I’m the president of a custom software development company based here in the USA.
What challenge were you trying to address with Hildebrand, Limparis & Associates, CPAs, PC?
We were looking for an accountant to give us better advice and help us close our books every year.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team is helping us out with our taxes and is responsible for our tax planning efforts. On top of that, they find ways to optimize our business.

We began working together in January 2006, and it’s ongoing.

We’ve been pleased by Hildebrand, Limparis & Associates, CPAs, PC’s services and that shows in our 15-year partnership with them. We appreciate that they’ve been very helpful on the consulting side and ensuring that we’re always prepped and read with our taxes. They’re having some growing pains when it comes to responsiveness, but I’d rather we get the right answer rather than a fast answer. We typically communicate through phone calls and email.

Their knowledge on keeping up with the changes regarding taxes has been impressive, and they’re confident in the subject matter that they’re paid for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be nice if we could have an online portal to keep track of everything we’re doing because right now everything’s just on paper.
