Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our organization provides a portal where startups and businesses can access resources. We also have a platform where students can intern. By the time they graduate, they can have a job, a business, a project, and an investment. I’m the owner of the portal.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiniqe Marketing?
Infinique handles our marketing efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infiniqe firstly created a marketing plan for my company. Then, they started developing content, planning how it should look, how it should flow, and how it would attract customers. They also determined the platforms we’d use. Moreover, we planned how we’d handle clients on social media and how we’d track progress.
At present, Infiniqe continues to provide digital marketing and social media management services to us. On top of that, they design my posts, research our content, and plan our ongoing marketing strategies. Their resources also handle Google Analytics for us. We’re planning to enter offline marketing, though we haven’t started it yet.
What is the team composition?
Around 9–10 people are assigned to us. Their CEO serves as the project manager, while another person handles the financials. Three people handle content creation, and two of them are designers. Meanwhile, two other teammates do research, and one other member handles our social media channels.
How did you come to work with Infiniqe Marketing?
We’ve had a close relationship with Infiniqe because of our family businesses and business contacts. I’ve also worked with them before, so I knew the quality of their work. We’ve had a good experience with them, so I decided to hire them for this project.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested around ₹500,000 INR (approximately $7,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of Infiniqe’s work is incredible because their CEO has graduated from one of the top universities in the world. Since he graduated, he’s been providing international exposure to businesses. Overall, he has great concepts and marketing strategies.
How did Infiniqe Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Infiniqe’s project management is phenomenal; I’ve never experienced any issues in terms of social media management, content creation, or research. That’s great for our company. Meanwhile, we use Google Analytics to manage the project. To communicate, we use WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team has amazing research and content creation skills. Members also handle our social media accounts and track our progress effectively. In addition, they listen to my feedback and continuously restructure our strategies according to it. In other words, they constantly keep an eye on the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need more team members to accommodate their projects. Infiniqe has around 20–25 team members, and they work for 10–15 companies, not including my company. Right now, they do great work and manage projects well even with few employees. However, they need to hire more people if they want to expand. Doing that will help them grow their business further.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t think twice about working with Infiniqe. Call them up — I’m sure you’ll enjoy working with them. You’ll never face any problems.
