I was leading Marketing Procurement / Warehouse services / HR & Admin for Pan India requirements as Manager Procurement based out of Head Office at Gurgaon.
For what projects/services did your company hire impasto communication pvt ltd?
We needed the partner who can deliver the good services with in required time lines and can support us for Pan India level, therefore we added Impasto Communication in our Vendor data base to support us for Branding and Merchandising activities.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to roll out pan India project due to new product launch frequently.
How did you select this vendor?
Since I was leading Pan India Marketing procurement and I know Impasto Communication quite some time in my last company, and have seen the way they work and provide services to their clients. We have had discussed internally and decided to onboard Impasto Communication for our ongoing projects.

This was related to Branding (GSB / ISB / Walll Painting) and Merchandising Activities (Gifting / T-Shirts etc.).
What was the team composition?
I worked with Mr. Shahid (Owner ) & Ms. Shivani for all type of requirements. As far as I know they have good size of team available at all the times to support their clients.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Project allocated to Impasto were completed on time most of the time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Mr. Shahid & Ms. Shivani tried to meet with us on regular basis to understand the ongoing requirement to supports us for timely delivery.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are under one roof for all solutions for a competitive price. The team was well-coordinated and quick to follow up.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Need to suggest to them to have in house printing & fabrication unit for faster services as too much competition available in industry now a days and they need to increase their office in all regions.

the designing and execution was very well accepted by our customers and our sales increased by nearly 52%. we were able to add new overseas customers and our exports increased by 110%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
we were in touch on phone every alternate day and the reports were sent to us on twice a week basis, any changes / improvements suggested were promptly attended by team and appropriate action was taken by the team
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They were a really nice creative team who understood the client's requirements carefully and then executed it promptly closer to expectation and very minimal improvements may be required initially but once the team understand the client's taste & requirement then the work is really good in 1st attempt only
