SMM & Content Marketing for Machinery Manufacturing Company
"They listened very well, and they were very knowledgeable."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior copywriter at an industrial machinery manufacturing company, and we’re based in Santa Fe Springs, California.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
We wanted to have a greater presence in social media, and we wanted to give the job to a team of experts so that we could expand our reach across various social media platforms.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility handled our social media posts for each week on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Then, we collaborated with them to produce content. On top of that, we helped them create responses to comments or inquiries on our accounts. Sometimes, they directed people to a specific department within our company.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two social media strategists.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
Our new marketing chief was familiar with them. Ignite Visibility had a good reputation so we decided to contact them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from May 2021–April 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We looked at our target engagements, and Ignite Visibility also showed us the impressions, traffic, and conversions we were getting. Although we definitely saw an improvement when we worked with them, we determined that our company and products weren’t really applicable to large social media conversions.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
They had a good project management process, and they took a lot of initiative during our engagement. In addition, they responded well with feedback. They chose Jira as a project management tool at first, but we opted to use Google Sheets instead. We worked cooperatively across Google Sheets because it was the most accessible tool for us. Then, we communicated over email and phone, and we had weekly calls with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They demonstrated a wonderful can-do attitude. Above all, they listened very well, and they were very knowledgeable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Nothing really stood out as areas they could improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ignite Visibility is a wonderful team and if I have my own enterprise, I’ll consider them for my marketing solution.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the Digital Media Manager for Tony Robbins, and I manage the organization’s paid media.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
We needed someone to provide us with digital marketing services, specifically for PPC and SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility manages a number of our ad accounts, including Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. We work closely with their team for SEO, paid media and ads development, keyword research, and PPC campaigns.
We give them a brief rundown for each campaign, supply them with creative collateral, and provide them with high-level consultation to kickstart their ad development process.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with a paid media manager, a senior paid media manager, and a team lead for paid social.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
Tony Robbins knew the owner of Ignite Visibility, so there was already a pre-existing relationship between our two companies.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Ignite Visibility since April 2015.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since partnering with Ignite Visibility, they have increased our lead volume by 400% respectively — their work is the heart of what produces our revenue.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
They consistently meet our deadlines and respond to our concerns and requests with agility. They’re also excellent at adhering to our budget and keeping pace with how much we’re spending each month.
They’re highly receptive when it comes to communication, and we typically interact through Zoom and Slack, while we manage the project through Asana.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail, and the quality of the results they deliver.
We believe that they’re the ideal agency for digital marketing, and we feel very confident knowing we’re in the best hands based on how strong our relationship is with them.
I can tell they have our best interest at heart because they’re always going the extra mile for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve given them a lot of constructive feedback and they would always adjust and improve upon them each time. I don’t see any way they could improve right now as they’re doing top-notch work for us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear on your organizations vision and goals, outline your objectives for them, and provide their media buyers the latitude and freedom to “own” the ad accounts they manage – they will be sure to please you with outstanding results!

Digital Marketing & Web Dev for Accounting Fintech Company
"They show tangible results. It’s a fantastic relationship."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CMO for Restaurant Accounting Services. We’re a fintech company in the hospitality space. We offer back-office services such as accounting, financial reporting, business intelligence and data analysis, AP and cash management, and inventory for independent, QSR, and multi-concept restaurants.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
Our main challenge was scalability. We needed an outsourced company to scale our digital marketing capabilities while still growing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility helps us with content and website development. Initially, they did an in-depth review of our website. They came to the table with a specific analysis of what we could improve, including the reasoning behind it, which was great. Also, we went over the content guidelines that they needed to follow and our aligned goals to ensure everything they did would work towards those goals.
Additionally, they’ve analyzed our PPC strategies to put us on the right path, and we’ve made some positive changes.
What is the team composition?
We have around 4–5 people on our team, including an account manager and social media specialist.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
Another person on my team was tasked with finding a digital marketing company for outsourcing, and he looked at about five companies. After the review, we thought Ignite Visibility was the closest match to what we were looking for.
We initially engaged in a conversation with one of their sales representatives. Then, we had three conversations. The first one was a discovery call; the second was a more in-depth discussion to understand our goals and what we wanted to achieve. Finally, we went over the proposal in the third call and signed the contract afterward.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent less than $77,000 in six months.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we began with them, our domain authority has increased four points; we went from 32 to 36. We’ve had 39 business listings published, eight link-building placements, and three organic links. Moreover, we save around 10–13 hours each week, which is incredibly helpful for scalability. Our sessions from all of our traffic have also increased by 21% and new users by 37% every month.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is fantastic. They use Monday to break out the different facets of their work; they have assignments there. During the first five months, we had a weekly meeting. We’ve now switched to bi-monthly meetings because we feel the communication is strong enough.
We usually use the Monday platform to communicate. It’s nice because everything is documented, and we can always go back if we need to reference something. We also do Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They show tangible results. It’s a fantastic relationship. We’ve worked with outsourcing companies on numerous occasions; they always talk about what they’re doing, but we never see the results. With Ignite Visibility, we get a monthly report to go over every PR and social media facet. On top of that, we get a quarterly business review.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there isn't anything. We had a couple of issues in the past; we didn’t love the direction they were taking on social media. However, the team was open to our feedback, and they wanted to ensure they were representing the brand as best as possible. They took our criticism and course-corrected the path.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Keep the lines of communication open, and make sure you’re well-spoken about your brand and goals. The more you strategize together, the better the relationship will be.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital and creative director for Madison Avenue Couture. We’re a dealer of luxury handbags, and we mostly sell online.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
We needed their help with the optimization of our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility provides us with SEO services. In the beginning, they had to familiarize themselves with our brand and what we do; we gave them a brief and told them what we wanted our voice to be like. After that, they proceeded with the optimization of our website based on the given requirements.
What is the team composition?
We work with different people from their team, including an account manager and a writer.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
It was actually my boss who found them; she researched online and ended up interviewing a whole bunch of companies, including Ignite Visibility. Our previous digital marketing agency also recommended them to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $7,000–$8,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since working with Ignite Visibility, our website traffic has skyrocketed by 100%, which is pretty astonishing to see. Hence, we’ve also decided to switch over to their paid digital marketing services, hoping to achieve the same success.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is excellent — the account manager is always on top of things and responds quickly, which has been a delightful experience. For communication, we communicate and track tasks mainly through monday.com.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What's most impressive about Ignite Visibility is that they are genuinely invested in our product; the previous companies I've worked with weren't as interested, so it's been a very refreshing experience to work with their team.
Are there any areas they could improve on?
I can’t think of anything negative because they’ve done a great job overall.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you need a reliable partner, you can’t go wrong with Ignite Visibility.

Content Marketing & PR Releases for Legal Finance Company
"I like their personality, where they're going, and their strategy."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a director at a legal finance company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
We were trying to address our Internet marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility writes our web content and addresses issues on our website. The team is in charge of our site’s blog content. We work closely with them, giving them ideas, and the writing process is a two-way street. They handle our publicity, so they write articles and reach out to different outlets at an organic level instead of a paid publication. They also write our PR releases.
What is the team composition?
We work with 2–3 people from Ignite Visibility, including John (Co-Founder & CEO) and Monique (Project Manager & SEO).
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
John was referred to us. We hired Ignite Visibility because when we searched for the keyword, they were the first that came up.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Ignite Visibility has successfully fixed issues on our website, and they’ve refreshed the site’s content. So far, our organic traffic has gone down, so we haven’t seen the success just yet. However, we’re attributing this to the transition the site has gone through.
They’ve been pretty on top of their deliverables through the site’s transition. They’re organized, and their response rate is 1–2 business days, which is pretty reasonable.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been good at project management. We communicate via email and Monday.com. Sometimes things do slip through the cracks, though. They were a bit behind for February, and we’ve had to play some catch-up.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ignite Visibility has good writers. Additionally, the team is very friendly and has really lovely people. I like their personality, where they’re going, and their strategy. Monique is a gem; she’s always on top of what she needs to do and stays organized. They’re very friendly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could make sure that what we have on our contract is clearly stated on Monday.com. They missed a few things, such as infographics and video, that they promised in the first contract that we signed.
They could also improve their directness of communication. Monday.com can appear disorganized on our email. The platform takes a second to get used to, and since we communicate with so many people, staying on top of it can be a challenge. Ultimately, phone calls are better than emails for communication. Improving this could protect them in the future.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would advise figuring out Monday.com quickly. Go over the contract and the statement of work, and compare that to what’s on the platform.

SEO & Email Marketing for Fashion Brand
“They’re very responsive, and we’re always able to have frank conversations.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing at Fram and Partners, a women’s fashion brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
We had just migrated our site onto Shopify, but a lot of our SEO rankings were lost after the migration, so we needed help with improving our rankings back.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility helps us with our SEO and email marketing. First, they took over our SEO efforts. We provided them with a list of keywords we wanted to focus on since those were the best performing words we had before the migration, and they’ve been improving our rankings since. After 4–5 months of working with them, we decided to get their help for our email marketing efforts as well due to their responsiveness and expertise.
Currently, we work very closely with Ignite Visibility on our keyword research and strategy. However, they’re the experts, so we rely on them to help us drive a lot of those strategies.
On the other hand, we give them free reins to handle our email marketing. Still, they have an email marketing plan that they share with us and ask us for our input on a weekly basis. They come up with the concepts and designs, and we just give them an overall direction, making adjustments when needed.
For this part of the project, Ignite Visibility categorizes our users according to their level of engagement, focusing their efforts on the most engaged users. However, they also have a re-engagement plan to make us noticeable for people who previously didn’t open our emails.
What is the team composition?
On the SEO side, we work with two people from Ignite Visibility, who are our main points of contact, and two more people who work in the background and join our calls. We work with two other people on the email marketing side, and they also have copywriters and creative designers working in the background. From their entire team, Monique (Project Manager) is our primary contact; I can reach out to her with any request, and she makes it happen.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
I did research and called several different agencies, including Ignite Visibility. I ultimately chose them due to their expertise and ease of communication.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $80,000 on the SEO services and $60,000 on the email marketing services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Comparing February 2021, when we first engaged with Ignite Visibility, with February 2022, our SEO traffic has doubled, and our revenue coming from SEO has more than doubled. Additionally, they've been able to push up our ranking significantly in the keyword categories that we’ve asked them to focus on. As for email marketing, our email-driven revenue has gone through the roof, improving significantly as well.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
Ignite Visibility is very good at project management. As a small company ourselves, it is usual that we find challenges our bottlenecks along the way due to our limited resources. However, they’re very good at pushing us and reminding us about timelines and milestones. Additionally, we’ve never had a problem from their end; whenever they promise a deadline, they deliver by that date.
We use Basecamp to manage the project. Since our development team is based in China, we agreed to use Slack to communicate, but we also communicate via email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Communication is what Ignite Visibility does exceptionally well. They’re very responsive, and we’re always able to have frank conversations. Obviously, their technical skills are also very good, and they have an impressive ability to take our feedback and make adjustments that meet our needs. Overall, they’re very nimble, and we enjoy working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Recently, we experienced that their sales team was a bit slow to respond, which was surprising considering how quick and responsive our day-to-day team is. It would be great if they could improve on that aspect.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be transparent with them regarding your expectations, and they’ll step up to that. As long as your communication with them is clear, they’re very good at meeting and exceeding expectations.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the chief marketing officer for a sports performance company that integrates the latest advancements in sports and neuroscience into one complete training program.
For what projects/services did your company hire Ignite Visibility, and what were your goals?
Our business is a start up, and we needed a brand identity, visual system, photography direction, logo exploration, and a mascot.
How did you select this vendor?
We started working with Ignite Visibility for a web design project under a different brand in our holding company portfolio. We chose Ignite as a partner after interviewing 4 other companies. We were so impressed with the creative work for that redesign project, we asked them to help us build a brand identity for our sports performance start-up.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
To start, they interviewed our team to gather insights about our brand, and our vision for the brand going forward. They quickly understood what we were trying to accomplish as a company. We talked through creative ideas and directions. The Ignite team presented a mood board with some options, including typography, color palettes, logo directions, photography.
From there, we progressed some mock ad designs, which brought the look and feel together. For the mascot, Ignite presented 3 illustrated options. We refined two a bit further, and then selected one illustration as our final.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our daily contact was an interactive producer, who acted as a project manager. The VP of creative oversaw the creative work, and joined our calls to present the creative team's work and gather feedback.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our internal team is thrilled with the work, especially the founder and our investors. We've now got a brand that matches the mission and vision for the company. We've tested the branding with some of the athletes we train and it resonates strongly with the group.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had weekly meetings and corresponded via email as well. For each phase of the project, the creative team presented designs or design revisions, and talked through the rationale and inspiration behind it Work was always completed in a timely manner.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
This team shows up for us. Their team was smart, hard-working, and persistent, allowing them to always deliver on their promises. I know I can rely on this company when our business needs help.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The area for improvement was on our end. With this being a start up, we took extra time to wrap our heads around some of the decisions that would shape the company's brand positioning and identity. The Ignite team was incredibly patient and supportive.

SEO & PPC Consultations for Greetings Website

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Director of Operations and Creative Director of a small, family owned animated greetings website & business open since 2003. We produce our own animations, built our own system and site, and operate in a highly competitive market with other larger corporations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Ignite Visibility, and what were your goals?
Initially we hired Ignite Visibility for consultation on both SEO and PPC. While they have managed our PPC ever since, we have shifted the SEO consultation to leverage Ignite's other departments: Email Marketing and CRO. Our goals were to bring our strategies up to date, take our efforts in these areas outside, and to increase both traffic and conversions.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our CEO simply researched who were among the top firms that were also geographically close to our offices in Los Angeles. Ignite fit well enough to meet with them. Upon meeting, we were impressed by founder John Lincoln's knowledge and frank, open approach. He walked his talk, and seemed to work hard for his clients, so we chose to work with him and Ignite. Also, they had brought onboard a PPC expert we had used before and whom we wished to continue using.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
They continued our PPC management writing ad copy, placing PPC text based ads and graphic ads, testing social media marketing and reporting weekly and meeting with us biweekly. The SEO work included copy writing and review, keyword management and placement, and they went an extra mile for us by folding conversion optimization and web site design into that work. As a result they handed us a completely new, more contemporary site design.
The email marketing overhauled and upgraded all our email templates and newsletter templates for better CRO and conversions. Here they also went the extra mile and designed a few pop ups to enhance our mailing list and conversions. The CRO has just begun but so far the recommendations are stellar.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have worked with many from the founder and CEO John Lincoln to the daily managers of our PPC, SEO, email marketing and CRO. We have met and worked with managers in between these levels as well.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It's hard to put 8 years of work into a short review, but those 8 years speak volumes themselves. They have increased our ROI in a tough market, navigated us through the labyrinth of Google penalties, worked hand in hand to help us put out fires and recover from sudden situations. They have given our site fresh new looks, and encouraged our in house design efforts. One thing they do very well is listen and customize to fit our needs and aims. We feel less like we've hired consultants to do something to us or for us, and more like we have partnered with a team equally interested in our well-fare and craft. This combined with their staff's broad expertise and up to date knowledge has kept us current and competitive.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent. They have always been responsive and on many occasions gone above and beyond expectations. Their team is always available for questions and advice via email and phone. They have, at times, felt like an extension of our own company.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Three things stand out: The detailed knowledge each staff member offers us. They hire people who really do know this business very well. Then, the fluidity in communication and how well they listen and engage in productive discourse with us. Lastly, that many of the staff with whom we have worked have bent over backwards and gone the extra mile to assist us and provide much needed information, recommendations and materials.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Perhaps a laundry service?

"Ignite answers a question, tells us why it is important, and makes sure that we understand their response."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director of digital marketing for a franchise with 90 plus centers across the country. We offer in-center and online programs for children and adults who wish to improve their brain’s physical performance. Our customers range from people with ADHD, Dyslexia, or learning challenges or disorders, all the way to folks who simply want to up their game a bit. We work with kids aged 4–18, and we also have adult programs.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
I brought them in initially to help with our SEO by fully migrating our site onto HubSpot, as part of it was still on WordPress.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Originally, we were going to migrate and redesign our site all at once, but we made a business decision to break it apart so that we could better track performance internally. Right now, they are redesigning our entire website.
Our website now is very old and outdated — it doesn’t represent our brand or communicate well to our users. It utilizes a lot of text and doesn’t have a very good UX. We wanted to bring it up to date with the new brand standards we’d been working on, as well as create a better that’s easier to understand, scan, and read, and ultimately convert with. Another company is helping with our brand refresh and messaging, and we communicate their work to Ignite for the latter to implement in the design.
We also have a monthly SEO retainer with them.
What is the team composition?
We have Jason (Senior SEO Strategist) and Oscar (VP of Creative) on the SEO side, as well as two other people on the development team. Ignite Visibility also uses offshore developers. I’ve also worked with the head developer, and she is awesome.
We got to a place where we had done a couple of revisions, but the design wasn’t exactly where we needed it to be. We were working with a junior designer on the team, so we asked Oscar (VP of Creative) to bring on a more senior resource to get us across the finish line. He was absolutely supportive and willing to do that.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
I worked with Ignite at a previous company for about two years. One of my colleagues there had done some research, and we liked the client base that they had, and John (Co-Founder and CEO) was rated 2017 Search Engine Expert of the Year.
We also liked how straightforward and clearly they communicated, and their strategies sounded logical. We were doing a CMS migration similar to one they’d done for another of their customers, and they accomplished that without causing a dip in traffic. We were really interested in that piece.
Here at my current job, my boss brought on Ignite Visibility before I joined the team. She’d worked with them at her previous post, which, coincidentally, was also at my old company. I came to my current post during the RFP process and viewed everyone’s materials. I chose Ignite after a series of final interviews.
How much have you invested in them?
We have invested around $25,000–$50,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We signed the statement of work in October 2020. The project is ongoing; once they finalize the design with signoff from all our stakeholders, they’ll launch the site. We don’t have a hard date yet, as we’re waiting for the design to get where it needs to be.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t know what the design output is going to be, but I have seen the senior designer’s previous work, and I am very excited about it.
From February–March, we saw pretty great gains in our SEO performance, including a lift in the number of keywords that our blog had on page one. In March only, we gained 132 keywords. Our franchise ventures each have their own page, and, collectively, those pages saw a lift month over month. They grew by 20% in sessions and 21% in users. Organic traffic to the homepage was up 10%.
Ignite Visibility had an insight that 21 of our top 22 top-visited pages were blog posts, and they recommended that we add an inquiry form to our blog post. We did that, and we are seeing inquiries come through from it.
There have been a couple of bumps along the road, but there have only been a few migrations in my career that have gone perfectly. When a couple of things happened, Ignite Visibility’s team handled them very well, working hard without complaining. They treated the migration just like I would have, and I am responsible for owning it. I felt like we were all a part of the exact same team.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
It started off a little rocky. I came to meetings with questions that I expected the team to answer, and I communicated my expectations when that didn’t happen. Ignite Visibility listened to us and was able to change, pick up the pace, and come more prepared. I have been very happy with that ever since that communication.
We started out with two separate weekly Zoom calls: one for the SEO team and one with the web development team to discuss feedback. Ignite recommended that we form a single call so that everyone can hear each other. We talk about SEO first and design and develop second, and it’s been very beneficial for both our team and Ignite. I also send them emails if I think of other questions between our meetings.
We set the agenda for the meetings the day ahead of time. Ignite sends me a notice of what the agenda is, and then I add my questions and topics that I want to cover so that they can prepare.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s been clear that Ignite Visibility cares about its customers since I first interviewed them at my previous job. Additionally, their strategy revolves around performance, and not just for organic traffic, but sales. I don’t care if I see a 20% lift in organic traffic if it’s not bringing me qualified traffic and increasing leads. They are very accommodating in our standing in that aspect.
I also like how transparent they are about sharing case studies, as well as the templates that they use to track projects. This shows us how detailed they are and what their process is like. By answering our basic questions, we learned how much pride they take in educating their clients. Other vendors that we’ve worked with respond to our questions with vague, unimpressive answers. Ignite answers a question, tells us why it is important, and makes sure that we understand their response.
Ignite supported us the entire way, diving in without question and successfully completing the migration. I am a part of a very small but mighty team, and I was prepared to do a lot of the heavy lifting myself or bring in interns to get it done. Every time I pose a question to Ignite, like how to perform QA, record all the URLs we’re bringing over, or ensuring our redirects are set up correctly, they explained how they would do it themselves. They alleviated a lot from my plate so that I could work on other tasks.
Finally, we asked them to have a couple of development resources certified in HubSpot, and they were happy to get their people certified.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are two items I could say. The first is the previously mentioned communication issues, where their team didn’t have answers for questions related to our timeline and tasks that they were owners of. After I communicated that to them, the situation was fixed immediately.
The other issue was the junior designer working on the website. I know that Oscar was working with him to ensure that the deliverable would work for us, but early on we noticed that we weren’t going to get across the finish line with that designer. His deliverables along the way weren’t meeting our expectations, and we gave feedback. They’ve been flexible, thankful, and able to accommodate us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ignite can give you advice and insights all day long, but if your company doesn’t take those insights and publish those changes on the website, then nothing will happen. I know this, but putting it into practice is the hardest thing to do. You have to make the recommended changes continuously because it is a 50/50 partnership.
Right now, we’re 2–3 months into the SEO monthly retainer. I have 500 pages of content that I can start updating, but I need approval internally, and that takes time. If you’re in this situation, ask Ignite Visibility what else you can do in the downtime.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president and CEO of an online OSHA safety training and education company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Visibility?
I initially engaged them in 2012 to help with Google-related SEO for several of my sites. We’ve continued to add services with them since then.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve worked together on SEO, PPC, link building, PR, content creation, email marketing, branding, and graphic design. We continue to offload digital marketing processes to them after starting them on our own.
What is the team composition?
I work with nine members of their team.
How did you come to work with Ignite Visibility?
I found them through a friend of a friend. With how critical solving the problems I was having with Google were, I was happy to start working with them. The relationship’s grown organically since then due to their client engagement, accountability, and automated reporting.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent several hundred thousand dollars with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since March 2012.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In our email marketing campaigns, we’ve seen a 25% return on investment. Our PPC ROI is 250%. They’ve found a way to attract an audience to our site despite safety training not being an objectively exciting subject.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management skills are fantastic. They report progress to us multiple times a day, which keeps me happy. We’ve just switched from using Basecamp to Monday, which has helped us manage data better.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re always in touch with us to make sure we know how everything’s going. We never have to chase them down about anything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve had a great time working with them, but they’ve grown a lot recently. I hope this growth doesn’t change their customer service capabilities in the future.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Start with a small project and work your way up from there. That’ll give you time to get used to each other. After that, you can continue to grow your engagement with them like we have.
Ignite Visibility improved the client's social media impressions, traffic, and conversions. They also had a seamless process, and they were open to feedback. Their can-do attitude was a hallmark of their work. Overall, their incredible performance enabled them to maintain a harmonious partnership.
