The client's results have increased, and their site's traffic rose thanks to Inbics efforts. They led a strong project management with constant meetings to keep everyone updated. Their knowledge and ability to deliver in an affordable process were key to the success of the engagement.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a technician lead at AVL, an automotive development and testing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Inbics?
We were looking for a reliable digital marketing provider. We worked with a couple of digital marketing agencies, but we needed someone who could take care of our landing pages and help us with SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Inbics analyzed all the landing pages and then revamped the content and did SEO for those pages. We ran some ads, and they also created A/B testing to check performance. We were driving direct traffic to those pages through ads, which we later analyzed and monitored to see the results in Google Analytics.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with the digital marketing head. He took care of everything.
How did you come to work with Inbics?
We received a cold email from them, and we then reached out to learn more about their services. We felt they had knowledgeable people who could turn things around. We asked for a one-week trial, and it went well.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $10,000–$12,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2020–March 2021. The project is finished, but we get in touch with them when we need help on those pages.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The improvements they made were good compared to the results we were getting previously. Not a lot of them converted, but our main goal was to increase the traffic, which rose significantly.
How did Inbics perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was good. They usually do meetings every week, but those meetings could have been more regular.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They know what they’re doing and delivered the results that they initially promised with an affordable approach.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their project management. We had meetings almost every week, but they could streamline them with a project management software.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear on your expectations. Have a signed agreement just in case they don’t deliver.
