We were about to finish the project if we do not find quick and proper solution, which was find and choose new marketing agency, which we can trust and which has high ability to boost our business. Our e-shop had already been losing money for 6 months. Monthly cashflow was negative and we were paying more for advertising and agency work than we were making in sales. 

The situation was not sustainable in the long term and the project budget was gradually reduced to a minimum. There was a need to quickly get the cashflow into the black and then start addressing growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase in turnover, reduction in campaign budget, positive response to product design change, and management of social media including new creative direction. The overall redesign was crucial for us and set a completely new direction for our brand, thanks to Hustle.

Their management has always been very organized and precisely planned. Thanks to them, we have implemented some new procedures in our company. They have maintained open communication with us as clients, which we greatly appreciate. Everything is always delivered on time. HUSTLE designed and installed the navigation system in our distribution centre. The contract also included the re-photographing of employees and the production of wall panels with their photographs.
