Ours is a 3 star rating hotel based at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India and I am working as their General Manager.

We wanted HitsValue to redesign our existing website and work on the colors and content since the website was old and was also not optimised. We hired them work on the SEO of our website.

Our goal was to get a newly designed website that was updated with the latest communication standards and get the website to be seen in the top search results.

We had searched for the company on Google and then coordinated with the Project Manager with our requirements. Their vast experience and expertise in the IT sector attracted us to get our project done by them.

We also based our decision on the various word of mouth recommendations that were given to us by other people who had hired them before us.

Our older website was developed using HTML that was given an outdated look and feel.

We got them to change the technologies from HTML to Wordpress and WooCommerce and get the facade of the website to the current new and vastly improved look.

In all we worked with 2 of their team members out which one was the Project Manager and the second was the developer.

Our website was up and running in the month of December 2020.

The deliverables did the trick, and we saw a drastic increase in the flow of business from our website as it provides the consolidated details about our hotel and its facilities and services.

We had discussed the entire project first with the manager from their team and had given him the probable result that we wanted.

We were using various communication tools such as email, phone calls and also video calls when required.

It was their demeanour that was the most impressive and that helped us greatly in getting the work done and the outcome was a beautiful website as was desired by the senior hotel management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not for now. All the work done has been to the satisfaction of the hotel management.
