We were trying to increase our online presence through paid ads on Google and certain social media channels.

We had sit-down meetings to discuss our business goals and identify keywords we wanted to rank for. From there, they set up some ads, and we collaborated on the look and feel. They did AdWords, with advertisements through Google Ads and LinkedIn. They also manage our LinkedIn and Instagram posts.

They were recommended by a larger agency who felt they’d be a good fit for a company our size. We didn’t consider any other companies after talking with their team as we really liked them.

We’re getting more traffic and leads, and, as a result, we've closed several deals. They're definitely what we’ve been looking for. They track visits, leads, and conversions; then, we go over all the metrics together. It’s all gone up significantly.

We wanted to drive qualified traffic to our website through SEM [search engine marketing].

What was the scope of their involvement?

They met with us and gathered information about our business and how it operates. We gave them access to our Google account, and they went in and started adjusting and adding on to existing work. It was primarily Google, but they did other search engines, like Bing.

They've met our SEM goals and modified and tested several things within our campaigns.

There are 2 people. I have a main contact, and he works with another person whom I've corresponded with by email.
