We are a distributor for Automation machines and products.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hypersonic, and what were your goals?
Our website was very outdated. We do not have in-house resources and needed to hire a company to get it up to speed and increase our traffic and "look".
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I heard of them through word of mouth. After meeting with them I knew they were right for the job! They listened to detail and what I needed out of the web site.

We had a kick off meeting and went over the detail of my company and my vision for the web site. From there they came back with ideas that immediately fit my vision. We then had a few meetings to discuss changes, photos, product pages, etc to continue the process. All along I was sent the web site preview and able to offer suggestions or changes. Then once we had final approval we were up and running!

A project manager and 2 developers.

Our manufacturers and customers really appreciate and enjoy the new user-friendly website. We appreciate the new traffic it brings in!

Communication was key. The project flowed smoothly and if I ever needed anything or had questions the response was immediate.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They listened to our needs and understood what our company was all about. This way they were able to fill the page with the vision I had almost immediately. Anything I wanted to be tweaked, they would do right away. Real easy and smooth!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. The working relationship just flowed. Great team to work with!
