We needed help building software.

iCoderz Solutions built our software from scratch, and we provided them with documentation to start with. They developed mobile apps for iOS and Android that function as a marketplace with local deliveries.

We worked with three people from iCoderz Solutions, including a project manager, a backend developer, and a cloud expert.

How did you come to work with iCoderz Solutions?

I did my research and looked at different companies. There weren’t many companies that could offer the service we were looking for back then. I saw iCoderz’s reviews and talked to their CEO. I decided to go for them because their price was acceptable. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have six apps now, three in the App Store and three in the Google Play store. iCoderz gave me a product that seems to be working, and we’re launching it into the market as we speak. I tested the product, and it functions well for now; the fact that I was given access means they stepped up.

How did iCoderz Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I got a good response time from them. We used Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iCoderz Solutions was ahead of the curve by providing a service that only a few companies could on a global level. They were innovative and forward-thinking in that respect, which I liked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could spend a little more time with the customer and explain what to expect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to do the homework and come up with a set of questions you want to ask the developer. When a company sells you a product, you have to remember they’re salespeople. Although it’s their responsibility to explain so you understand what you’re buying, you also need to ask questions before committing. That way, both the seller and the buyer will have clarity on what to expect. 

Also, spend a little more time with the contract instead of rushing it through; this is both the vendor and the client’s responsibility. Overall, be prepared; I wasn’t, and I wish I had been.

One aspect I appreciate much is Icoderz ability to givrle better or alternative solution to create the system we need. This is important as not many companies has an inhouse technical person. Communication and project management is very good. Timeline sometimes get delay but this is also due to many changing variables. Overall this vendor is highly recommended

Their ability to understand and create the system and upgrade it the way we want it to be are outstanding! And they are also able to give useful if not brilliant alternatives

Timeline, Meticulous and Reporting could be better.

The work was to build a static website and the timelines were short. They adhered to the same and the technologies used in building the same were HTML, CSS

We were able to increase the traction on our website and helped a lot in reaching out to the category of audience we targeted at the initial stage.

Sticking to the timelines and delivering on time was the most impressive thing with them with quality code and proper testing

it was really easy to start off the project. Icoderz set up a Skype chat where they will communicate with us. They introduced their team to us and what everyone's role was.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We put a hold to the project because of some personal reason and Icoderz were very understanding when this happened. When we resumed the project we were running behind schedule but they guys worked hard to make sure we meet our target and same time went over our expectations.

The application came out better than expected and they implemented better designs and helped us quite a lot as it was our first time and made sure they explained everything to us and made sure we were happy with it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

When working with a very experienced team like Icoderz's, it is very easy as they already know what is required to make a god application

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were really impressed with their patience and customer service. They had a very good knowledge in what they do and you could easily tell they had done this for a long time

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their response time was great even with the time difference, but they some times made updates upon request but will fail to make us aware.

I am the CEO of an early-stage startup called Alexandria. We are developing a marketplace where fans can book real-world activities and experiences with social media influencers.

We engaged iCoderz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to develop the first version of our iOS mobile application.

We aimed to launch a viable product in the App Store.

How did you select this vendor?

I held extensive conversations with six development firms I found on Upwork. I selected iCoderz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. because I trusted their authenticity and believed they had my best interests at heart.

We began prototyping the product almost immediately after we selected them. This was a lengthy but comprehensive and rewarding process. We worked daily in close communication to bring our product vision to life. Their team strategically built the backend structure before focusing on the frontend UI/UX. They responded well to any pivots in the product design.

What was the team composition?

Although we only communicated with a project manager, iCoderz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. also dedicated two frontend developers and two backend developers to our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very happy with the outcome of the product. We have successfully launched in the App Store, and we are attracting users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Our internal team is relatively young, but they made a helpful roadmap for the entire development process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Every interaction I had with their team was helpful and authentic. As a young entrepreneur, I was impressed by their ability to lend much-needed guidance.

Although we communicated very well, we could have benefitted from making the project roadmap more visible.

iCoderz Solutions completed every element of my project to my satisfaction. There were a few issues in the initial deliverable, but their team was always open to feedback. iCoderz Solutions was open to being collaborative and took their time to complete the work to the best of their ability. It never felt rushed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ashish was a pleasure to work with, going along with the project management hub I designed for the project. Besides their technical ability, I enjoyed how in sync Ashish and I were. Finding someone you enjoy working with is crucial to any successful project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their flexibility. As with many projects, we hit a few roadblocks, but Ashish and his team were prepared for anything. iCoderz Solutions resolved several unexpected challenges without asking for additional funds. I was concerned about that when choosing a vendor. Their commitment to working within my budget without other costs was huge for me.

No, I would recommend iCoderz Solutions.

I'm the founder and CEO of a small startup in the U.S.

For what projects/services did your company hire iCoderz Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

To create our mobile app, which is our first product for the public.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to deliver a quality product that was user-friendly, responsive, and clean in design. We also needed the application to encourage user engagement through fluid, natural paths.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several development companies we found on Upwork. We chose iCoderz based on their experience, professionalism, and the quality of their portfolio. Their pricing was very competitive as well which made them a great fit for us.

The application took over a year to build because we wanted to combine features of several other complicated and popular apps into one. This was quite a challenge for the team who worked tirelessly on the project.

We coordinated my design efforts for the UI with the backend design and logic as well as the path and flow of the front end of the app. We had to do this keeping in mind that other features will be added on the next iteration.

The team consisted of an iOS development team and an Android team.

We don't have any results just yet as we've not fully launched.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams was effective, which sharing Google Docs helped with a lot. Initially, the project was managed on Firebase and that helped us get on top of the complex task before us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to cater to all my demands and desires for the project with quick precision and accuracy.

They should come back to Firebase for project management.

I am the CTO of LinkMind, a secure and private one-on-one messaging app for the mental healthcare industry. Our platform connects patients and therapists.

Our project centered on building a web app and mobile apps for iOS and Android. A critical part of the process was making sure user information is secure on our platform.

I searched online for app development companies in our area and found iCoderz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I selected this vendor based on the quality of their final proposal, their willingness to train our team on how to interact with the app post-launch, and their reasonable price point.

iCoderz Solutions built a custom, private messenger app without using an API. It includes sign in, signup, and private invitation features for users. Along with a messaging function, it sends auto-response emails. From a security perspective, it uses the latest encryption coding available to keep patients’ information safe.

We worked directly with their senior management team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We couldn't be happier with iCoderz Solutions’ work. Our app looks exactly how it was designed and intended to appear. It includes every necessary feature we requested in the build. Most importantly, we have not discovered any significant bugs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

iCoderz Solutions has always returned our messages within half a day. They met all of our deadlines. The team has gone out of its way to be available for us whenever we needed to discuss any critical matters. When inevitable errors occurred, iCoderz Solutions fixed them right away. They performed thorough QA testing to make sure everything was fixed. We never discovered the same mistake twice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

iCoderz Solutions’ honesty and professionalism are second to none. They never exaggerated a delivery date or a feature. They are fully capable of delivering on all the promises they make.

Although they finished the project on time, development speed is an area they could improve.

I am one of the founders of a startup based in Ahmedabad, India. I oversee all of its activities.

We needed to develop iOS and Android apps that could list various services like car washes, cleaners, movers and packers, and electronic repairs. We didn't have an in-house resource and needed an outsourced development team.

We needed the app to be completed in 3–4 months. We wanted time for the app to be beta tested to ease its full release.

We wanted someone based in Ahmedabad, India. After meeting with few vendors, we shortlisted three vendors. After reviewing iCoderz Solutions' experience and past work, we decided to choose them.

iCoderz Solutions first set a workflow between us and design the frontend. Then, they coded the product's backend. Our vision was clear to them, and we didn't have to constantly talk back and forth on issues. They provided timely and accurate updates at each milestone. Within three months, their team created a prototype to test. After testing and bug fixing, they helped launch the app for beta users.

The team consisted of an iOS developer, an Android developer, one UI designer, and a project manager.

iCoders Solutions provided top-level talent at affordable rates, and the app they developed was on par with our expectations. Their team saved us time and additional resources throughout the project. We are soon launching the final release.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our project manager was energetic, responsive, and a good listener. I was mostly in contact with him but could tell our concerns were being passed on to the development team. They conducted a meeting every evening via Skype or phone. We met for weekly meetings at their office. We were given daily updates on progress, and overall, their project management was agile and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We worked closely with their team and were delighted with the results. Our project manager was outstanding and communicated flawlessly. He took control of our project in ways that far exceeded my expectations. I highly endorse this company and will continue to use them. Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CTO of a software coding and development company that also provides special streamlining of IP services, cloud, and some consulting around security in DevOps.

What challenge were you trying to address with iCoderz Solutions?

We use iCoderz as an outsourced partner when we're too busy with our work. Based on the amount of staff that we have free, we outsource some tasks of our bigger projects. They help us go through our to-do lists and have delivered good quality work on tight deadlines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They mostly do backend development and some design work. They do a lot of heavy code writing and heavy lifting on the development side. We document the architectural design specifications and they take those on, designing and developing per our specs on both backend and frontend.

There's a lot of AWS [Amazon Web Services] cloud work involved, and they also work on Xcode, MySQL, Cassandra, and anything else Android or iOS related. They also do web applications using HTML5 and PHP and have worked with Wordpress, Swift, and Laravel, which are the most common frameworks but I'm sure I'm leaving some out.

What is the team dynamic?

They have a fairly deep team that specializes in many things. They run the whole spectrum and can work on the full stack, whether it's mobile, web, or e-commerce. They always help us in a timely fashion and there's no technology that they can't help with.

How did you come to work with iCoderz Solutions?

I found them on the web when I was looking for specific skill sets. I needed a quick turnaround and they had good user reviews, so I called them and interviewed them. I liked what they had to say and they showed that they could finish the work in half the time compared to others. We ultimately hired them and things have worked out great for us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2016 and the engagement is completely ongoing. The relationship is going well; we see no sense in changing our partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm extremely satisfied and the projects have all been successful. Our tasks and batch file processing went from 24–26 hours to 45 minutes thanks to their involvement. Also, the accuracy for things like geocoding and IoT devices has improved by 75%.

We're able to onboard more clients quickly and more efficiently, and can make more changes to the client environments.

How did iCoderz Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is done in a couple of different ways. We often set up phone calls to discuss new projects and also use online tools like Basecamp and Trello to track changes and manage projects more efficiently. We demonstrate what we want using visuals, so it's easier. We can also do markups and they can translate that into coding. 

They always have a clear understanding of what we want—we speak the same language when it comes to communication. We have very few instances of things being confused. They're very seasoned and have a great project manager that aligns well with our own project management team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their talent and creativity are unique, and they've always gone above and beyond for anything that we need. I can give them a skeleton wireframe and I'll get some very creative thoughts and ideas from them, which they'll later incorporate into the development stage. I always wonder how they can impress me next.

Are there any areas they could improve?

People can always improve and with us, there's always more to do. We haven't run into any bottlenecks or problems, however, I do use other companies because there are limits to what any company can take on. I wish I could give iCoderz all the work but their time is limited.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I advise any client to be clear and upfront with what you want. They are very creative, so allow them to implement their creative skills. We thought that we were more creative, but they proved us wrong. They're very good at what they do; be patient, always.
