What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We started in April 2017 and were done three months later. I’m using the system now and we have more customers coming in. Some customers have requested some new features or changes.
Innvonix responds and solves problems very quickly. They’re really good at what they’re doing. They’ve delivered according to our timeline, cost estimates, and expected quality. I can’t think of a single thing they could be doing better.
How did Innvonix Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team is very professional. They have a clear plan and document everything. They tell me when they need something from me and provide time estimates for every task. We’ve had a few problems with bugs, but nothing major.
We’ve had meetings twice a week during intense phases. We mostly use Skype but have used Asana as well. They used Mantis during the testing phase. We also used Excel sheets for plans.
Quality, speed, and cost are all important in project management. They delivered on all three.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their project management and business development skills are outstanding. I haven’t seen that before.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could clarify the set of tools earlier. We came in with Asana late in the project. Talking about the pros and cons of each tool would be nice. We made the right decision, but I’m not sure if it was well-thought through or if we just got lucky.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re fast and efficient, but you need to know what you want. You need to be able to focus because they are fast and professional. It’s going to be costly if the customer doesn’t meet those requirements.
