Im Country Manager of Twisto Poland. Twisto is a payment app connected with Mastercard that introduces a new and modern method of payment. With or without a Twisto account, customers can pay for their online purchases with just one click.
Registered customers can also take care of bills and invoices by taking a photo of them within the app, pay just about anywhere else with the card or Apple Pay, or split a common payment among their friends.
On top of that, the account comes with the best exchange rate possible for international payments. Twisto displays the payments in a neatly designed mobile app, and customers pay them all at once at the end of each month. Twisto also allows users to pay in installments with immediate approval. Vast majority of our projects regard head hunting services. From the beginning of the 2020 together we managed to build from the scratch highly qualified teams of experts from B2B sales, risk, digital marketing, financial area.

We estimate that our cooperation brought significant time savings as the entire recruitment proces is outsourced and managed by external agency. Their specific is also high time to market where we can finalise the recruitment even in 3 weeks.

We are a company manufacturing interior and exterior decorative trim for the automotive industry. We have plants in the UK, Poland and Mexico.
For what projects/services did your company hire HR Contact?
We were looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to represent us in the USA where we needed to replace an employee who was returning to the UK. Although this territory is known to us, we did not have any office / admin staff to run this project and we have had amazing previous success with HR Contact.
What were your goals for this engagement?
We needed a candidate that had experience, not only in the automotive market, but of our specific product basket.
How did you select HR Contact?
We have used HR Contact to help us find staff, initially in Poland. Kasia's knowledge of the USA prompted us to use them as our single agency to source candidates for the role in Detroit.
Describe the engagement in detail.
When we briefed them, they also asked for the first 6 interview questions we would be asking the candidates, so that they could use them to help filter the candidates. This novel approach meant that we received the best 3 candidates, who were all interviewed, and all could have been employed (if we had had other vacancies).
What was the team composition?
We had two contacts within HR Contact and we spoke on a planned weekly basis to keep the project on track.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The successful candidate has been in post for all of 2020 and it is unfortunate that the global pandemic has meant that face to face meetings with customers have had to go online. That said, we are seeing some interesting leads coming in from OEMs that we have not dealt with in the past.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent - they asked us how frequently we wanted to be contacted and we agreed on a regular weekly call.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
Their novel approach (in 30 years in recruitment, no other agency has ever asked me for interview questions for candidates). They worked so well that we now use them for all of our overseas recruitment around the globe.

PayPro is online payments service provider and owner of :przelewy24" - a leading PSP brand in polish market. Strategic hires project was led by PayPro CFO and CHRO Michal Hull.
For what projects/services did your company hire HR Contact?
Under rapid market changes triggered by COVID pandemic and e-commerce growth the company required major upgrade of it's org structure in strategic areas such as Operations ( Customer Service, Merchant onboarding) and Risk Management. Quality change was needed urgently so the speed and quality of service was critical for the company to succeed in its transformation.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Selection process was fast - we have contacted 3 head-hunting agencies and selected HR Contact within 4 WD. Tremendous energy, very direct style of communication and hands-on approach were deciding factors for selecting HR Contact as our provider.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
Project was focused on hiring 2 senior managers that would fit into growing and challenging environment of PayPro. HR Contact spent first days of cooperation on understanding our needs and description of our services + challenges to understand what type of employee we really need. We've set up individual path of communication for the 2 hirings, direct one between HR Contact and C-level executives of PayPro. Each lead that was qualified by HR Contact as potential hire was carefully examined, described and presented to us for our decision on further steps. We were fed with high quality CVs and descriptions only which made our selection process easier.

We had HR Contact GM and 1 specialist involved in direct communication with us.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The outcome was immediate hire of Risk Manager - individual with massive sector experiance, required seniority and openess. We closed this one within a first month of cooperation. HR Contact agile approach (retrospective look at the candidates + recap of our requirements) to recruitment of OPS Director was critical for progressing with this hiring and closing it according to the plan.

Agile, direct approach to this strategic hires saved our time and focused our efforts on high-quality candidates that were all a good fit for our company. With high quality of candidates we were able to hire absolutely best ones.
