After delivering web app/software, they manage all our IT needs. In case of any technical issue, we contact them and they come with an immediate solution. We are a digital partner, pay annually based on the services we need

We approached I Mate Plus with our concept and asked for their support because I didn't have much experience with technical skills. This process resulted in the development of our web app, which we are happy with so far.

This is a big project for them and it took time to establish a reliable workflow. We were behind schedule for the first couple months, but they quickly learned from their mistakes and always respected the initial cost estimate. Initially, an assigned project manager leads the project, but that seemed to create more work for me. They’ve since engaged a leaner approach and everything is going great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

If I suggest a new concept or feature, they'll analyse the options and, more often, come up with a better solution. They're trustworthy, constructive, and prepared to write high-quality code. They are honest and direct about their mistakes. They've made recommendations for us on many occasions. I was also impressed by their initiative in developing unit test metrics, and they aim to exceed the level we need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We experienced some issues regarding organisation and scheduling, but they worked to resolve those problems over time.

I’m the owner and director of my company that provides False Flooring, False Ceiling, Mineral Fiber Ceiling, Gypsum Board & Contracting, and interior design.

I Mate Plus provided a solutions architect to help us architect and design what our new site would look like from a technical perspective. They also provided development resources from Laravel & React backgrounds, that helped us in Backend Development, choose a deployment strategy, and get that in place for both our teams and public sites.

The team consisted of software architects, Back end software developer, Front-end developer, web and graphic designer.

The simple and dynamic creation of the pages and creation of the invoice allowed sales staff to attend to customers faster, which contributed to customer retention and new sales.

Clear, direct, and open communication at every stage of the project. The team was always proactive in driving the project forward. We were constantly updated on project deliverables, next steps, challenges, and risks.

I Mate Plus Team broad knowledge, creativity, engagement, and openness. Definitely, the focus on the business outcome is very unique among other Software Companies I worked with. Thanks to the Rapid development approach by I Mate Plus we meet the deadline and completed it within the budget and time frame.

They’re very attentive. It was great to cooperate and most of the aspects were very good.

To develop in-house software as well as mobile app that is up to the latest utility.

We selected I Mate Plus after comprehensive research due to a previous bad experience. We found I Mate Plus very responsive and well-organized, and do their best efforts to understand our needs.

They digested all the product requirements we compiled, and they ultimately produced a fully-functioning product that we could use with our internal team. Marketing Representative part of the product is a mobile application for Android. They also helped us build the web-based portal. We provided some raw wireframes and documentation, and they helped us fill all the gaps. They helped with additional documentation and design, and they produced everything we needed for the finished software. We used Laravel, React JS & AWS for hosting. They accounted for all the compliance and security standards we required.

We were assigned people including a Project Manager, Developer and we must not to forget Akshay, who always take the responsibility to take the project to the right direction.

They helped us meet an aggressive timeline. We had to pare down some of the features, but they delivered the software on time.

I want the Digital Menu for my Restaurant Group where people can access the menu with the QR code and easily do their order.

I drop a mail to many IT firms, but I choose I Mate Plus reason behind it is I wrote my basic requirements in mail and then had a meeting about the project discussion. where I asked them to share basic design for my digital menu and they shared the four different design templates with its estimated time and cost which shows their interest for my deal.

I got a suggestion from Akshay that using React and Laravel is best for my requirement as restaurant owners can update items from the digital menu daily basis with the user friendly web app.

During the pandemic period digital menu helps very well, customers can easily scan code and give orders.

Their delivery process. Each stage is exactly executed as mentioned in the project document.

They start by creating prototypes, and they've already shown me how my site redesign will look. I could see that they provide custom trailer solutions; they went out of their way to accommodate my software and provide me with something unique. Once they started the development, they spent a lot of time keeping me informed about what was going on.
