We needed to develop a strategy to get to know our market better; our goal was to have a better understanding of the people who were buying our products. Thus, we reached out to Ingenia Agency to help us out.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ingenia Agency helped us create a master plan, which included a strategy for blog development for our websites. Their team worked to create this plan focusing on our main brands, and they found a lot of opportunity areas we had to address.

However, we’ve implemented some changes in our communications, changing the tone and ways we used to communicate with our public. These changes have helped us increase our social media engagement.

Ingenia Agency adapted to our schedules and availability. We had meetings using various communication tools.
In terms of budget, we had some setbacks at some point because some of their suggestions weren’t within our reach, such as paying for certain licenses. Our budget constraints are one of the reasons why we haven’t implemented the whole proposal.

Ingenia Agency’s openness to different markets is outstanding. They can take over projects and direct them to very different segments. Moreover, they were very committed to their work, exceeding expectations to gather the information we needed.

I’m a robotic process automation (RPA) developer at the IT department of a property management company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ingenia Agency?
We don’t have enough resources in-house to work on all the projects that we have, so we use Ingenia as a third-party staffing solutions partner to provide us with more developers as needed.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ingenia has helped us with our staffing needs. Usually, we provide them with a job description and tell them exactly what we want. Then, they start finding candidates for us to interview.
Regarding our requirements, we’ve requested developers with two years of experience in automation projects, an intermediate SQL development level, and a good English level. We also wanted people with agreeable personalities so that we could work with them.
Ingenia usually trains their employees in their general code of conduct and protocols. However, we’ve also trained the resources they provide on our specific processes, which is appropriate for our business. I wouldn’t expect or task Ingenia to train those resources for what we do.
Currently, we’re working on a project for which Ingenia provides us with one engineer. This resource focuses on RPA development.

Some of the candidates we’ve interviewed haven’t shown great English level. Thus, Ingenia could improve their screening process to weed out candidates based on their English domain. Still, it’s very hard for them to know their English level accurately because they speak Spanish internally.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ingenia Agency, and what were your goals?
We needed to redesign our website to improve its performance and overall functionality. It was essential to renew its image, improve the usability of the site, enrich the experience for the end user and facilitate content management for internal administrators.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for web developers and shortlisted 7. We interviewed them and assessed their proposals both in terms of content and pricing. Additionally, our cybersecurity team made tests with them and Ingenia was one of the two developers who passed it. We decided to work with Ingenia because of their skills and expertise on web developing.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
After agreeing to work together, we had a kick-off meeting to discuss the objectives and schedule the deliverables of the project. We divide it into 2 parts on Phase I the main deliverables or steps were: brief, benchmark, look and feel home, work plan, charter, concept creative & technology. For Phase II: Look and feel, wireframes, front end, back end, tests, launch. They used MODX to build the page and provided training on basic usage to several members of the company involved on updating different sections of the webpage.

The project manager was our main contact throughout the process. Nevertheless, through the different stages of the project, we also worked with the heads of design (UX/UI), front and back end, tester, SEO, QA, Content (and their teams working behind the scenes).

We are now better prepared to provide key information to our stakeholders and answer the most frequent questions in the easiest way. We can monitor visits to the webpage and we have seen an increase, we can also confirm the most reviewed sections of the page, which is valuable to us.

The Project management's attention was outstanding, she was really neat, distributed meeting minutes, and gave a proper follow-up. The project manager was always available and solved our inquiries throughout the process of the page development.

They usually propose creative and innovative alternatives, they are willing to solve unexpected problems or make the necessary adjustments to reach the best possible outcome. Great design!

They should improve the attention on the deliverables, both on timing and quality, as there were delays versus the initial timeline and typos/mistakes on the information displayed during the building and test phases. Costs are another issue because there were some extras not contemplated in the initial proposal.
