I’m the founder of Digitigi Technologies, a digital marketing company. We have an internal set of content writers, a marketing team, and a few developers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infozion Technologies?

We needed to deliver an entire solution for a global automotive company, so we needed specialized resources to help us. We wanted someone that specialized in Drupal 8 so they could do customized application development. Also, the delivery timeline given by the client was very aggressive.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infozion Technologies uses Drupal 8 to build our client’s custom solution.

What is the team composition?

We have an application developer, a solution architect, and four DevOps people on our team.

How did you come to work with Infozion Technologies?

We gave an RFQ to a few companies; it was a private tender. Infozion Technologies gave their pitch, and they were close to our requirements. Their timelines were slightly longer than others, but their structured approach impressed us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $70,000–$90,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Whenever the project is handed over, my team shares KPIs, and they’ve successfully achieved those. There have been 1–2 instances where they should’ve caught a bug, but we informed them. Overall, they’ve done a satisfactory job.

How did Infozion Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is very well documented. They meet all the timelines, but communication is their weakest link. We have to ask them for an update. 

We have biweekly calls, and they use Jira for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re knowledgeable about new technologies. Also, the team is strong in the area of ideation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Communication needs to be improved.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Every customer has a different need, but it’s good to try them out. They’re great at ideation.

I’m the founder of Aapka Advocate, a legal services portal.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infozion Technologies?

I needed someone to build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infozion Technologies first developed documentation along with a prototype UI/UX design. Afterward, they built my website from scratch, handling both the front- and backend development. They also provided maintenance and took care of all our IT work. Finally, they helped us with digital marketing, including SEO and social media marketing. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with 8–9 teammates, including the CTO and a project manager. I was mainly in contact with the project manager. 

How did you come to work with Infozion Technologies?

Someone recommended them to me. I reached out to other providers, but only Infozion Technologies understood what I wanted. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $10,000–$15,000 for the website. In terms of digital marketing, their monthly retainer was $1,500.  

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They built a great website. I enjoyed working with Infozion Technologies — they possessed excellent technical skills and understood our needs. The team also did a great job with SEO. Thanks to their digital marketing help, I received a good amount of traffic and customers. Specifically, I got a minimum of 40–50 leads per day through my website.

How did Infozion Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was nearly perfect. We used Jira and communicated via email and Google Meet, where we had weekly status meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was delighted with their work. The Infozion Technologies team was very helpful — they guided me through everything and took care of all my issues and needs. Furthermore, they were able to give us a complete picture of our project by analyzing our needs and designing the project scope based on that analysis. Additionally, their CTO was also a great person with deep technical expertise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve done better in terms of project management.

I’d recommend them to any startup. They will understand your needs and give you sound business advice.

I’m one of the co-founders of Wow Games, and we’re an edtech company that helps people enhance their language skills and upscale their communication to build confidence.

We needed someone to help develop our gaming app.

Infozion Technologies is helping us with the strategy and ideation of the process, and the development of our app. They’re also working on prototyping and once that’s done, they’ll be providing us with further maintenance. Moreover, they’re also helping us understand marketing.

We mainly communicate with the project manager, as well as Abishek (Co-Founder & CEO), Aryan (Sales & Marketing Executive), and a frontend designer.

We were looking for development support and found Infozion Technologies. They work as if they’re a part of my own team because they’re really dedicated to the project. This gives me a level of comfort and confidence, which is why I continue to work with them.

Our ongoing partnership started in August 2021.

So far, the quality of their work has been amazing, and they’re always available to discuss small aspects of the project. We haven’t had any miscommunications, because they always address concerns urgently.

How did Infozion Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

I really appreciate the way they manage the project because they’re always present to discuss key points in the development. We use Figma for the design and communicate mostly through Zoom and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their teamwork, knowledge, dedication, and perseverance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t have to improve on anything, and I urge them to keep doing what they’re doing.

I would advise them not to think twice about working with Infozion Technologies, because they’re really helpful in many other aspects of development.

After 5 years of hard work and vast networking. Workboathire now is the world’s largest

Our easy to search database that quickly locates relevant vessels searchable by many criteria is now used by thousands of companies globally and is rapidly becoming the industry go to standard for workboat sourcing and comparison.

For what projects/services did your company hire Infozion Technologies?

My company was facing lots of issues, like poor UI/Ux, issues in the payment gateway. spam messages and poor boat listing. these were my major pain point which they understand properly

What were your goals for this project?

Needed a clear and simple website and CRM for my boat project. Click funnel improvement and frontend should be scaleable for world traffic.

How did you select this vendor?

Initially, I got them on Upwork and post that we communicate separately. They gave me great advice in advance and post that I was quite assured on their expertise

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Improved the conversion by 70% initially most of the traffic gets wasted. With the new website, we are able to serve the actual user in a better way. it was worth to invest 4 months with them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was done through Jira software. We used agile method for this. on each working day, I received the call for a standup meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I love their consulting and forecasting about the project. They are very strict about timelines. They always keep their word.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, They need to reduce their pricing a little bit. After project completion, things look better but at initially level, it was tuff for me. so you guys need to take a lesser price at initial phase.
