Having a viable presence in the Middle East and ensuring all compliance activities are handled seamlessly in tune with local regulations.

Through a professional network, we got to know about IMC and what they do. We felt comfortable with their approach and experience in the market for providing such services.

They charge based on the project and scope of the project. Some of them are one-time (like company setup) and some are on a periodic basis such as VAT filings.

Our point of contact is their senior leader in the Middle East. He in turn worked with their internal teams based on the specific requirements.

Our presence in the Middle East, including company formation, regular compliance filings and visa activities, has been seamlessly managed by IMC over the years.

The workflow is quite effective. They are also good in following up with us to get the required details so that things get completed on-time.

They make sure that the work is completed on time with good quality. We like their regular follow-ups on various activities.

We are happy with our services and do not have any specific pain points at this time.

Holistic understanding of our company's business needs and suggesting the best way to set up a subsidiary company with full compliances towards the same as deemed fit at Dubai and India.

The Management team at IMC was known to my organization and hence we felt comfortable to work with them on this project.

Describe the project in detail.

We worked with IMC to help us with the initial suggestion of the framework & guidance and followed by the business setup of our Subsidiary company at Dubai Jebal Ali Free Zone.

IMC handled the complete processes involved with this project. Very professional and understood our business needs and were able to guide us through all aspects of the project. IMC continues to offer their services to advise with the changing local laws, compliances and audit and other need based advisory services.

What was the team composition?

IMC has assigned a lead project manager at their Dubai office who handled all coordination with our Chennai office Corporate team for the initial set up.

The project was completed as planned.

We had constant updates as required and coordination was seamless. IMC team and leadership was always available for us to discuss options.
