In January 2023, the company rebranded from holo|one to Sphere. InHouse came on to support this transition. They created new brand templates, including Powerpoint and tradeshow booths. They also completely redesigned and built the new Sphere website, with an emphasis on UI/UX and performance. 

In addition, they created an exciting new promo video, handling every stage of production after the script was written, such as storyboarding, hiring sets and actors, filming, all post-production (plus CGI work)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website has more than tripled our lead generation efforts. The video, which was shown at our annual event, was extremely well-received and has been shared on multiple occasions. New brand templates are widely used, well-received and easily adaptable.

I had a blast working with their team, I understand they're getting more busy now so only improvement I would offer is to hire some more great people like yourselves so you can take on even more projects!

Our hero product is very new and requires some education for the consumer. The In-House Creative team helped our team develop an explainer video on how our product works. From the main video, they also created a few 15-sec videos for thumb-stopping creative for our social ads.

I've worked with previous production agencies, and not only were their prices pretty insane, they also had very long lead times. I love how responsive the In-House team has been throughout the process. Their turnaround time for the project is pretty unheard of too. I needed these bits of content before the holidays for our BFCM promos.

We started with a discovery meeting and briefing session. From there, we set up a time for the in-house team to come into our candle-making studio for filming. Within a week of filming, they had our video produced.

We worked with a project manager, and it felt like working with someone from our own internal team. Our project manager really understood our brand and was even more of a perfectionist than we are!

We have checked over dozen marketing companies. We tried two of them until we found IHC. These guys are by far best at what they do.

We have had an initial brainstorming session. IHC proposed a marketing strategy to create a set of video posts indirectly pointing to SystemX. it allowed us to grow LI followship and achieve over 4K views in some of our videos. At a three months point, IHC proposed to introduce short videos in an ad style. just to catch audience eye. Something funny. we are evaluating efficiency of these ads at the moment.

I have worked with five guys, including IHC founders. Evan is in our direct account manager, Zach is a storyteller and creative, and Nourlan is converting recorded footage into meaningful and beautiful video reels.

We have grown LinkedIn in followship significantly. We have achieved high viewership on some posted video. We are researching how can we close deals directly form video posts.

I like how IHC guys creating traction on LinkedIn. I think they understand how LI community work and leverage this knowledge in promoting companies and products.

My only ask is to focus on how we can convert video viewer into a lead, or even a client.

Fantastic communication tools - we used things like WhatsApp and slack for constant communication throughout the project and continue to use those avenues if I ever have questions etc.

I’m the CFO of Stack Capital Group, an investment holding company. We have a pool of capital and invest in growth-to-late-stage private businesses, primarily in North America.

We needed a video to explain our structure, what we do, and what we’re focused on in a fun way.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InHouse Creative provided video production services for us. They created an explainer video that was partly animated and used live-action footage. The team helped plan the video; we worked together on brainstorming, ideating, and storyboarding. From there, they handled the production, filming footage in our office. Then, they edited and did the audio mixing.

The final deliverables were a five-minute video, a one-minute video, and even shorter cuts. Additionally, InHouse Creative gave us advice on how to distribute the video and where to post it.

This project lasted from June–September 2022. The team is still available for us if we need an edit or have questions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although we didn't have a specific metric, we measured InHouse Creative's success by how much we liked the video. We've posted it on the front page of our website and YouTube, and we're getting good hits on it; we've seen an increase in its views. Viewers have given positive feedback because it helps explain our company very well. 

How did InHouse Creative] perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very good at project management; they met the deadline and our budget, so we were very happy. As for tools, we used Zoom, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We also met in person.

InHouse Creative was easy to work with, creative, and professional. They followed through with their promises, so it was great to work with them.

Nothing they needed to improve comes to mind; we were happy overall.

We entrusted the planning, filming, and overall production of this video to InHouse Creative.

I can't specifically speak to all of the steps, however there was a lot of planning, on-site filming, raw footage review, multiple edits, and then finalization and touch-ups.

I worked with Nur and Zach Ronski. My role was to provide feedback in order to iterate on the final editing and production. Everything was organized, and they definitely went the extra step in order to ensure that the final product was perfect.

We showed off the video to our major investors as well as to our advisory board, all who loved it. We then used this video in partnership discussions - it made a significant impact in resonating with these potential partners, as well as towards lending credibility towards Sparrow.

We used UpWork to source proposals and chose InHouse based on their experience and flexibility.

InHouse was hired to shoot ten episodes of my interview-style show. In the first two shoots we shot three interviews and in the last one, we shot four interviews. Each interview consisted of me and one guest. There were three cameras involved, one on a wide shot, one on myself, and another on the guest.

After the shoots, the InHouse team edited the episodes and provided an mp4 file to be posted to YouTube and an mp3 file for podcast platforms.

I worked with Nurlan, Zach and Evan. They took feedback well and made adjustments when needed.

The show's audience continues to grow and expand and the episodes done by InHouse continue to get high engagement and positive feedback from viewers and isteners.

They're very punctual and organized. I appreciated that they arrived at all the film shoots and completed all their deliverables in a timely manner.

Monitoring the audio quality for the full duration of the recording sessions would be one area for improvement.
