I’m the academic director of Professional Language Institute. We are a language institute in Mexico. We offer English classes here, and Spanish classes for our international program. I coordinate teachers, as well as customer service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inkstone Marketing?

We needed help with digital marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

George (PPC Advertising Strategist) manages our Google ads, as well as Facebook. He helps with strategy, advising us on what should be put in the ads, how to present our services, and more. He also manages some of the text on our webpage for the U.S. and Canadian market.

What is the team composition?

George is my only point of contact.

How did you come to work with Inkstone Marketing? 

I met George several years ago when he came here as a teacher. We stayed in touch, and I knew he studied marketing, so I reached out to him when we were in need of marketing assistance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Prior to COVID, we were getting a lot of new leads because of Inkstone Marketing. We get new leads every day and George is doing a great job.

How did Inkstone Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We use WhatsApp for quick communication, and email for more in-depth tasks. George is always available, and usually responds within an hour.

What did you find most impressive about them?

George is very intelligent, and organized. They deliver what they promise and I can count on them. We work very well together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inkstone Marketing?

We were looking for ways to highlight nonprofits that were providing COVID-19 relief by doing a Google Ads campaign.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inkstone Marketing managed our Google Ads campaign. We highlighted certain nonprofits on our website that were doing life-saving work for people affected by coronavirus, including several food banks.

What is the team composition?

George (PPC Advertising Strategist & Content Writer) is my primary contact.

How did you come to work with Inkstone Marketing?

George had a relationship with our organization before I came on board, and my predecessor spoke so highly of him that I didn’t see any reason to change things.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–June 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Google campaign they handled for us contributed largely to our success. We saw an increase in overall donations, specifically for the nonprofits helping with COVID-19. After the work was finished, George checked in to make sure we were still seeing results.

How did Inkstone Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually communicated via Slack and messaging. George is extremely responsive, usually replying within 10–15 minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

George is extremely helpful, approachable, and diligent. He really listens to the problem we have and works to come up with the right solution. They’re a great partner, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d encourage them to show off a little more in the way they do reports.

If they know what you’re looking for, they’ll go above and beyond to provide it for you.
