Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a partner at Mouldies, which is an e-commerce website for B2C and B2B in the ceramic tile industry all over the world. Most of our products come from Italy and Spain.
What challenge were you trying to address with iBoon Technologies?
I wanted the main page to look like an Italian website and not an Indian website. We needed someone to develop our e-commerce platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our e-commerce platform where sellers upload their products to be sold. They also developed our mobile app for Android and iOS. They recently integrated a payment gateway. Every day, they make changes to introduce innovative products into our website with many customizations. The content writer was from their side and put some videos on my website.
What is the team composition?
We have a dedicated project manager.
How did you come to work with iBoon Technologies?
We met with about 10 suppliers. We decided on iBoon Technologies because they could develop our product exactly how I wanted it and stick with it for the full duration of the project and beyond. We wanted at least a two-year contract for development as well as updates. I found them to be honest and dedicated to the product.

We’ve spent 2.5 Indian lakh rupees (approximately $3,600 USD).

We started working together in November 2017 and the work is ongoing.

Last month, we offered them 1% of partnership with our company. Looking at the project and what we’re doing, we need their IT assistance for a longer duration of 2–4 years. We offered them a partnership with our company because of the satisfaction level that they have met. They’re very cool. My clients are sincerely happy and satisfied with the website. We selected the right company to do the work.

We found the company from google search and we decided to work with iBoon Technologies based on their portfolio and Clutch review.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They explored a few work request frameworks prior to giving us 4 alternatives. I loved that they recorded the advantages and disadvantages of every arrangement, which made it simple to pick one.
Then, at that point, they carried out the new framework, relocated our inheritance information, and normalized our IT business work processes. One of the key elements they designed was the capacity to naturally allocate requests to repairmen and screen the request status.

Ankit who is also the project manager handled his tasks professionally and i have to say i'm rather pleased with the outcome , although we faced some roadblocks along the way.

The skillset of the people in this company and the technical abilities to solve issues along the way.

More transparent communication with the team members perhaps, but generally , i'm quite pleased with the overall handling of this.
