Experts in Web & Mobile app development
Whether you’re just an idea or a giant in your field, we at Infiny will provide you with all the technical know-how of the business world. We provide a one-stop solution for web and app development, tailor-made according to your taste.
Here’s an overview of what we have been striving for, since the past 4 years-
1. Producing over a 100 happy clients across continents (literally, except Antarctica).
2. Undertaking around 150 projects using cutting edge technologies.
3. Building a team that is bonded by the love of coding and coffee.
4. Cementing our name in today’s IT scenario through tireless efforts and smart decision making.
How we get you where you want to be:
As soon as you knock on our door we engage a set of consultants to make a vague idea, concrete and a good idea, great. From here we pass it to the planners, who build around it and give a framework for the designers to work on. This structured idea is now handed over to the developers who work their binary magic and challenge it to the testers. After a series of checking and correcting we get a refined product which is then deployed off. This product undergoes stringent scrutiny and deliberation before being polished for launch.

Outsourced Web & Android Dev for Technology Services Company
"Sometimes I need to have an update call in the middle of the night, and they’re there, which makes them stand out."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a technology services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom Pvt. Ltd.?
We needed to outsource development work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We outsourced bits and pieces of multiple modules to them. One of the projects they helped with was a knowledge and library management system for kids and schools, built for both web and native Android. They used both PHP and MySQL in their development work.
What is the team composition?
I dealt with two or three people.
How did you come to work with Infiny Webcom Pvt. Ltd.?
They were referred to me and did a small piece of work as a test.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $10,000-$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June 2016 until December 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They delivered on time and their work has been well received.
How did Infiny Webcom Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Slack for a while, and they’re always available and accessible. They may not have the most traditional work style, but you can pick up the phone at any time and they’ll answer. We don’t get structured, timely reports, and there’s a bit of a follow-up involved at times, but they make up for it by being available at any time for anything. I’d give them an eight out of 10 for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Sometimes I need to have an update call in the middle of the night, and they’re there, which makes them stand out. They even did a call with me on New Year’s Eve. They may be lacking in certain areas, but they make up for it with a human touch.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could supplement their skill set a bit more on the business analysis side.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Strike a personal rapport with them and they’ll be your best friends. But if you just treat them as business partners, they’ll still work well with you.

Web & Software Dev for People Development Consulting Firm

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am an executive director of Edify Consultants, a tech consulting company based in Mumbai. We develop tech management BPA solutions. Most of our systems center around OD [Organization Development] consulting, LMS [Learning Management System], performance management systems, and TNA [Training Needs Analysis].
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom?
We needed help with software development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infiny has worked on quite a few projects, most of them OD applications that integrate e-learning content with an LMS platform. They have developed three apps for me. One tool, called NODL, automates TNA [Training Need Analysis]. The other was an OD tool for a textiles company in Mumbai. They have also helped me build a sales mapping tool, and are currently developing an internal website.
NODL was the most challenging product. It was very difficult to develop a product that automates TNA and centers on such a difficult topic. Many consulting firms were trying to develop this product, but hadn’t been able to come up with a solid solution. They had to understand the HR process, automate it, and understand my consulting requirements. It was very challenging for them. For us, the concept of TNA automation developed the integrated solution by itself.
It was important to create a user interface and user experience that didn’t create a lot of confusion in the client’s mind. In addition, the entire solution needed to be mapped to a web-based analytical tool. That encompassed the entire BPA solution. They not only helped us build the app, but also integrated it with a backend analytical tool that helps corporate evaluate company analyses.
What is the team composition?
I was in direct contact with four people on a regular basis. I also interacted with Anuj Rai [Director, Infiny Webcom] at the beginning of the project.
How did you come to work with Infiny Webcom?
We wanted an integrated backend solution. Infiny, who I was in touch with during that time, were the ones that first suggested a hybrid platform. Since it takes less time than building a native solution, a hybrid solution is much cheaper. All the other vendors I had in mind presented a native solution that was 2-3 times more expensive than Infiny’s concept.
They also helped us integrate with the cloud, which saved a lot of money. As our products become more and more complicated, they helped us innovate and take the next steps.
How much have you invested in them?
We have spent between $10,000—$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in 2012, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
On the development front, I hold their company in good esteem. There have been situations where they could have easily not taken a project, but they have been very supportive. They have met some very tight deadlines. Most of our clients have used a product that Infiny developed, and none of them have ever come back with a complaint. They are phenomenal at what they do.
How did Infiny Webcom perform from a project management standpoint?
Their formal team communication is weak, but I don’t require it as long as they understand my requirements. They stick to timelines and are fabulous when it comes to project management. On many occasions, they have been ready for the next milestone before I was. I have had a very good experience when it comes to keeping deadlines.
We communicate through email on an almost daily basis. We also speak on the telephone every now and then and regularly use Skype. Meeting with them is easy since they’re a one-hour drive away from us. We usually meet about once a month to brainstorm about what we want to do next.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have offered us an extraordinary amount of support, and they have applied a good amount of innovation to what we are trying to do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They are not a very formal company, which makes it difficult for me to introduce them to another formal company. As a consulting company, I would refrain from introducing them to another MNC [Multinational Corporation], because they don’t understand that culture very well. They are quite appropriate as a development team, however, and I have no complaints.
As they take on more corporate MNC projects in Mumbai, I think they should try to formalize their communication during outbound calls and meetings.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them know exactly what you need, and they will come up with more innovative solutions at a cheaper rate. We initially tried to give them an SRS [System Requirements Specification], which would have been very expensive. They understood the problem and solution scope well, and they gave us cheaper options. That really helped.

MVP Mobile App for Influencer Marketing Company
"Keep communication open and be available because they’re ready to work."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the founder of Ripple, an influence and marketing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom?
We needed to produce an MVP [minimal viable product] for our influence and marketing app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our MVP was created to begin our influencer user acquisition phase. The app gives influencers a simple dashboard to do some analytics of their influencer programs, and it also allows us to do some simple influencer campaign management. There’s also a backend for admins to handle analytics, do campaign creation, and work with the customers, which are our brand. On the campaign page, we have a small, lean mockup which they helped build out.
It’s an iOS app only; we want to perfect it before moving onto Android.
What is the team dynamic?
I had contact with at least three developers but I’m not sure how many they had in total.
How did you come to work with Infiny Webcom?
We chose them after about 40 interviews with different companies. They were great communicators, responding quickly and with high quality. Their previous work showed that they could handle the workload we were looking for. The quality of their team also helped us decide on them.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested between $5,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2017 until September 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app is launched in the App Store, but it’s currently on an invite-only capacity. We’re not going for the quantitative approach just yet.
Infiny produced exactly what we needed for an MVP, so just getting it out there is success enough for now. It was supposed to be a one to two-month project, but it took around five to six months to get everything taken care of. The delay was on my end because we were unavailable due to a hurricane. They asked us every day where we were at and were always on top of the project.
How did Infiny perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated daily through Skype and also set up a Trello board to handle the larger scope. I never had an issue getting in contact with them, even though there were some time barriers on our end since I work full time and was only free for this project when they were already asleep. Despite this, we always made it work and there were no language barriers either—their English is very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The customer service they provide is phenomenal. Their ability to work at the pace that they do and deliver everything that needs to be done despite the locations we’re in was amazing. It’s beyond what I've seen so far.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Trello could have been better utilized, but nothing beyond that.
Do you have any advice for a potential customer of Infiny?
Keep communication open and be available because they’re ready to work.

Please describe your organization and your position.
I am the director and founder of Lead Marqet Pty Ltd. We’re an Australian service provider that connects lead generation experts and digital marketers with businesses that are looking for more work, with integrated and automated billing and distribution of leads.
What business challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom?
We needed our system to be built in HTML to allow us to take our product to the Australian marketplace.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
We came to Infiny with our development brief, mock-ups, and HTML and CSS layout files. We asked them for a review of our materials and a quote. Infiny spent several days communicating with me to get a better understanding of the brief and identify gaps. They set up our system using PHP and MySQL by integrating their custom-built system into our designs, meeting all the key functions as specified in our brief.
How did you come to work with them?
We originally posted a project advert on Upwork. Infiny had a number of positive reviews and were 1 of the 3 companies we spoke with. They showed more enthusiasm and greater attention to detail than the other companies by identifying possible gaps, demonstrating a professionalism in their approach, and providing a quote only after they had finished reviewing the development brief.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
We spent between $10,000 and $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March of 2016 and finished in October. The project is completed, but a couple of remaining items will be addressed at a later date once our market share has increased here in Australia.
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
Our clients have expressed great enthusiasm now that everything is automated for them. Ours is the only Australian system on the market, and we have received nothing but praise from those who have used our program.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was flawless. We used Trello, and every milestone was set up with key delivery dates and action points for both parties. Near the end, we only communicated over Skype about the odd unexpected gap.
What distinguishes Infiny Webcom from other providers?
I appreciated that they didn’t rush into a quote. Instead, they took the time to consider our requirements and suggest potential alternatives, unlike other companies who simply read our brief, came back with no further questions, and gave us a fee.
We are very happy to recommend Infiny to anyone who may need custom website development work. You will not be disappointed.
Is there anything Infiny Webcom could have improved or done differently?
I wouldn’t have asked for anything different from Infiny.

Mobile App Dev for Insurance App
"[T]heir team gave a lot of input for structuring different elements in the app in order to make it more user-friendly."

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I created and developed Agent Quanta, which is a mobile app that helps consumers shop for different insurance agents anonymously. The company is made up of me and my partner, who handles the financial side.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom?
We put wireframing together on paper but had to actually code the app itself. I worked together with the Infiny Webcom team in order to develop my idea.
What was the scope of their involvement?
With Infiny Webcom we built versions for iOS and Android phones and tablets. We plan to build a web-based version in the future. Infiny Webcom has handled everything in terms of UI [user interface], coding, testing, and bug fixing — making the app work, basically.
We had a full wireframe at the moment of our first discussion with Infiny Webcom, but their team gave a lot of input for structuring different elements in the app in order to make it more user-friendly and appealing to the eye.
How did you come to work with Infiny Webcom?
We found Infiny Webcom on Freelancer or a similar online website which helps clients meet developers. We contacted one of their reps and found him to be proper-spoken, professional, and quick to respond. This was a big deal for us, coming from America.
How much have you invested with Infiny Webcom?
The cost of Infiny Webcom’s work has been between $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Infiny Webcom in August or September 2015. We continue to collaborate on a weekly basis.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We made a soft launch and tested the app within the local market. We will continue to fix some elements with the app before taking it to a bigger level. We have gotten good feedback and the app was quite tight upon its launch. We’re still getting some ideas in terms of UI.
How did Infiny Webcom perform from a project management standpoint?
We have no complaints regarding the communication and adherence to deadlines. The quality of the work was very good. If, for any reason, we couldn’t meet a deadline, Infiny Webcom had a reason why, and the team worked overnight to deliver. We usually communicated over Skype.
What did you find most impressive about Infiny Webcom?
I enjoyed working with the team. If anything went wrong, we could send them a message and be reassured that they were working on it. Periodic updates were very important to us.
Are there any areas Infiny Webcom could improve?
At one point, we started using a new UI which Infiny Webcom’s team had no experience with. They researched it in a couple of weeks and learned how to use it.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Motorspect is building a platform which connects pre-purchased car buyers with mechanics in their local area for the purpose of inspection. We’re based in Toronto, Canada and have a five-person team. We’re still in the launch phase. I am the CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny Webcom?
We contacted them for help with the development of our platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infiny Webcom developed our platform well and worked with us as a partner. They were personally invested in the project and didn’t just turn up to take our money and build a website. They offered suggestions on better ways of doing things.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Everything relating to the site, as far as I know, was custom-coded. Users will have the ability to filter the types of mechanics they want to see based on ratings, cost, areas covered, car models, and so on. Once a person books the inspection, our platform holds the payment. Clients receive confirmation emails after the inspection, after which our platform makes the payment. This prevents fraud and helps dissatisfied customers. People can leave reviews after the inspection.
We had an initial mockup ourselves, but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted, so we continued to create designs throughout the process. We would have preferred for Infiny Webcom to be more hands-on with the design, though. They were focused on the technical work rather than the frontend.
We had a project manager from Infiny Webcom’s side. I don’t know how many developers were involved, but I would estimate that there were one or two.
How much have you invested with Infiny Webcom?
The cost of Infiny Webcom’s work was around $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Infiny Webcom in September or October of 2016. The project wrapped up in February or March of 2017.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
The site has been rolled out. We received a few positive reviews on the user experience of the site. People quickly understood the purpose of it and what our company was about. There are no confusing elements, people haven’t experienced errors, and everything is smooth.
How did Infiny Webcom perform from a project management standpoint?
Timelines were met every time. If anything was going to take longer, Infiny Webcom explained why and gave us full details of everything going on. Updates were given all the time without us asking for them. We weren’t left in the dark at any point. We primarily communicated over Skype and email. If we needed a deeper understanding of what was going on, we would have a call.
What did you find most impressive about Infiny Webcom?
Other freelancers and agencies always left us in the dark whenever we requested an update, but we never felt like that with Infiny Webcom. The way in which our website was developed made for a smooth experience. The first version of a platform will usually have technical issues, but we didn’t experience anything like that with Infiny Webcom.
Are there any areas Infiny Webcom could improve?
Their design capabilities could be improved.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Fast Forward Inc. is based on the Fast Forward app. I’m the creative director and general manager of all aspects of app development, design, marketing, etc.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiny?
We wanted a mobile app that would help our team communicate better and easier.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Previously, we worked with Infiny on smaller jobs. We consulted with them initially and they came up with some great ideas on how the app could function. That led us to expand more ideas on our end, triggering more opportunities and app development.
Our team has exclusive rights to the app. A lot of security was required to integrate with only people on our team. Infiny came up with a great idea on how to create that security. Additionally, the app integrates with features that both iOS and Android phones have by default such as email and text message platforms. One of the biggest challenges was making this app multilingual. With a press of a button inside of the app, everything can be in English or in Mandarin. Every message and every image can be switched over so that our Chinese team members can use it easily without having to download a separate app. Infiny helped to ensure that we can add other languages very easily.
Our initial specs required only three months of work. Due to their skill and how fast they were able to complete tasks, this has turned into a major app development. We have continuous developments and updates. Now we’re moving forward to a more native version.
What is the team composition?
We had a project manager and two people dedicated solely to app development. As our team and need grew, they allocated more personnel. When we needed additional support, they stepped up and added developers for 24-hour support. They were always ready with at least two people on call whenever we were doing a major update release. We didn’t know how a few hundred new people being added to the app was going to affect it or affect the servers. They were always on standby and ready to handle any situation that could occur.
How did you come to work with Infiny?
A friend of mine who had worked with them on a smaller web-based development project referred them. We worked with them on a web-based side project and during that small, 30-day project, they showed us their communication and skill level. That made us choose them as the number one option for app development. They sealed the deal with the first consultation on our app development ideas.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $50,000–$65,000. On average, we spend $3,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2015 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The most recent update included our small team of 115 new members. The major rollout to everybody will be done in about four months when we will get our big team of 10,000–15,000 signed up within the month.
How did Infiny perform from a project management standpoint?
They were fantastic at mastering everything and handling every change. They complete everything within the timeframe that they set. They’ve completed tasks in crunch scenarios when they’ve had less time than I thought was possible to get things done. I’ve never had an issue with the project management.
We communicated nearly every day. mostly via Slack. With the time difference between us, they chat with me in the morning to discuss any changes that I put on the night before and answer any questions. They give me recaps of what was accomplished, what still needed to be done, and the timeframe on when those items would be accomplished. It was very good communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really enjoy the communication. There’s always a barrier with developers; they’re so smart and have their own language. But, Infiny’s communication with the project manager and the team members has been phenomenal. They explain things so we can understand them, which helps us make the better choice.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. The only thing we have trouble with at times is the time difference and that’s not their fault.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give Infiny as many details as possible. Their team has a lot of great minds to help take your idea and make it even better than what you can imagine.
Their work generated positive reviews and they were lauded for their 24/7 accessibility. Even though Infiny would benefit from augmenting their analysis capabilities, their tireless work ethic and stand-out customer service more than makes up for any deficiencies.
