B2B Marketing Consulting Agency: Get Results Today
B2B Marketing Results
Business owners and marketing executives wanting to achieve more from their business-to-business (B2B) marketing efforts rely on Innovaxis to create customized marketing programs that increase demand, leads and sales – starting with a marketing audit.
Your customized marketing program starts with development of a marketing strategy that identifies the right combination of inbound and outbound marketing to achieve your sales and marketing goals over the next 1-3+ years. This effort typically starts a marketing audit, possibly combined with market research, and leads to creation of a strategic marketing plan.
Execution of your strategic marketing plan consists of both digital and content marketing. Thought leadership content is developed (blogs, case studies, eguides, etc.) and spread by enhancing and leveraging your website, digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC), and marketing automation (Innovaxis is a HubSpot and Zoho partner). Your customized marketing program will also help you get the most out of traditional (non-digital) marketing efforts, including advertising, PR, direct mail, tradeshows, and may also include product management, channel marketing, and value-based pricing support.
Innovaxis marketing programs typically pay for themselves in the first 9-18 months, generating an ROI over 300% in the first 2-3 years by aligning your sales and marketing teams, increasing demand generation, and converting more leads into sales.
Are you a good fit for a customized marketing program from Innovaxis? If you see value in taking a strategic and holistic B2B marketing approach, understand that marketing results come from an open and collaborative effort, and value working with a strategic partner instead of a vendor – then let’s talk.

eGuide that Generated 1+ Leads/Day for Years
Through Google Search Console, we found long tail keywords that indicated prospects were searching for a specific service that our payroll industry client offered but they had very limited content about it on their website.
We then wrote what became the definitive industry eguide on the subject, which generated more than a lead a day for our client for years - and it also brought in large prospects they weren't even targeting but that they could convert into new clients.

Branding, Web Dev & Google Ads for Facility Service Provider
“We've achieved everything we wanted in our relationship with Innovaxis.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CRO of Allegiance Industries. We’re a facilities service provider providing janitorial contractors, security guards, and electrical contractors for manufacturing plants.
What challenge were you trying to address with Innovaxis Marketing?
We hired Innovaxis to create a sales and marketing program for our company. Since we’d been focused on operations, we didn’t have a marketing team, materials, or sales representatives. We also had an outdated website. When I moved into my role in early 2021, we knew we needed to give direction to our marketing efforts and build a revenue-generating department.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we didn’t know where to begin. Innovaxis then gave us direction around our brand story. All of our branding pieces should have the same theme, mantra, and programs. To do that, they gave us an outline of where to start. Then, they produced a website for our business’ three divisions. They worked to give those divisions the same tone and meet our target audience. Moreover, Innovaxis completely overhauled the website. It was terribly outdated and slow-running, so they created a user-friendly UI.
At present, their team handles our blog posts and email campaigns, generating relevant content for all three of our service lines. So far in the year, they’ve sent out two blog posts a month. The team also creates the content necessary for our marketing fliers and other assets. Further, when Innovaxis completes a deliverable, they send its final version for review to our business marketing manager, who clears it. If approved, the deliverable goes live. They’re also helping us in our Google Ads campaigns and ranking.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with a total of five people. Three of them are actively collaborating with us now.
How did you come to work with Innovaxis Marketing?
I first ran into Sean (President) in my previous company in Chicago, and I liked his presence. For this project, we were talking to several companies when the COVID-19 pandemic came around. Sean was down in Florida and agreed to meet with us. We took the necessary precautions during our in-person meetings.
If they were going to do our marketing and produce materials for us, it was crucial to me that they were willing to meet in person because I treasure and appreciate our culture. Sean was willing to do that, and that set him apart. He got to know us and the entire program. Ultimately, that was the reason we selected them over anyone else.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $60,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in December 2020, and our engagement is ongoing. We’ve signed a one-year agreement, but we’re looking to have a shortened agreement now that the groundwork of our marketing program has been completed.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The organic search traffic for Allegiance has doubled month-over-month compared to previous years. That’s the best leading indicator that tells us people are searching for us. On top of that, their Google Ads campaign is starting to generate leads for us from Google.
How did Innovaxis Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We keep up with each other through biweekly meetings. Everyone from Sean to their writers and experts gets on a call with us for one hour every two weeks. We learn about their agenda prior to the call, and then we run through it. Meanwhile, our marketing team and internal clients are also present in the meetings, keeping us all on the same page. Moreover, it’s also nice to have the top leaders of the company there. Overall, we’ve maintained good and clear communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Innovaxis team’s focus is the best part of working with them. We’ve had plenty of ideas, themes, and things to do, but they’ve streamlined all of those into the same message. Ultimately, our company has achieved many of those goals in a focused manner instead of bouncing off the walls left and right.
Moreover, they’ve been disciplined about their work, especially when it comes to our brand story and the process it has to go through. There’s been a point when we became annoyed with the branding’s process, but everything has been worth it in the end.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. Everyone wants more leads, but we’ve achieved everything we wanted in our relationship with Innovaxis.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Spend the time upfront to completely engulf Innovaxis in who you are, who your team is, what you do, and why it’s different. Treat them like a five-year-old child who doesn’t know anything about your industry — they’ll listen to every word you say. In fact, the little things that I’ve said to them have been the most impactful for their team, and they’ve translated those into the marketing materials they’ve created.

Rebranding & Content Marketing for Financial Services Firm
“Innovaxis Marketing is a valuable industry partner.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of operations at Kensington Research & Recovery, a property tax appeals consulting firm. We help homeowners appeal their property assessments to lower their property tax bills.
What challenge were you trying to address with Innovaxis?
In 2014, our line of business was not marketable, and we wanted to move into property tax appeals. Also, we mostly deployed outbound methods of lead generation, but we wanted to develop our inbound marketing. We engaged Innovaxis Marketing to help rebrand our company and work on inbound lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Innovaxis Marketing rebranded our company as a property tax appeals consulting firm. They redeveloped our website in WordPress and created SEO content. The team also worked with our designer to develop the logo.
Since then, Innovaxis Marketing has worked on content, inbound lead generation, branding, PR and local promotions, and mailing campaigns. They create new website pages and monthly blog posts, and they guest blog for us on other sites. The team helps with content creation.
What is the team composition?
We work with Sean (President, Innovaxis Marketing) and Pat (Manager, Content Marketing & Public Relations, Innovaxis Marketing). We have engaged with other team members who work on content and social media.
How did you come to work with Innovaxis?
I believe that the owner of my company met an Innovaxis Marketing sales associate as a networking event. At the time, we were looking for a marketing company to partner with.
How much have you invested with them?
Over the last six years, we have spent $150,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Innovaxis Marketing in March 2014. Our work together is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Innovaxis Marketing has improved our inbound lead generation through content creation. In 2014, we had no website traffic; in 2018, we had over 2,000 site visitors, half of whom we were able to assist with our services. Considering we began working with Innovaxis Marketing when we had zero inbound leads, our growth has been significant.
How did Innovaxis perform from a project management standpoint?
Innovaxis Marketing meets deadlines. The team is very responsive and accessible. We use Basecamp and communicate via email and phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Innovaxis Marketing is a valuable industry partner. Our business can be challenging to comprehend, and they’ve produced content that simplifies complex ideas into digestible, simple notions, thereby making it easier to market our services. Their team believes in the value of our service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I cannot think of any.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I don’t have any specific advice, but I can say that Innovaxis Marketing is a great company to work with.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the sales manager at The Roscoe Company. In addition to offering laundering services, we rent and sell uniforms, corporate apparel, floor mats, and cleaning products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Innovaxis Marketing?
There are a few people at our company who sometimes take the lead on our marketing efforts, but we felt we needed an outsourced firm to manage our brand more properly.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Sean (President, Innovaxis Marketing) recommended that several members of our company read a book about building a story brand. Our takeaways from that reading have driven the current redesign of our website to implement modern features and new calls to action. In coordination with this redesign, Innovaxis Marketing is migrating our online presence to a WordPress platform.
Additionally, we rely on Innovaxis Marketing to write blogs for our website and assist us in the development and implementation of email campaigns.
What is the team composition?
We primarily work with Sean, Pat (Manager of Content Marketing and Public Relations, Innovaxis Marketing), and Meredith (Digital Marketing Coordinator, Innovaxis Marketing).
How did you come to work with Innovaxis Marketing?
We learned of Innovaxis Marketing through a recommendation from a consultant that we engage for strategic planning and teambuilding.
How much have you invested with them?
We typically spend about $2,000–$3,000 each month.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement began in 2015 and remains ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen promising growth in our website traffic since working with Innovaxis Marketing, and I believe over 50% of our new business is a direct result of their efforts.
How did Innovaxis Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve worked very well together. We have a conference call every other week where we discuss our content and the progress of the site. Innovaxis Marketing set up project management tools for us to use, but I still prefer to use emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They stay on top of the tasks we need them to. While we’re busy dealing with customers, Innovaxis Marketing remains organized on their objectives. They’ll send us gentle reminders when certain things need to get done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing specific comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Our relationship has flourished because we stay in regular communication with their team. I’d advise any future clients to operate the same way.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of business development at Induction Innovations. We manufacture induction heating tools for the automotive, transportation, and industrial applications markets.
What challenge were you trying to address with Innovaxis Marketing?
Originally, we hired them to help with enforcing minimum advertised pricing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The partnership pivoted to two web redesign projects. Innovaxis Marketing initially overhauled the website from scratch and the subsequent 2015 redesign built on that previous project. Concurrently, the team has done marketing research, logo design, and graphic design. Most recently, they researched the use of our tools in the marine industry. Innovaxis Marketing has also written monthly blogs and created content for web and email.
What is the team composition?
Their five-person team includes one main point of contact.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2014 and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our open rates and view rates have steadily increased over the past five years. We continue to see growth and earn praise for our logo and web design.
How did Innovaxis Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Basecamp and hold biweekly phone calls. During those conversations, we discuss updates and ideate our next projects.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Innovaxis Marketing feels like a part of our internal team. They’re always looking for new ideas to help us grow. The team knows our product and employees equally well. As a result, they have a great understanding of our customers. In these ways, Innovaxis Marketing distinguishes themselves from our previous marketing partners.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The team has grown, but they should still hire more resources with different areas of specialty.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask for references and talk to other companies that have hired them. We’ve had a great experience and suggest other companies use them.

Please describe your firm.
We are an electronic content management company that helps clients to efficiently save money and get better control of their records.
What is your role and responsibilities?
I am the owner and founder, so I run the operations of CASO.
What was your goal for the work with Innovaxis Marketing?
We had many goals, but the main goal was to enhance our marketing experience and enhance our marketing department. We wanted to reach potential customers through search engine optimization since this is a key lead generation channel.
We wanted to have an online marketing plan on an ongoing basis, to improve our website and search engine results. We have templates to capture data and email response templates. We wanted to improve our online lead generation and conversion.
Can you describe the scope of their work in more detail?
It was just online marketing.
What was your process for selecting Innovaxis Marketing for the work?
I met them through another company that does the same type of work that we do. They have experience in the document management industry so it was an easy choice. We started the work in early 2013.
Is the work completed or is it an ongoing engagement?
We have a 2014 budget and action plan. We’re working on a 2015 budget and action plan now, which we’ll review in December. I anticipate working with them through 2015 and likely longer.
Can you provide a sense of the size of the initiative with a general cost range or personnel work hour figure?
I don’t know how many hours, but I think the budget this year was about $50,000 with Innovaxis Marketing.
Do you have any statistics or metrics to demonstrate the success of the work?
We don’t have any metrics. That’s something we’re trying to start putting in place. What we have measured is the incoming leads by phone. We now received eight to ten calls per week as opposed to one per week before the engagement. We also have better results from sales calls resulting from email campaigns and data sheets provided by Innovaxis.

ProConversions Online Content Marketing
"We're seeing a direct impact on sales, marketing activity, and exposure for my organization."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Please describe your company and your role and responsibilities.
I am the president of ProConversions, we're a full-solution provider of document management, enterprise document management, and advanced capture technologies. We have special expertise in production scanners. We're tied closely to Kodak and Fujitsu, and we’ve done some business with IBM, Allen, and Kirtas, which are some of the other major players. Our expertise is in the advanced capture space. I’m a certified engineer and an expert in Kofax and many EMC products that are on the market.
We go out with that mentality and technical understanding, and we try to help customers understand what their needs are. Then we apply our technology to help solve some of their problems. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years, and I worked at one of the big scanner manufacturers for eight of those years. Then, I broke off and started this organization, which has been on-track and running very well.
What was your goal for working with Innovaxis?
We needed to have a Web presence and get the word out about the organization when I first started. That's when we connected with Innovaxis and started working with them. All of my Web content and marketing is all run through Innovaxis. They are experts in the field, and we collaborated on all of my content that will be sent out.
I don’t expect them to know my industry and spit out what I was to say to the client. I give them some of the outlines, they turn it into professional content with all of the right graphics and distribute it for me in several formats. They do email blasts, they create the content and provides it to us. They write magazine articles that have run in the document strategy forum. The editor of the magazine liked the work so much they put it in the center page of their ad at a large discount because he liked it so much.
The Innovaxis team developed the website. They listen to what I want, and then put it into the website. Sometimes, that's difficult because collaborative content doesn’t make sense in some cases. I like the way we collaborate on the content and find the right words. If I look at the site and see a way it can make more sense, I email that to Innovaxis, and a few days later, it’s finished, revised, and published.
It doesn’t really work to call up an organization and have them spit out what you want. You have to collaborate with them. If you do, you’ll have a tremendous amount of success. I think the way they charge is very fair. I didn’t expect them to write everything. I expected them to help me get it out, and that’s what is happening. We're seeing a good Web presence of people calling us and asking for information on certain products. That has to do with their organization, so I'm very happy with that.
Please describe the scope of their work.
In addition to the website and content work, Innovaxis has done some SEO [search engine optimization] work, but we're not paying a large dollar value toward SEO. It is all based on the content. Innovaxis says it's all based on the words and how you articulate yourself. That is very important.
I find that the majority of our clients, which has changed in the last few years, and 60 percent of our purchases indicate that they are knowledgeable about the purchase prior to them getting to me. By the time they get to me, they already know what they want. This makes the presence on our website all the more important. They are going to the site to gather data, and then getting to me. Then, I have the opportunity based on how successful the content is.
What was your process for selecting Innovaxis with which to work?
I’ve had a few different companies and website developers working in that environment. It had to do with the time and care that the Innovaxis team took to learn what I wanted. I selected them after a meeting and liking what they had to say.
We're working toward doing the right thing with our site and delivering solutions that will make an impact on the client. They have done a very good job for me, and I couldn’t be happier.
Is the work completed?
No, the work is not completed. We have ongoing projects that involve a significant amount of money. We have a product tie solution called MedPac that is designed to run medical claims. We've sold it to one of the largest unions in the United States, the Screen Actors Guild. They use it, and it scans all of the current health claims in that arena. It's a very large client. We have new clients that resulted from the success of the MedPac brochure.
The website has a continual flow to it. We have a blog and events; we just got back from five major events in our arena. We tout each one on our event page with photos, and we're generating the demand. What our manufacturers like about ProConversions is that we generate the demand. We're generating a lot of leads. The business has grown dramatically, and we continue to win contracts. We want to keep the success up.
Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
They offered me a unique proposal early on that allowed me to fund the project. It wasn’t $25,000, it was $5,000. They told me they would help me get off the ground, and we utilized their team in that effort. Once we get some wind under our sails, we'll expand the work, go after the SEO, and do other things.
Is there anything unique about Innovaxis that really makes them stand out, compared to other companies?
They listen well. They took the time to help a smaller company like mine, even though they knew they wouldn’t make a lot of money at first. That says something about the character of the individual running the company. That's different from some other people that run large conglomerates. They did their research, dug in, and helped. I had to collaborate on the content because it's industry-specific, and I have expertise in it. Their team was able to draft my ideas and put them on paper.
We're seeing a direct impact on sales, marketing activity, and exposure for my organization so that you wouldn’t know it was only 14 months or old. We grossed more than a million dollars in our first year, and we're tracking toward much more than that. In that short time frame, Innovaxis has helped us look bigger than we are. We were able to land clients like AFTRA, New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance, and some of these very big clients because the feel of the organization overall, rather than it just representing me. That's huge. They have been able to articulate that for me, and they knew what I wanted to articulate.
My other goal was to productize something, and MedPac is the result of that. I couldn’t be happier with how that came together.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?
Innovaxis has the right expertise, and they are able to get back to me in a timely manner. They use Basecamp as a way for us all to collaborate. That is very helpful from my perspective, because I had never used it before.
Knowing upfront that I needed to collaborate and bring a lot of the content to the table is something that clients should know upfront. Collaboration is very important in a website's success. That’s how Innovaxis sees it, that the client provides the industry-specific content, and they put it into the appropriate context and outline, helping you to articulate it.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Please describe your company, and your role and responsibilities.
I am a director of marketing for an information management company. We started about 50 years ago scanning paper, microfilm, and microfiche. We’ve evolved so selling information management software is now the focus.
What was your goal for working with Innovaxis?
We were 10 years behind with content and digital marketing when we started with Innovaxis. We weren’t doing anything. We didn’t have much of a website. They reached out to one of our partners in Texas. They had a lot of experience in our industry for content marketing, and we did a website refresher with them as well.
Please describe the scope of their work.
It was content marketing and Web development. They wrote every single page on our website. We slowed down a few months ago. They had been doing four blog posts per month for us.
What was your process for selecting Innovaxis with which to work?
They contacted someone at our firm. We had been looking for someone, and Innovaxis has a number of clients exactly like us. They were very familiar with our industry.
We have multiple projects going with them. One project is that we refresh our website once a year. We continuously write content for it. It's an ongoing project. Innovaxis is half of our marketing department. We have no plans to stop working with them.
Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
We spend around $1,000 a month with them.
Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?
We were ranked a lot higher on several of our important pages, our services pages. It took a couple of months, but the SEO [search engine optimization] they put into our website really paid off. We’ve been getting more phone calls a month as a result of that. That is the most tangible result we’ve had, the overarching amount of Web traffic since they began writing for us. We’ve had some good results.
How has Innovaxis performed?
They’ve been great. Five out of five.
Is there anything unique about them that really makes them stand out, compared to other companies?
Their knowledge is very industry-specific for us. They are very good at taking notes and giving back the results that we ask for. We’ve had 45 rounds of revisions. It's always good. In the first few months of writing content, we read over everything. Now, I don’t read it anymore because I know it's good.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?
No. They're tied in with Business Catalyst for Web development, and Business Catalyst doesn’t have quite the horsepower that I thought it did initially, but it's still a good platform.

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
Our group of companies are in the payroll industry and I am the Head of Marketing
For what projects/services did your company hire Innovaxis Marketing, and what were your goals?
We had multiple needs for badly neglected websites and an extension of the marketing team to execute on various digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, CRM, Website development and maintenance. Our goal were to increase site traffic from our audiences for website conversions.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Innovaxis is excellent ad collaboration and ideation in addition to the tactical work. They were approachable and have a process to produce work that includes ongoing meeting cadence with updates and reporting. A great team to work with and lots of talent.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
The process used starts with a website audit which reveals clearly what work needs to be done - they leverage MOZ and SEM Rush to assess progress particularly for SEO. The next steps were a planned phased approach starting with corrections and then progressing on to good SEO practices. The team was progressive and ready to put in the work for results. Keyword discovery is an analysis step that leans into content development, PPC and website optimization. Most of this work was done manually by the team with assistance from Google AdWords keyword planner.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Director of content services, Director of Digital, Assistant Digital Manager, Owner
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We successfully and consistently appeared in the search engine results pages for our top keywords, our website traffic increased over 300% and still performing, our conversions were up over 700%. Overall, we would not have achieved our revenue goals from marketing demand generation without Innovaxis.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a bimonthly meeting cadence and ad hoc access to key team members when needed. Monthly reporting was shared in a timely manner and results were discussed. Projects were communicated in our meetings and they successfully met deadlines on all project work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team can do anything.
