The paid media traffic conversion rate shifted to 4.2% from 2.1%, adding a significant number of ROAS for the ad campaigns. Similarly, the average session and interaction time was also improved on the owned media and organic traffic. Their overall Conversion optimization worked really well for our client.

Once the development plan was finalized, we shared the existing CRM with Ideators to take insights and data. They deployed their salesforce engineers and consultants to start working on the action plan.

Soon after we deployed our new CRM powered by Salesforce, our systems and processes became drastically effective and efficient. We did not require multiple tools or applications to manage our sales, e-commerce, vendors, or inventory since this new platform had it all and it was quite convenient for the end-users to use it. It saved us a lot of time every day in our daily sales and supply operations.

We had a constrained budget for the whole augmentation, due to which Ideators costs were so close to fit within that limit, after that they conducted a test among their resources and provided us the cleared resources. Since we already had discussed to hire the team as per their recommendation, we took the team onboard and aligned them with our IT managers. The process is already in going, and yet has to achieve certain milestones.

We first discussed our needs, for every possible IT solutions which we were aiming to augment, Ideators provided us the solutions and resources to fill those departments. After that, we got a clear picture for the number of resources required. Ideators then provided us the bracket budgets for all kind of teams and resources. We carefully evaluated the prices and selected the most suitable option. Lastly they conducted a task and test as per our requirement, and the cleared candidates were onboarded for the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We already had numerous expectations from the IT teams, as they were hired and sourced as per our choice. As the project is moving forward, we are delighted to see the commitments of the teams, daily engagements, problem solving and timelines. They are quite above the standard we set.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Being in healthcare sector, our communications and timelines are very strict and we expect others to be as per the guidelines we follow. So far, the teams by Ideators have a great sense of responsibility and dedication, and they work as per our workflow and methodology. Our teams (both inhouse & outsourced) are in regular contact for every single issue.

I am working under the capacity of Assistant Manager Cyber Security and Project Management, I am looking after major and multiple clients from different regions across Middle East, South Asia and Europe.
For what projects/services did your company hire Ideators?
We usually get requirements from the clients to be fulfilled on an immediate basis, from all sorts of cyber security and SecOps services, including managed cyber security services, which as a consulting firm, we do not provide and cover.
We took Ideators onboard as a third-party vendor to manage and fulfill the requirements of the clients, also providing the dedicated resources
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We had already limited number of vendors for this purpose, as there are limited services firms for cyber security in the region. Ideators, was among the top-ranked cyber security firm on Clutch, also on Google, with some of very positive reviews related to Cyber Security.
We interviewed the company's leadership and project managers, to get to know their values and culture better, and this was the conclusive factor before we hired them for a long-term agreement.

As this is an ongoing project, with managed cyber security services, and dedicated resources, we do not have any open stages, or phases, however the firm engaged Ideators as vendor by taking following steps:
- Screening of vendors/services providers
- Requirement of services and proposal (RFP)
- Initial meeting and discussion related to projects
- Screening of professionals and RFP provided by Ideators
- Interviews of candidates and stakeholders involved in the project
- On-boarding and allocation of tasks followed by daily scrums and meetings (Ongoing)

Ideators provided us a some of their most competent and qualified cyber security team members who were available to deploy on 50%, 75% and 100% allocation for the clients.
We were provided with their profiles and resumes, also the portfolio in which covering the major areas and industries for each candidate. Provided of those resources, we hired the whole team as per our immediate requirement.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
However we are still in engagement for this project, we can say that initial outcomes were above expectations, and meet the standards of both us and the clients. With ongoing the project, the engagement is getting smoother and efficient as we work on daily basis with their team, and we expect to see even better results than now.

Ideators is communicative, efficient, and agile. We work in the same method, so it is directly related to our working style. Workflow is direct and communicative, without any buffers or roadblocks.

We found them to be a company lead by youngsters and energetic tech enthusiasts, who have the abilities to win the game. They are far above the typical consulting firms.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
To be honest, they can do much better if they brand themselves in a right way. We already heard about them through Clutch and Google, but their overall branding requires attention.
The end client commended the outcome of the client and Ideators partnership. The team worked hard to produce excellent results in a timely manner. They also executed a smooth workflow by discussing and communicating in the partnership. Their ability to deliver what they committed to was impressive.
