they already had an understanding of our business. we had a briefing session of our vision and what we required of them they delivered first draft of the strat, we discussed it, it was refined and signed off for implementation

I work directly with the principal and his creative and they are both available to me and team as if we are their only clients

we are ready to launch

the team is hands on and always available to explain and ensure we are always aligned on next steps.

they are fact based. being a lawyer this is important. they are solution orientated. they give you your solution not a template as other big companies were doing. they are 100% at your service and go far beyond the brief to show what is possible. just phenomenal.
