For what projects/services did your company hire InboundJunction?
Prior to engaging with Inbound Junction, our business was only well known within the APAC region. We were looking to increase our visibility through SEO into Europe & The Americas.
What were your goals for this project?
The key goals for our project was to improve SEO rankings, traffic & conversions in Europe & The Americas.
How did you select InboundJunction?
A colleague of mine had previously worked with Inbound Junction and recommended them. I did some research online which backed up this recommendation and I decided to engage in a 3 month trial of their services. After this trial, we decided to further increase the scope of the work, due to the success we had achieved.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We began our partnership with a kick-off call, from which the team at Inbound Junction quizzed me on the goals for my campaign and how I best like to engage an agency for off-site SEO services. From there, they put together a 3 month proposal for my feedback. After a few rounds of back and forth feedback we settled on a 3 month plan that both parties were happy with. This process has been on-going, on a 3 month basis since the project began in March of last year, and I find this to the most effective way to plan this type of campaign.
What was the team composition?
Over the last 18 months, I have worked closely with 3-4 members of the Inbound Junction team and the fact that this team has remained consistent gives me great confidence as I am sure all the team members are well aware of our marketing goals.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since our project has kicked off, we have seen fantastic growth in our SEO performance in Europe. We often ranked on pages 2-4 for many keywords, and now dominate the top 5 positions. Progress has also been very good in The Us, however the market is more competitive there, so we still have work to do. However, results are always trending up so I am confident we will get there soon!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their project management is straight forward and to the point. They do not waste time for either party. We use Google Sheets to manage our projects and I find this the most suitable tool.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I've been working with off-site agencies for over a decade now, and what I find unique about Inbound Junction is the type of publications we are able to get featured in. Traditionally, off-site SEO agencies will partner with publications that appear to be authoritative, but in reality do not have as much reach as you would expect.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO of a New York-based fintech company that provides crypto native compliance solutions. We help digital asset firms comply with evolving regulations and reduce operational costs.
What challenge were you trying to address with InboundJunction?
We’ve worked on a few different projects at this point. We relied on them for various PR efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially engaged them for help in announcing our seed-funding round. Later on, they worked on various other press releases. They supported us when we held our first conference, which was keynoted by the commissioner at the Security and Exchange Commission. They assisted us with client announcements and other more general publicity efforts.
The deliverables typically encompassed press coverage. They worked to meet goals regarding securements in high-tier publications. They also finetuned our communications strategy, which involved the creation and distribution of unique content.
What is the team composition?
I usually work with the VP of operations. He was my direct point of contact, but he had a larger team behind him.
How did you come to work with InboundJunction?
As a young startup, we were looking for recommendations for a PR partner. They were recommended to us by different individuals in the digital asset space.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2018, and the partnership is ongoing. We recently started working with them on a retainer.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After our initial collaboration, a few of our stakeholders told me that it was the most impressive coverage they’d seen for a seed-funding announcement. They’ve demonstrated their ability to be meet extremely ambitious goals while being amenable to people who are unfamiliar with the process.
How did InboundJunction perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is great, so I haven’t had any issues on this front. If anything, they’re often faster in their delivery than we would expect. They’re personable and a pleasure to work with, as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were more than willing to commit to specific coverage goals. They also follow a paper success model, which I really admire.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This happened only a few times, but there were a few instances where their pricing was a little unclear. It would be helpful if they could clarify their pricing before a contract or proposal is signed off.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be forthcoming. Tell them what you want and be open to listening to their ideas.

We’re a platform for small businesses that provides full-service work such as online scheduling, finance, marketing campaigns, and brand building. Our goal is to make small companies look like million-dollar businesses. I’m the director of global brand marketing, so I manage our brand on a global basis.
What challenge were you trying to address with InboundJunction?
When I joined the team, I was the first person to be fully dedicated to the brand. I wanted to find a PR agency to help me spread our brand awareness, online presence, and offline reach on an ongoing basis.

We’re located in Israel, and my goal was to find a local company that could appeal to a US and global audience. They were one of the few companies that fit those criteria, so I ended up selecting them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in January 2020, and our teams are still collaborating.

There’s always a learning curve during which a partner is figuring out the best audience markets and becoming more closely involved in what we do as a company. However, we’re seeing improvements in brand awareness and search results. They were able to leverage a strong story about funding for us, which created a peak in engagements.
How did InboundJunction perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a weekly call to keep them updated on everything that’s happening within the company. My hope is that with more information, they’re better able to tell the story. A day doesn’t go by without us speaking. They feel like part of the team in that way, always present and available to our team.
