I am Head Of Marketing and our company provides b2b solutions for hotels.

My project was to create a Mobile App for my organization where we can go ahead and do Audio/Video mettings including developing a feture in app where the employes or my collegues can go ahead and update there work report, The requirment was i can even add my clients to the app so even they can keep a track on work reports and can communicate easily with the Team managers for updates and can check there work reports too on daily intervals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for mobile app developers online and was scheduling calls as per my needs with diffrent organization's. There way of R&D for the project and creating the workflow really impressed me they have core knowledge of Andoroid and iOS app development platforms and technlologies.

I had a word with there project manager and the way he took over the project explaining the best technology to develop my Mobile app with adding extra fetures was awesome!!! I had no chance to say NO!!! to what they offered and Hired them for My Mobile App Project.

We took part in a virtual workshop with Neeraj/Aman and some members of the network, in order to scope out the requirements of the App.

A project manager was assigned to us and regular meetings have been held throughout the App development process. he was very much skilled with both Native Android and Native iOS app developemt.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of there Good Knowledge for Mobile app development, the whole project came out an expected Success. The functionality and features helps our employes to create the most engaging experiences for which we receive positive feedback from the team.

Every Thursday at 19:00 hours the team discusses the project progress and important issues on a regular weekly meeting. Except the regular meeting, more meetings were arranged during the business days if the need for that arises.

The project manager was very easy to communicate and kept us informed of the progress of the project throughout, typically through a video call or email, as well as logging progress on Slack and Atlassian.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really dedicated to the Project assigned to them, There communication was clear workflow was really awesome and they achived the deadlines as to there workflow. Best of all they are deticated team of proffesionals and overachived my expactations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are great at what they do and how they do it.... I do not have nothing to say about there services i think they are the best at it and know what the been doing.

Our site was old and needed refreshing. We needed to have an SEO friendly site with new content. We also needed a faster loading site and some onsite SEO work.

We searched online and decided to go ahead with iGeek. Akshita was wonderful to work with. Always making sure we had everything exactly the way we needed it to be.

Just one Akshita, she might have had others behind the scenes but we only communicated with her.

After launching the site our presence was much better, our site loaded faster and we have been climbing up the ranks gradually.

We had communicated via email, text message, phone and sometimes social media. The response time was very good, never waited very long.

They are professional and care. With all the companies we dealt with in the past, this was one we could trust.

We had no issues. Everything was always fixed as requested.
