It is remarkable that SSAB has been at the forefront of sustainability in many ways. SSAB’s plan is to introduce fossil-free steel to the market in 2026 and to eliminate all of its CO2 emission by 2045.
How we support SSAB?

Sitecore Experience as a cohesive e-commerce platform for VUE development in 5 countries
Vue International is one of the world's leading cinema operators, managing the most respected brands in Europe. The company needs to develop and manage cohesive e-commerce platform to share ideas popping out across 5 markets (Italy, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia), evaluate and map them, and finally to have a consistent development plan across all territories.
Due to our Partner’s need we implemented Sitecore solution across all countries. It is characterised by: unified interface, single code repository and code development for each country.
The scope of our cooperation covered all stages of the project:
• Engagement and discovery – analysis of client’s business processes, technology, challenges and objectives, general project definition, RAID analysis.
• Solution design – requirements analysis, concept of implementation, project setup, UX strategy and design, graphic design, logical architecture, physical architecture, data model and migration plan.
• Implementation – comprehensive implementation of the proposed solution, Sitecore frontend and backend development, custom e-commerce platform, integrations with different ticketing systems, functional and security tests, documentation, manuals and trainings.
• Support and maintenance – dedicated support, development and bug-fixing teams, technical maintenance, content management, web analytics and conversion optimization, monitoring, analysing and reporting of online performance indicators, SLA.
• Customer value management – optimization based on 360-degree customer view, analytics and BI, customer segmentation, customer data strategy incl. data merging and saturation, master customer record created for single customer view and better data insights.
Thanks to implementation of Sitecore Experience Platform we provided our client with faster development across territories, higher conversion rates within the online booking process, single customer view and increased traffic with simpler IT infrastructure.

EsportsLAB – advanced technology on the way to esports success.
EsportsLAB supports esports teams and individual players in understanding what determines their level of performance in the game. System integrates data gathered from multiple sources, i.e.: observations of in-game behaviour, data collected by wearable devices, mental and physical health tests, cognitive ability tests. Collected data is aggregated and prepared for processing. The system enables extraction of data sets appropriate for manual analysis as well as machine learning algorithms. Aggregated, processed and properly visualised data will enable players and coaches to check what could have caused results of a game.
At the beginning of the project we met EsportsLAB team and conducted workshops to understand concepts and ideas. We carried out the process of collecting, ordering and analysing requirements, identifying key performers and key processes, defining external systems and designing the initial logical architecture. We developed concept of implementation of the project (including the creation of MVP), and we created a project roadmap. Being aware of the scale and amount of data, as well as being aware of the need to build a system ready for the new data sources and scalable on various levels, we designed big data environment based on our Core IG system supported by Azure Cloud services: Azure Data Lake, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB. We decided to use microservices. The application was divided into independent services in order to enable effective management of the solution performance in view of the future increase of the project scale. The application is managed with the use of Azure Kubernetes.
Another important element of the technical concept was defining the scope of data and methods of communication with external systems that served as sources of knowledge about players and games (HLTV, RIOT). Finally, we created a model of data acquisition scheme and model of data storage. These models enabled proper data usage by all ML and AI mechanisms.

Development of Sitecore website utilising full potential of Experience Editor and Marketing Automation tools
Canal+ Platform is a modern digital TV platform with the best selection of television stations. CANAL+ Platform enables you watch the most prestigious sports events, blockbusters as well as original fictional and documentary series. The CANAL+ Platform also offers fast LTE Internet and mobile telephony. The CANAL+ platform offers a unique "TV in the pocket" service, which enables watching TV with the use of nc+ GO application or ncplusgo.pl website without reducing data transfer limit.
Our responsibility was to provide ongoing support & maintenance together with Sitecore upgrade and constant project development. The challenge was to deal with technological debt and substandard code — we had to rebuild a website and enable usage of marketing automation tools and Experience Editor. The updated website had to correspond to the technological level of the company. It had to be responsive, efficient and comfortable from perspective of the customer.
The initial phase of the project involved workshops, analysis of the client’s business processes, technology, challenges, objectives, functional and technical analysis as well as a project documentation. This knowledge enabled us to create a solution – concept of implementation, logical and physical architecture and a project plan.
The implementation process was based on Sitecore v.9.1 and covered: Sitecore frontend and backend development, frontend code refactoring, SEO optimization, WCAG optimization, modules reimplementation in order to enable the usage of Experience Editor, content migration, HTML, functional and performance tests, integrations with GoogleMaps, eShop Menu and TV schedule.
We also provided our client with support and maintenance – a dedicated scalable support and development teams, technical maintenance, content management, web analytics, marketing automation, and SLA. We also implemented data strategy and developed new features and functionalities (i.e. TV program, rebranding).
