I’m the webmaster at a global company. Specifically, I work in the medical supplies division. We provide durable medical equipment for military personnel, retirees, and their families.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infiniticube?

We hired Infiniticube to work on two of our websites. One was a smaller SharePoint website. The other was an e-commerce website hosted by a third party, and we wanted to bring it in-house. We worked with Infiniticube to redesign and deliver it as a new e-commerce site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wanted to restructure the website and talked to Infiniticube about its language and infrastructure. We went through everything from the design to the development and implementation. 

We built the e-commerce site from scratch. One of our biggest pain points was that we didn’t have a category structure on the site. I simply put all the products on it in a linear format. Inifniticube worked on changing the site’s UX and created a mega menu. 

The team also drilled down on the category level to help guide customers. We enhanced the user search feature and build a backend admin tool so we could manage the website. Our team handled the maintenance of the site. For tools, we used Balsamiq for basic designs and Figma for more detailed ones.

We worked with a frontend developer, a backend developer, a project manager, and a designer. 

How did you come to work with Infiniticube?

Infiniticube reached out to us via email, and our COO and CFO brought them to me. I interviewed a couple of other companies, but I decided to go with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from October 2022–May 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our engagement rate almost tripled. Before, customers were discouraged by the old website. One of the main challenges was the cumbersome navigation. Nothing was presented well to the customers. After the redesign, customers spent more time on the website. We could also offer them similar items and additional products they might be interested in buying.  

Moreover, we could guide users through our product page. During checkout, we could further recommend items to them. We saw additional products being bought, hence our confidence that our revenue would improve. The site’s better usability would help increase our sales.

How did Infiniticube perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a project manager and worked using Trello, where we managed tickets and ideas. With projects such as ours, timelines would invariably be pushed back. This was because we were dealing with many external sources; the website was integrated with at least four APIs to gather data. 

Simply put, this was quite a complex project. However, Infiniticube’s level of understanding was excellent. 

For communication, we initially had weekly Zoom calls. As we got closer to implementation, we started having daily communications to stay on top of any issues that might come up. We then went back to twice-a-week calls as we worked on bug fixes and administrative tasks. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood what we needed and ran with it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

A more detailed design document would’ve been more helpful. For context, we flushed out a couple of requirements toward the end of the project, but those could’ve been flushed out sooner if we’d gone over our detailed business logic a little more. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have great knowledge of what you want to achieve. Infiniticube can pick up on that and run with it. It will help them a lot if you understand your goals. 

In our project, my technical background was helpful to the team because they didn’t have to guess what we needed. They instead came up with technology solutions that helped us achieve our goals.

Infiniticube creates AI development solutions for one of our US-based clients. They identify the technology stack and development strategies to use based on the client's scope and requirements. Once they accomplish their deliverables, they submit these to our client to gather their feedback.

We've worked with five resources before and staffed down to three members to accommodate our current needs.

We were looking for development partners to onboard for this project, and Infiniticube met all our requirements.

We've spent about $50,000 so far, and we're looking to expand our budget as we progress.

Our ongoing engagement started in December 2019.

I’m the founder and CTO of Intuaition, a SaaS solution that provides insights on brands and companies in the digital world. The company was founded two years ago.

We went to them for development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Working off my existing code, Infiniticube developed our web app. It runs on both mobile and desktop devices.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a project manager, two AI engineers, three database engineers, and one backend and two frontend developers.

They approached me on LinkedIn. We started small, but as time went on, I gave them more responsibilities.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost so far is $250,000, and it’s expected to be $400,000 by the end of 2021.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Infiniticube in June 2020, and the platform will launch in March 2021.

Infiniticube accomplished what we asked of them. The work wasn’t perfect, but I’m happy with what they did.

How did Infiniticube perform from a project management standpoint?

It was a very good experience. We had a few issues and misunderstandings, and project management could be improved, but they managed to deliver.

I would’ve wanted to have more consistent and regular meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For me, the work is very good. I wouldn’t have hired them otherwise. I’ve been working in development for a very long time, so it’s difficult to impress me, but I’m happy with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve improved the AI part of their business. They have the knowledge, but not the right vision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to think clearly and wisely about what we need and put it on paper in such a way that anyone with an average IQ could understand it. Otherwise, something will be missed in translation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were very adaptable to our engineering standards. After they were trained, it became very easy for us to scale and deliver our work to third-party clients.

How did Infiniticube perform from a project management standpoint?

We had daily standups and we communicated through Slack. For project management, we used Gitlab to create user stories, where we could define our work, tasks, and communicate all product-related issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were able to expand our relationship and build a partnership with them, where they even refer business to us and vice versa. They’re very cost-effective, which made it very easy to incorporate them into our team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s a standard thing for people who are hungry for work, and we’ve had a lot of engineers in the past who have over-promised. Working with Infiniticube, I needed to make that very clear.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be specific about what you want to develop. Be agile, with short iterations and fast releases. It’ll make it easier for a product team to assist you.

For what projects/services did your company hire Infiniticube?

We wanted to build an app for our shoppers to use for the customer orders. We wanted it to match our order forms so that they could shop efficiently.

What were your goals for this project?

Create organizes shopping list with pictures, comments, etc. Create notifications for admin and customer. Allow start/stop feature to start/close out order. Also added a second site after original creation and were able to do same thing on two sites within 1 app now.

How did you select this vendor?

The team as fantastic!

Describe the project in detail.

I have an e-commerce site. Web and mobile friendly. We would receive orders and use an organized list for our shoppers to shop and deliver. We needed an app to be tech friendly. An app was created with full notification for admin and customers, shoppers can use the app to shop efficiently and quickly. It is fantastic. After a year of use, we added a second website and needed it to integrate to original app. They came through quickly and added it! It has been amazing to have it added!

I am the owner and I have 10+ shoppers that use the app.
