When we started our digital marketing department, we needed a reliable team to create all types of content for us - text, images, videos, and animations to generate thought leadership in the B2B domain. As Idea Fueled was a one stop agency that even offered to help us with our content marketing efforts, we decided to go with them.

A few years back, we engaged with them for a video project and got to know them via reference. Seeing their understanding, strong recommendations in bettering the project were the deciding factors. The main reason was they worked exactly as an in-house team so we decided to go with them for our content designing and marketing efforts.

We started off with them for just the content designing in order to gauge the quality. Over a period of 3 months, they proved to be a really good partner in marketing our content so we upscaled our requirements to:

• social media content designing
• videos
• blogs
• articles
• PRs
• web copies

They also created the ad copies for our LinkedIn and Facebook PPC campaigns from deciding the design to a creative text copy of the ad images.

The team understands our priorities and never hesitates to take up iterations wherever required. The content copies provided by them are getting decent traction in terms of traffic. Additionally, the ad creatives designed by them also got us good results.

The workflow has been smooth till now and they are really good at communicating. We hold weekly meetings to review the progress and decide a plan of action for upcoming weeks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team truly understands what's the need of the hour and how to align resources to the critical requirements. They have always been patient with our feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We believe in experimenting with things at a faster pace but at the same time, quality is equally important. They always prefer quality over speed.

I am the CEO of an Online Reputation Management Company.

We are currently in preparation of launching our new business in the Online Reputation Management (ORM) space. We wanted our site to be exciting and to stand out from the crowd with, UX/UI, videos and animation. I literally vetted 33 companies from around the globe before I chose Idea Fueled and its co-founder Puneet.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through an extensive Interview Process with all the candidates and this company was one of our top three candidates. We ended up choosing Idea Fueled for a variety of reasons but in large part because of their experience and immediate grasp of our project concept by only our first call. They understood the business and the necessary functionalities we would need to include to best maximize our sales and revenue. We could also tell right away that they are a very personable and genuine team. An added bonus was that communication was very easy and there was never any language barrier whatsoever.

Puneet is extremely organized with his approach. The process began with a documentation of the scope of work in order to provide reference to all the design and development work for further steps/phases. The next phase was branding where they performed research and sketches with logo designs sketch few logo versions based on previous conversations and meetings they had with us. The next step was designing.

They prepared, decided, sketched, and created a visual and graphic design as well as a clickable prototype. The final stage is the actual development of the website where all the approved UI is converted to HTML/CSS and gets implemented on everything. Moreover, Idea Fueled has been terrific in making the changes, modifications, and edits that we have brought to them even after it appeared the website was complete. They’ve remained reasonable and helpful throughout.

We worked Mainly with the UX/UI Designer who also served as the Project Manager for the company. He works directly with his wife, Esha, who also worked on the design process of our website. They work together seamlessly and are a great combination of technical skills, creativity, and business acumen.

We are extremely pleased with the work, time, and commitment that was provided by Idea Fueled. We’ve shown the design mockup during its various stages to various people in our circle, some of who are CTO’s of companies, and they have all been amazed and impressed by the design work and dedication of this team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and communication were very effective. Although there is a time difference, they were very on the ball and very responsible with scheduling calls, answering emails, and phone calls. They never kept us waiting on calls and were always on time, even when scheduling last-minute meetings and adding in last-minute edits. If they are going to be unavailable, they will tell you ahead of time and there will not be any guessing as to whether they will be available or not.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive and unique about this company is that all the work is done by married couples who are both very experienced and successful Website Developers. Their work is not only professional, efficient, and timely, but it is also personable. The line of communication isn’t passed along to a sea of different people but to just one source and I believe that aided in the process of executing this design in such a short period of time. I specifically sought out a company that had the requisite talent but also one that wasn’t layered in bureaucracy and multi-layers of unnecessary staffing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The entire project was executed wonderfully, professionally, and without any chaos or conflict. They really did a great job and I’ve already committed to using their services again on another project. We will be continuing to utilize their services on this project as well for our ongoing needs and growth.

I am the CTO for DevCare Solutions, responsible for the overall technology operations of the organization and responsible for ensuring technology needs which provide business value are served to our clients.

Enhancement of the Sales experience process for one of the largest retail furniture outlet in the US.

What were your goals for this project?

To provide UI/UX for Web and Mobile applications which were Greenfield. the applications are to be used by internal sales associates and understanding the needs of associates and delivering optimum UX for a B2E was critical, primarily transitioning from a paper based process to a digital process. The goal of these applications were to improve the overall sales experience process for the associates and the customers and thereby increase the revenue.

Idea Fueled was selected through a stringent process after identifying and interviewing 16 vendors. They had shown excellent understanding of the project right from day 1 and were able to showcase what they could bring to the table immediately.

Idea Fueled was engaged through a discovery process and were provided with minimal guidelines for coming up with the UI/UX for the scoped applications. I worked with their designers to provide the details of the engagement and their team was responsible for delivering the UI mockups, prototype and then the required assets that the UI developers could you.

What was the team composition?

Two UI designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Idea Fueled was able to deliver the required outputs within schedule and within anticipated budget. Working in a compressed schedule was the biggest challenge and they could easily overcome the challenge, almost effortlessly. The business / client approved the designs without a single iteration or feedback which is the biggest achievement and shows how well the team understood the requirements and have done their research on the business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team were spot on in terms of maintaining a single channel of communication and were almost available throughout. We've used Microsoft teams as a channel of communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

People. Thats what makes any company. Extremely professional and are experts in what they do. Their communication, deliverables and setting expectations right from the get-go made it super easy for my team to set right expectations to the client. With several unique points they bring to the table, the most unique is their understanding of the requirements effortlessly. I hardly had to spend time with them to describe the requirements.

Another aspect is their Thought Leadership. They are always on top of the game to suggest and recommend what's appropriate based on industry alignment.

The project entailed full stack development for creating a web based software for travel itinerary planning. It entailed design, full stack dev. work, as well as all wireframing and UX UI.

The team composition was both Esha and Puneet for the entirety of my project. They are a fantastic team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Outcomes from this project that show success are emulated by Puneet consistently setting goals, and delivering the product far in advance and far past my expectations for excellence. Every time I assigned him a task, he presents it days in advance and at a level of such high professional work, that I am blown away every single time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fantastic. I spoke on a daily or every other day basis with Puneet and Esha. Puneet and Esha have fantastic English skills and are very on top of their organization. They always ensured deadlines were met in advance, and they reached out frequently to discuss satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I found most impressive, is how well they work together as a team. Puneet handles the dev side and Esha handles the wireframing and graphical side for UX-UI. They are an AMAZING team. I could not think of a better team to work with. This is why I have chosen to utilize them for my entire project.
