The comprehensive scope of work entrusted to Holdapp encompassed the meticulous design and construction of iOS and Android applications. The project unfolded through a structured approach, segmented into the following distinct stages:

1. Workshop and Kickoff: Holdapp initiated the engagement by meticulously collecting pertinent information, selecting appropriate technologies, and laying the foundation for the project's execution.
2. UX/UI Design and Usability Tests: A comprehensive style guide was crafted alongside wireframes and full-fledged designs. A prototype was generated, which underwent rigorous usability testing, constituting a pivotal phase of evaluation.
3. Code Development and Testing: The development process culminated in the creation of two native applications, meticulously coded and accompanied by rigorous testing protocols.
4. Google Play and App Store Launch: Holdapp played an integral role in the successful launch of the applications on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Their guidance ensured a seamless introduction to the respective platforms.

Moreover, their efficient work ethic was reflected in their adherence to established timelines, consistently delivering within the stipulated time frames.

What stood out most impressively about this company was the depth of expertise and extensive experience within their development team, particularly in crafting eCommerce apps. Their capacity to innovate and suggest creative operational strategies, along with their proactive assistance in resolving API-related challenges, significantly expedited project progression. Their adept contribution allowed us to achieve accelerated strides in our project.

No areas for improvement were identified as I found their work to be highly satisfactory.

We were looking for senior devs. We shortlisted 3 candidates and had interviews with them. We chose candidates basing on both technical and soft skills.

Outcome was delivering scope in time, budget and quality, despite obstacles (due to 3rd party integrations) that occurred during development.

We worked in Agile in cross functional team. We communicated by MS Teams and calls. We tracked progress in JIRA.

Their consultants were very knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. Their business understanding and proactivity were impressive as well.

To build a solid native mobile app with the use of all good practices.

We’d worked with them before. We did consider a couple of other companies, but we checked the code they had all created, and they were the best.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a ready mobile application in 5 months. The quality of their code was really good, and the client was also very happy with the iOS app

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I wasn't part of this communication, but my PM and Scrum Master did not report any problems. Generally they praised them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sorry, but I wasn't to close to this project. From my perspective the most important thing is that client was happy about final result. That's all what I need.
