We have been working with Inclusion Cloud through a staff augmentation engagement. We were struggling with our digital transformation so Inclusion Cloud provided us with corrective and evolutionary support for the bank's core system "Genexus Bantotal". This service was delivered to improve the processes in the following areas: checking accounts, savings accounts, accounting, transactions, etc.

We closed this project with Inclusion Cloud through referrals from colleagues and their sales agents. They were able to meet our need for high-qualified developers in a short period of time.

We needed to improve the processes and tasks related to the core banking system. This is a constant need and a great demand for work and professionals. Inclusion Cloud provided us with their expertise in the area and continues to help us with the innovation of our systems through agile methodologies.

Thanks to the specialized resources of Inclusion Cloud we were able to redesign the platform to enter accounting entries. We streamlined the process to "disregard purchases" in case of a possible fraud to our users and automate the refund of the amount of the purchase involved. They created a development for report generation and reconciliation of reports and daily balances.

Thanks to Inclusion Cloud, we are able to meet our deadlines for each of the developments we carry out. To be permanently connected, we have used various communication methods to streamline processes. We utilized mail, teams, WhatsApp, Zoom, and calls.

Our company was chosen to implement Salesforce Service Cloud in one particular market for a global non profit. This includes migration of legacy DonorPerfect CRM and migration into Salesforce for contact, pledge and donations management as well as integration with third party donation and payment solutions. We hired Inclusion for staff augmentation of certified resources on enterprise architecture design and Salesforce configuration and integration with third party software using ETL and RPA tools.

We've known Inclusion because of their work for a few years in the multilateral sector in Washington DC. We were provided very good references also.

We received global requirements from the client HQ. Then internally developed requirements for localization in a country and conducted the majority of the implementation of those on the Service Cloud. Built customizations and localization on the Salesforce Service Cloud for pledge management, contact management and payments processing. This included multiple sprints to enhance and refine functionality. Inclusion team supported us on the integration of the tool with third party systems and payments processing, including ETL solutions and RPA.

Outcomes include Custom vendor portal for Chile, Colombia and Argentina that helped us to reduce our AP efforts in 70% Integration between Salesforce and SAP, allowing real-time customer data exchange, which translates in shorter resolution times for our account managers and customer reps. SAP Migration to the cloud was the foundation to consolidate five regional SAP systems into a single Global Template.

Highly effective. Account managers were always available to address questions, and all the team members were highly skilled and motivated.

We were impressed by their ability to assist us in defining the value proposition of each of the initiatives where we involved them.

Inclusion services might explore the long-term support segment as a complementary part of the innovation wing. However AES already have long term support contracts with other companies, so we haven't had the opportunity to explore this model.

The team was a hybrid group with members of Inclusion working virtually side by side with the existing team members of our bank. Nowadays, a new client that is registered in PCC is associated to our CUC in a period no longer than 10 minutes. In case this client does not exist within SAP, it should be configured in less than 30 minutes. And finally, we receive a record or list of all the accounts created during the day with their respective account in our portal in less than 8 hours

The workflow is simple, we apply the waterfall methodology and have internal working sessions to discuss progress, and validate functionality for testing with the business.
