Shabodi has asked INNOKREA to enable together with us seamless telehealth with “Network-Aware Surgery.” Built on the Shabodi Application Enablement Platform, INNOKREA was asked to create a network-aware application that enhances remote doctor mentoring during surgical procedures. The collaboration leverages Shabodi’s Application Enablement Platform (AEP) with INNOKREA’s specialized IT solutions to ensure flawless communication during surgeries. Here’s how it unfolds: 

1. Scheduling the Surgery: INNOKREA’s Calendar Application schedules a surgery, invoking Shabodi’s AEP to guarantee the necessary network resources for remote mentoring from medical experts to surgeons live during the surgery. 
2. Before the Surgery: The video stream operates at the best effort, using the network like any other application. 
3. During the Surgery: Shabodi AEP reallocates network resources to ensure appropriate Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. This guarantees real-time interactions, flawless communication, and buffer-free mentoring from a remote expert to the surgeon. 
4. After the Surgery: Shabodi’s AEP restores the network to “best effort mode,” returning the original settings to the operating room. Ultimately, this process enables a stable video connection throughout the surgery, allowing for uninterrupted remote mentoring, a vital aspect of modern surgical practices.

INNOKREA provided on-time & in-budget high quality solution fully integrated with our Application Enablement Platform (AEP). We were able to demonstrate practical scenario for usage of our platform by an external application. All our business goals were achieved due the fact.

Software Interactive creates medium and large IT systems, usually cloud-based with web access. Backend is usually implemented in .NET Core (also ASP.NET), frontend in Razor or technologies based on JS (Angular / React). We create individual software tailored to the specific needs of the client. We have implemented projects in such areas as: fiscal devices, 3D printers, multimedia kiosks, IoT and others.

Apart from senior level of expertise, the 2 developers are very engaged people. They joined our team very quickly and were able, from the very beginning, to receive independent tasks.

Our cooperation is being held remotely and we are able to accomplish everything that is expected from INNOKREA through online consultations, calls, emails & Slack messages. FIXFM created a platform that redefines the implementation of emergency interventions and repairing faults. They automated interactions between clients and professionals so that each party can focus on their most important tasks and plans. FIXFM faced a challenge of changing their technology partner.

FIXFM was looking for a partner who would provide appropriate technical competences for further development and maintenance of the application. We were looking for experience in, among others, Python and React technologies. In cooperation with INNOKREA, a transition plan was built for our comprehensive support.

At the beginning of our co-operation, together with INNOKREA, we defined the transition phase and our business goals. We agreed on our key requirements and expectations. INNOKREA phased involvements of their experts to achieve better results. At the final stage of the transition phase, they were ale to fully support us in software development and support for the whole solution (incl. AWS/DevOps services).

In a very short time, INNOKREA took over the overall support and development of our mobile and web applications. Thanks to the implementation of this project, we optimized the costs of maintaining and developing the application. At the same time, it guaranteed us a stable partner for technological cooperation.

The transition phase was really well defined and thoroughly analysed. We had a number of fruitful discussions and workshops. We communicated regularly through MS Teams and Slack. We implemented an effective business process for sales. INNOKREA did the project 100% on time and on budget, and they remained exceptionally flexible with late changes in requirements.  My overall feedback is that they’re extremely professional, attentive and competent.

The team was using at most direct contact during the project’s realisation. They were able to provide us with high-quality solution with agility and they helped us achieve our goals, and launched our sales process. INNOKREA’s responsiveness is outstanding. Their engineers know what they're doing and they communicate very well. We investigated our Polish market to find an almost ready-to-go solution. Our expectation was to have a fancy, well-designed tool for employees of our key client. We interviewed a number of potential vendors and INNOKREA proposed the best proposal for us.

INNOKREA was responsible for the whole technical part of the project. They were co-operating with our project manager. They used React and Python/Django technologies for the project. The tool was integrated with external source of information about collected points by users and the integration allowed to update on a daily basis current value of the points.

INNOKREA’s work was co-ordinated on their side by their IT project manager. Within the team there were also fronted and backend developers. The project fluctuated between 4-6 team members.

Our additional expectation for the project, was also a deployment provided as soon as possible. INNOKREA created the tool in a very fast way. Users received a nice-designed application which was very intuitive and easy to use.

The key outcome is that, we were able to provide for production the mobile app on-time with expected features for our client. Our client gained a tool which allowed them to instal and program about 500 beacons in a very smooth way.

INNOKREA & BILANDER and other companies (GLOBEMA and P211) as well as the Polish District Heating Chamber of Commerce, have created the Cieplo.it platform, within which we have such a system.

BILANDER was co-operating with INNOKREA in the past and we knew that it is a reliable partner for complex IT projects

The main idea of the Cieplo.it portal is that a heating company receives access to a number of industry functions and specialist applications via a web browser. The platform generally consists of: o data analysis tools, o a number of applications dedicated to solving specific problems of the company, e.g. CRM system, field team management system, auction system, gamification application, investment project management tool, GIS, and others.

INNOKREA played the role of a solutions integrator in the project. They were responsible for the pilot implementation of the field brigade management system, under which: o an application environment installed in the Internet cloud was prepared, o user training was conducted, o locations of heat nodes were imported to the system, o the work of brigades was simulated.

In wholesale, products from the end of the series and withdrawn from the manufacturer’s offer are a frequent challenge. Such goods, which are in storage in warehouses, are fully functional and valuable. However, it generates additional storage or disposal costs in the company.

We were looking for a solution on the market and after analysis we decided to use INNOKREA’s solution.

In response to the business needs of FEMAX, we have implemented a dedicated auction platform KupTam – in this way, a new sales channel has been established for business customers, through which it is possible to effectively sell unnecessary products that cannot be sold using other methods. INNOKREA developed the solution itself – they used modern technologies such as React & Python.

In this way, FEMAX has achieved a significant reduction in the costs of storage and disposal of goods remaining in warehouses, as well as the satisfaction of customers who have gained the opportunity to purchase full-value products on preferential terms. Both FEMAX and its customers appreciate KupTam as a solution distinguished by practicality and refined functionality, enabling, among others, intuitive and easy-to-use shopping and easy listing of items for sale.
