I’m an associate producer at Red Bangle, a production house based in India that makes all sorts of short content, including TV series, digital ads, corporate videos, documentaries, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indigo Productions?

We need their filming services to shoot at certain locations we aren’t based in.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Indigo Productions has filmed multiple videos for us. We reach out to them whenever we have a requirement to film in the New York area. Recently, we were making for a large technology company that wanted to film locally. Indigo Productions filmed the project in multiple locations in New York. We check their videos before sending them to our end client.

What is the team composition?

The usual point of contact is one teammate, but there are usually 5–6 teammates involved, including the crew.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $15,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

How did you come to work with Indigo Productions?

Before I joined the company, my executive producer had already worked with them and recommended them when I had a project in New York.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our end client is really happy with Indigo Productions’ deliverables. Our team has also been very satisfied with their videos. Indigo Productions’ team is knowledgeable and resourceful. They always completely understand what needs to be done, and they take feedback well, too; they always note everything down and make sure everything is in place. It’s a pleasure to work with them.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Indigo Productions is really well-established; they’re very organized and have a process for everything they do. Whenever we’ve done a project with them, it’s always been within the budget. They’ve always accommodated us when we have a limited budget.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Indigo Productions has an amazing crew that includes Clementine (Production Manager), Max (President & CEO), and others.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciate that Indigo Productions is always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They want to do good work and make sure the client is on their side. They also have great customer service and project management.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d change about them.

Have a clear idea of what you want, and you won’t have to worry about anything.
