (a real estate data solution). INOXOFT has managed to extract data from the website and give it to our sales team.
What is the team composition?
We’ve interacted with around 12 different people, including a couple of relationship managers, designers, and front- and backend developers. There were some QA resources as well.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
Someone else who’d used their services referred us to them. They were the best fit because of their competitive price and portfolio of similar projects that they’d worked on. We also built a great rapport with their team.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost has been around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from April–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our active users have increased 4–5 times over, and monthly users are converting at a 50% higher pace than they were previously.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
They were extremely responsive throughout the build, as well as on-time and on budget. They were great to work with. Communication was especially strong, as they sent weekly email updates and held weekly calls. They were very supportive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve worked with a couple of other website builders before, and INOXOFT does a much better job of customer service than the others, and a much better job on delivering the actual product. Post-launch, the website still functions well. There aren’t any ongoing issues. It’s been very easy to maintain.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there are not.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work directly with their team and be interactive in your style.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of a customer data provider that works with financial organizations.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
We hired INOXOFT to provide us with custom software development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT developed a custom AI tool to help us extract complex data from PDFs and store it; they also added reporting capabilities. All of the development work was based on the proof of concept we developed with INOXOFT — we spent six weeks testing to see if machine learning could complete the tasks we needed. INOXOFT's team of developers used a combination of Python and AWS Textract for the development.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with about eight teammates from INOXOFT, including the project lead, 4–5 coders, and an analyst.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
My close friend used INOXOFT and recommended them to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We've invested around £150,000 (approximately $198,000 USD) with INOXOFT.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with INOXOFT began in August 2021, and it's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The tool INOXOFT developed is instrumental for our company — we can cater to our customer's needs for bespoke data. Most importantly, we can compete with established firms that have invested millions of dollars into similar projects, while we've invested a fraction of that for a successful, competitive tool. We're so impressed with INOXOFT we will begin another project with them shortly.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
INOXOFT met our budget constraints and our timeline. We had weekly video conferences and check-ins to discuss our needs and exchanged Slack messages — INOXOFT's communication was excellent. We didn't use any project management software, so we tracked the progress through established milestones.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I've worked with a lot of IT teams, so I've appreciated that INOXOFT has treated us like partners. They've worked to understand our business challenges and worked closely with us to develop a solution, which they've adapted to fit our needs exactly. INOXOFT's team delivers exactly what they promise to.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have nothing for INOXOFT to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I'd advise customers to clearly lay out their requirements for the final deliverables with INOXOFT — that will reduce costs and the project timeline.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the operations manager for a logistics company in the US.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
We hired INOXOFT to help us develop our software.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our software will help trucks with the loading, delivery, and pickup processes. Additionally, it will facilitate daily operational jobs for our dispatchers and other workers and will manage the entire loading process. Eventually, we want to generate reports for our customers, too. All the details of our communication have been discussed during the initial stage with the engagement team before we went to the development stage. Our partnership's still ongoing.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with a project manager, a designer, two QA engineers, and three software engineers.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
We did most of our search through Clutch, and INOXOFT seemed to be a great fit for this partnership. We read some feedback and followed the links to their website, and their case studies and success stories impressed us. When we approached them with our idea, they offered us different options and explained the pros and cons for each of those options.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent approximately $400,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership started in May 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s still too early to mention anything as the project is still ongoing and a lot is under NDA. However, we’re satisfied with our engagement, especially with their solution and the way they’ve implemented it. More importantly, since we don’t have experience with this kind of project before, it’s been really convenient to work with INOXOFT.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
They have an excellent project management process. In terms of cost, quality, and time, we’re satisfied with their work. They give us weekly updates, and they consistently follow up. In fact, our project manager always informs us about any changes or issues in our project.
We communicate through Slack, email, or Google Meet, depending on the situation. We receive the follow-ups through emails, and we arrange online meetings 1–2 times per week. Overall, our communication with them has been convenient and smooth.
What did you find most impressive about them?
To be honest, it’s difficult to say what sets them apart from others because this is our first outsourcing experience. However, we’re impressed that they’re committed to our project and that they know what they’re doing. Above all, their flexibility and fresh views are outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate and discuss everything at the beginning such as identifying how you will communicate with INOXOFT. You should also share your expectations and every little detail you want to know with them. In general, your questions are the key to your project’s success.

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
A US broker's company has hired Inoxoft to deploy a database for realtors. It aims at being helpful to brokers so they could help out their clients with buying, selling, or renting properties. The app displays all information about the property and its surroundings. Moreover, it’s exclusive due to the unique and fast filer-based search. Convenience and logical navigation are the app’s core players.
For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?
Our initial need was to provide a functional database for realtors and automate their daily tasks with the web application that handles properties for sale, lease, auctions, and for businesses. Also, in the midst of a pandemic, it was essential for us that the app could provide clients with virtual property tours using images and videos. And, one of the features we wanted to have in our app was to be able to cross-share property listing between fellow agents. To implement our ideas we hired Inoxoft.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Inoxoft was selected as it has recommended itself in the real estate industry as the best software developer. We’ve contacted their engagement manager and were pleasantly surprised by the dedication and willingness to help. The deciding factor was the brilliantly structured proposal that included everything we aimed for and the timeframes. Also, they could start working on the project right away.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The scope of work was pretty extensive from the very start. We had a lot of ideas and wanted these to be a reality for our website visitors. For example, the first step was to gather information about our audience, properties we work with, and their features. Then, we planned project details such as time, software engineers involved, the stack, additional technologies, and so on.
The key deliverables: Web app database of property listings with extended infrastructure information Property update alerts to registered users Exclusive filters and fast search through the listings Virtual property tour through videos and photographs Cross-sharing of private realtor listings in the system Integrated maps providing property locations Agent appointment scheduling via an integrated calendar Sign up/log in through email authorization and phone number verification
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
1 - project manager; 1 - UI/UX designer; 1 - quality assurance engineer, 3 - software engineers
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It has been 4 months of excellent work and cooperation with Inoxoft’s young team of experts. By so far, we’re in the design stage. The web app screens look great! But it is still too early to mention the app’s functionality.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The way we work at the project development has been set at the initial stages, before getting into the development. There are stages of building an app the team goes through. After they finish a feature or a part of the design, we look through the team’s work, make corrections where necessary or approve. The process is smooth and the project manager is extremely informative all the time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I like the way the team organizes and structures their work. Especially, the way they are always there to listen to the stakeholders’ feedback and implement everything we aim to see in our app. It seems they deploy the app, not for the sake of deployment itself, but to really enhance the business and help website visitors rent, sell or buy property. And, realtor agents to help clients with their property-related purposes.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None.

Marketing Manager at IT company
For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?
Inoxoft was hired as an outsourcing vendor entrusted to build a Telemedicine mobile application, understanding both the end-users and my business needs and making this app compliant with the HIPPA regulations. I envisioned a solution that could be fast in response, easy to use, logical, and secure to add to the healthy well-being of our target users.
How did you select INOXOFT and what were the deciding factors?
My teammates chose Inoxoft based on recommendations, Clutch reviews, and personal business fit. According to these sources, the company seemed like the best choice on the market. From the first letter, they convinced me that they would be 100% committed to my project and business development, in perspective.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They worked according to my expectations: consistently, adapted to everything, were flexible to changeable project requirements. I’ve had numerous discussions/meetings with the team. These meetings and daily talks made me fully aware of the project progress and current tasks in production. The project manager appeared to be really professional and managed the team and my requests perfectly. Also, the way she spoke about the app functionality being implemented was quite amazing: the scope of detail she highlighted confirmed that my choice was an accurate fit.
Logging into the app, every patient appeared on the dashboard with the most needed widgets that were logically structured and simple to use. The team has implemented a face-to-face “doctor-patient” connection via a live video available on mobile devices and tablets. Also, Inoxoft created a patient 24/7 support chat, where patients could create an appointment or ask any doctor for a piece of advice right away. Additionally, the app allowed patients to view their online doctor visit records, doctor’s prescriptions, and treatment details. The app was developed in accordance with HIPPA compliance.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
From day one we have worked with an experienced team of 1 Project Manager; 2 - QA engineers; and 4 - Software engineers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After the app was released I received an abundance of comments from satisfied users, who enjoyed the on-demand healthcare service. What’s more, the category of people, who could not get appropriate treatment became able to receive it now within minutes after their request.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Among the advantages of our mutual work with Inoxoft were the team’s skills, high level of organization, focus on best software development practices, and visible results.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team made it clear they shared my business goal. They were flexible, creative, forward-thinking, and formed a very positive image of the company. Talks with their PM were highly informative, I got to know everything about the project flow on time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
What concerns the disadvantages - I can’t think of any.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a Norway-based company that develops tools for endangered language education.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
When I initially launched my company, I created a board game to teach players about endangered languages. Now, I want to build a digital version. To do so, we needed technical experts to guide us and provide the best technology available. I hired INOXOFT to develop the platform. They suggested that we created a web app rather than a native app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the beginning of the project, we had PowerPoint presentation to go over what we wanted the platform to look like. The design is based on the board game we created, but INOXOFT provided some input.
Then we handed over what we had so far — we had another developer working on the project before this, so we had a few functions already built. For example, they built a feature that allows for video communication between users.
The first thing we discussed was what technology we should use to achieve our vision. We wanted to build an MVP that would be valuable to our end users, and they recommended that we build a web app.
What is the team composition?
I worked with one person directly, and there were 3–5 developers working on the project.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
I found them on Clutch. I met with several companies from Ukraine and shortlisted three potential partners. I chose to work INOXOFT seemed knowledgeable and they understood my idea.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2018 and wrapped up in December that year.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The MVP that INOXOFT built increased interest in our product, and we got some customers, but it wasn’t good enough to use yet. We were still able to use the platform to present our business idea to various endangered languages groups. Based on that, we earned new deals.
However, after about eight months, I decided to find another partner who could build a native mobile app instead. INOXOFT recommended a web app, but a mobile platform would perform better in the market.
Overall, they were knowledgeable partner, but they worked too quickly. They should take the time to dive into the project a little more.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
Sometimes they were unprepared and they often had to chase down people on the team. I was never sure who was working on the project or what their roles were, so there was definitely room for improvement. We typically used Slack to communicate, but I visited their offices every month as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with a young team, so they’re forward-thinking.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be more prepared for meetings. They should also thoroughly explore the scope they’re accepting before providing a quote. That will help them provide a more accurate estimate and prevent unexpected costs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure the scope of your project is clear, so INOXOFT can provide an accurate estimate. The better they understand the project, the better the outcome will be.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our organization is a software development house. We have a number of different software products we’ve developed. The one in question is a quoting platform that allows sales reps to quote quickly and efficiently.
I’m the lead software developer, particularly on this particular product.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
Our quoting platform was specifically Windows-based and was written over the course of many years. We were looking to get someone with mobile app experience to write a mobile app version of the platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They wrote an integration through our APIs to create a mobile version of our existing desktop quoting platform. The initial phase of the project was discovery, which took a few weeks. INOXOFT gathered as much information as they could about our API and the app’s requirements.
They proceeded to a UI design process that took three weeks. When that was completed, they spent two months developing that actual application.
What is the team composition?
To my knowledge, INOXOFT assigned at least four people to our team. There may have been other internal people as well, but we didn’t interact with them.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
The case studies listed in their portfolio on their website made it seem like they had the requisite skills, and they did.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $55,000 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2020–January 2021. We’ll be releasing the application to some of our clients, and based on their feedback we’ll continue with further phases of development with INOXOFT.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The feedback from our clients has been great. People have been excited about the application. The UI INOXOFT is particularly well-liked.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very strong in this aspect. They were on top of the requirements, and their communication was excellent. I can’t fault them in any way.
We did most of our communication over Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There was a small amount of scope creep from our side, which is usual for a software development project. They were able to handle everything we threw at them fairly easily.
The level of detail they went into in the discovery phase meant that the inevitable scope creep was pretty minimal. Their attention to detail and thorough planning process at the outset stood out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t give you a way that they could have improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just work with them. Our experience was great, and I imagine that anyone else who works with them will receive the same professionalism and attention to detail that we received.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder och owner of a financial website that was built and designed together with Inoxoft.
For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?
We hired Inoxoft to design and develop the whole website from scratch. Out goals were to build a website with a very compelling design and an advanced financial service that could provide the visitors with different kind of financial graphs, diagrams and articles with several different types of animations to make it the UI as compelling as possible.
How did you select INOXOFT and what were the deciding factors?
I selected Inoxoft based on a very positive recommendation from my close friend who built a clothing website together with them and was very satisfied with their ways of working and the end-result.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We started with designing the project. By this time we had weekly follow-ups and I got to give my input to the designers and they responded with their thoughts. We had a very good team work where we repeated each others options and proceeded in the most efficient manner as possible.
Afterwards we continued with the development part of the project. Working in accordance with the same structure as when designing the website with the designers. The developers were highly skilled and extremely committed to provide a satisfactory result for the customer.
I have never experienced developers showing this commitment before. I am also very saticefied with the project manager. She have been outstanding in her way of communicating and providing solutions to problems that initially might seems very difficult.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
5 people worked with me in total. PM, 1 backend dev, 1 frontend dev and 2 designers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The website has been up and running for 2 months and already have about 100-200 viewers per day. It is very appreciated and it working as smooth as it possible can. No bugs or other issues have appeared so far. I am especially saticefied with the development for affiliate banners and the graphs and diagrams on the website.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We had weekly updates where the project manager followed-up and informed me about the development of the project: if we are keeping the deadlines (which they did every time), if any issues had occured etc. In most of the meetings the developers and the designers also took part and gave their input.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I believe the most impressive thing with Inoxoft was that: they had great structure when working, good communication skills and management, an extremely dedicated and motivated team and finally they kept all of their deadlines which is very rare with this big of a project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, I can not come to think of any improvements at this moment.

Software Dev for Consultancy/Incubator
“Their senior full stack developers really take the time to nail down the architecture before moving forward.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a consultancy that supports companies around the world. There are two branches to our business: the first involves creating business architecture for our clients, and the second is about incubating early-stage ideas to bring to market.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
I’ve worked with INOXOFT on several projects, creating software frameworks and providing full stack development. They often act as software consultants for my deals with my clients, using React-based tech stacks.
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT provides development services for my company as well as the multiple third-party clients that I consult for.
For one of my clients, INOXOFT built an elaborate registration system for horses. This included data on the horses, horse owners, and the whole ecosystem around them. On the frontend, they built interfaces for both mobile and desktop using React, and they created the database structure, too.
You can think of the solution as an agnostic platform. Not only can you shift easily between the mobile and desktop versions, but it was also available outside of The App Store and Google Play.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with about 20–25 different people depending on the project. Of course, there are UI/UX designers and program managers, but different projects require different expertise.
For example, in another instance, I had a medical client who needed a system that could analyze blood smear images. It was a fairly technical project that required AI and machine learning components, so INOXOFT brought in AI resources as well as applied mathematicians.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
INOXOFT was a referral from a colleague of mine who worked at a hardware company based in Romania. Their name came up when I mentioned that I was looking for an outside developer. After some interviews, I decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
Between the money that my company spends with them directly and the companies that I consult for, they’ve earned $1.2 million–$ 1.25 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
They formally started working with me around November 2018, and the relationship is ongoing. We continuously start new projects as previous ones wrap up.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Despite the scope creep from my side, I ended up with a product that I was pretty pleased with. The solution earned reasonable reviews from our customer base, so I could see the success around it.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m quite happy with the services and work that they provide. One thing that I really like is that they follow standard software development protocols, just like most major companies. As a result, I’m familiar with the tools that they use like Figma, GitHub, and so forth.
It’s all very understandable and logical program management. They make sure that they’re aligned on specifications, and I have full access to their tools. Not to mention, their English level is strong, too. We don’t have any communication breakdown due to language barriers.
Because I have a technical background, I try my best to specify what I’m looking for during our conversations. They then provide program management (e.g., staying on budget and schedule) to make sure that we get things done within our time frames. If the team has to pull all-nighters to get things done, they will.
However, they do try to work with me to arrive at a realistic budget and schedule. They let me know when I’m asking too much of them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The projects that I typically work with can get very complicated in terms of the logic and the structure, and there are often multiple databases to deal with. That’s why I appreciate that their senior full stack developers really take the time to nail down the architecture before moving forward.
INOXOFT’s team understands how to create modular code that’s independent of each other. That gives me a lot of flexibility because I can move the modules around as the development progresses. And, as much as I think I can create the specs for a project, things change as we go. Having a flexible code was a tremendous help.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It might be beneficial if they had a stronger presence in North America that could help them program manage the larger team in Eastern Europe. I live in Vancouver, Canada, so my 7 a.m. is their 5 p.m. Having someone who could manage the project in New York might help make sense of the time difference.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about what you’re looking for—think twice and give specifications once. Once they know exactly what you’re thinking about, they’ll develop that for you. Secondly, you should treat them as a partner rather than a service provider.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO & President of Hamilton Logistics. We are a legal aid firm that works with a lot of trucking companies and CDL drivers.
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
We needed to improve communication with our clients and were looking for someone to build a web platform and mobile app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT created a web platform and a mobile app for iOS and Android. They added functionality that enables information to be gathered from drivers, including tickets and any violations they acquire.
The drivers get updates about court dates, fines, and more. The goal is to help drivers keep their record clean, minimize insurance costs, keep their CDL, and to have all the needed documentation if they have to go to court.
What is the team composition?
I mainly interacted with the project manager, and there were five developers working on the project.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
They were referred to me by another company that worked with them and were very satisfied.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $300,000–$350,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
INOXOFT does high-quality work. Communication between us and our clients has improved and is easier with everything done online now.
Our clients are very happy with the app and have provided positive feedback. The platform is improving step by step; it’s simple for users, even if English isn’t their first language.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
They did a good job. The project manager was flexible and met all our requests, and the team finished ahead of the deadline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve. They made a great product. I appreciated all the recommendations the project manager made to improve the app and client satisfaction.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I would’ve liked the project to be more affordable.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are a good partner for software development, especially regarding improved communication with your clients.
Integrating a real estate feed solution, among other features, INOXOFT grew the client's visitors and conversions by significant margins. They were responsive throughout the project and provided both technically sound work and attentive customer service. They are a communicative partner.
