We held a kick-off meeting to discuss deliverables, timelines, and expectations on both sides. We discussed our likes and dislikes about each after receiving the questionnaire responses and ultimately chose the one best suited to our needs. Finally, they developed a content work plan that outlined each page where content was required, as well as word counts and suggestions for what should be written in each section.

Following the delivery of the content, we held several meetings to review the framework and make any necessary changes. Following development, we begin our SEO and PPC activities in order to generate more leads through organic channels.

We worked with 6 primary contacts including a project/account manager, web developer, UX/UI designer, graphic designer SEO team leader and PPC team leader.

Some of the key advantages of the new site include: improved website performance, easier customization of office pages/local services pages to better support business nuances, more engaging/user friendly UX/UI, and the ability for Marketing to manage the site without developer support.

For SEO and PPC, They're a pleasure to work with, and the results are outstanding. We are overjoyed. We've had a higher ROI in the last four months than we have in the previous Two years; the results have been phenomenal. We also get leads from SEO organic channels. Whatever they're doing is working.

The two teams have a fantastic interplay. They are very communicative, so there are never any hiccups; it is a very smooth process from beginning to end with them!

I appreciated their collaborative style and willingness to adapt as our needs evolved. I really appreciate our Development lead - we trust him to provide a strong perspective on our questions, and he's extremely responsive.

The PPC weekly report, week one ..158 clicks, 64K impressions week three..582 clicks, 226,755 impressions Awesome! 20 keywords moved from being > 150 in Google search listing to less than 90 and under 10 in many cases.

iDigitalise was very proactive. They were solid in the beginning, laying out how they wanted to communicate with us and asking what our preferences were. We set up weekly progress meetings and got weekly updates with metrics once we rolled out the campaigns & Digital Strategy .

They came with fresh ideas and were very accommodating. As a result, they were very easy to work with. I knew that we would get results by working with them. The entire team is smart and creative.

Technosoft Engineering is an award-winning Engineering service company focused on engineering design, embedded systems, IoT, design, and ITeS that caters to a spectrum of engineering and manufacturing verticals. We knew we needed an updated website that would continue to gain traffic for us to find more customers in a very niche market, but we had no idea where to begin. We hired iDigitalise to manage full-time our SEO and PPC campaigns.

Together we created a list of of perceived top key words from our own site and our competitors. iDigitalise then revised many of our pages to feature those keywords more prominently and where they were missing - they created new content for us. We work ongoing with two people from the iDigitalise team - an SEM, SEO, and a Social Media Specialist.

We are extremely happy with the response to the SEO program. Keywords have within the first 6 months shown significant improvement and in general, we rank across the board on the first page of our keyword searches.

They have been great about communicating with us and meeting all deadlines. We have a set monthly call that helps us to all remain on the same page, but they are also available anytime we would like to discuss certain aspects of our site and implement changes quickly.

This team shows up for us. Their team was smart, hard-working, and persistent, allowing them to always deliver on their promises. I know I can rely on this company when our business needs help.

Team iDigitalise team was very professional and inquisitive. We had a brain storming session where in they understood my company's business first and the financial instruments that we were keen on selling. Our objective was then defined which was generating leads through paid campaigns.

They were transparent about the business and sales numbers. Targets for leads were then defined and budget to achieve the target was decided. This team will give you daily reports about performance measure and they will run the show independently. Also, the account manager will keep calling you for lead quality etc.

Cost per lead was under control. More or less we hit the target month on month basis. Only once there was tracking issue but that was quickly resolved Lead quality was good. Overall good experience.

We had weekly calls. Their account manager used to share daily performance report as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Daily performance measurement. They will check the lead quality and better the campaigns. They were very inquisitive about knowing everything about my business. What I liked the most was they were very loyal and transparent.

They should build their own AI tool since they have a very good technology team that can automate lot of digital marketing activities :)
