For what projects/services did your company hire IIHB Mexico, and what were your goals?
We turnes our business to an from an insite business based in Mexico to a online business expanded to America and Latinamerica. We hired IIHB to rebrand our business into a modern and global look and feel
How did you select this vendor?
We went through 3 companies proposals brought by some members of the Board. We evaluated their previous works, pricing and talked to some of their customers. IIHB resulted to be our best option, besides we had already worked with them and provided excellent results.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
We hired IIHB to: Do a temporary refresh our brand such as logo, brochures, graphic line, new website, taglines, slogan, icons. IIHB as well developed a new brand which we will use to lunch next year. We had some interviews among IIHB members, the Board, and CEO in order to communicate our strategy and objectives.
First IIHB provided 3 different graphic opcions for the temporary brand. Once we picked the best option for us, we had several meetings in which they presented the progress, had feedback until we got what we were expecting.

I worked directly with Victor Quiroz, CEO
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Due to the rebrand, in 3 weeks we grew our new Instagram account from 4 to 500, we also grew our Fcebook inbox in 35%. We grew in 20% traffic on our website. Our licensees and employees constantly express to feel very proud of the new image.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I would say that they move between an agile and strategic style. They always have the big photo of the project in mind, but always keep the milestones clear. They are pragmatic and fast, in short sessions they quickly grasp ideas and land them with precision. They always deliver on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
His ability to understand ideas and land them in fully functional projects. Their graphic quality is unique, and also their working speed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not until now, their job is excelent.

We needed to create a global brand (actually five different brands) with a similar concept yet different at the same time.
What were your goals for this project?
Having a strong global brand. Easy to communicate, trendy and technologically savvy.

They do have a strong process. Each step was clearly defined from the beginning. Still, they were open to adapt for timing and different inputs from stakeholders. From the creative process until the delivery they presented themselves as professionals.
What was the team composition?
We, as clients, were three people (founders), plus one marketing advisor. They were three branding consultants.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project was a success. We are very satisfied with the results and eager to communicate our brand to the world.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow was good. They were even open to using our own workflow and collaborative platform. The only learning point is that sometimes was difficult to get IIHB team to get totally involved with the complete project team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Results. Their on-time delivery and professionalism were impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Some communication aspects that probably generated some friction would have been better to discuss from the start.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of finance and management for a pharmaceutical and medical devices company.
What challenge were you trying to address with IIHB Mexico?
They take care of our entire marketing strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our company is old, so they gave our brand a facelift, changing both its image and positioning in the market. They handled logo design, brand collateral, and are in charge of the executive presentations for our directors. They’re basically responsible for our overall corporate identity.
What is the team composition?
They assigned a team of two to work with us.
How did you come to work with IIHB Mexico?
We came to know of them through some of our acquaintances. Their portfolio caught our attention, as it was exactly what we were looking for, and their prices were attractive.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $150,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $7,930 USD) for the initial project. We change things up every year and create new products, so what we spend with them varies
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2015. The collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our sales have increased since our brand’s redesign. We now have attractive packaging that clients appreciate more. The colors, for example, are more in line with pharmaceutical industry standards.

We continue working with them because they’re good in this regard. They follow up on projects and start working on things immediately when we need them to. IIHB Mexico gets the work done.

Their work stood out for the project we did in Barcelona, which involved product design.
