Together, we are looking for ways to draw attention to our CSR programs as effectively as possible. How to inspire with stories. This includes a year-long basic plan (including the setting of KPIs for social networks), a debate on the choice of channels, a discussion on the form of processing (and these are already qualitative KPIs). 

We track clicks, reach, impressions. And so far we are always ahead of schedule. Every month, Hustle gives us a summary and recommendations. / In addition to classic KPIs, we monitor how many people are interested in our programs thanks to campaigns.

• Successful increase in the number of applicants for the grant program and engagement in the "Silnější Hybatelé" initiative.
• Effective delivery of content that showcases the "Dokážeme víc" program across social media platforms as well as at offline events.

The company has been bringing electronics for both household and leisure purposes to the market for many years. It all started in 2013 with the establishment of the brand, which focuses on meticulously crafted dash cameras. 

In 2014, the brand was founded, specializing in leisure electronics, and in 2015, the brand emerged, taking care of health and beauty. The youngest member of the company is the brand, which simplifies household care, and its story began in 2019.

The campaign was highly successful, well-received by the audience, and achieved impressive view counts. We met our goal of increasing brand awareness for the brand.

We were about to finish the project if we do not find quick and proper solution, which was find and choose new marketing agency, which we can trust and which has high ability to boost our business. Our e-shop had already been losing money for 6 months. Monthly cashflow was negative and we were paying more for advertising and agency work than we were making in sales. 

The situation was not sustainable in the long term and the project budget was gradually reduced to a minimum. There was a need to quickly get the cashflow into the black and then start addressing growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase in turnover, reduction in campaign budget, positive response to product design change, and management of social media including new creative direction. The overall redesign was crucial for us and set a completely new direction for our brand, thanks to Hustle.

Their management has always been very organized and precisely planned. Thanks to them, we have implemented some new procedures in our company. They have maintained open communication with us as clients, which we greatly appreciate. Everything is always delivered on time.
