I am the marketing manager at Empowerly. We provide solutions for top companies to connect with talent.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hey Oxford?

We had to redesign our site and wanted to create a marketing automation process to better drive inbound leads. Our challenge was that we did not have the time for that, nor the knowledge of the best ways to approach inbound marketing and to position for digital marketing.

Our goals were to help clarify our business offerings, target audience, and acquisition channels to better build an inbound marketing channel.

We were referred to them, but we still went through a selection process after considering five agencies.

They worked with us to define and clarify our strategy, helped to refine our creative, and then helped to execute the plan. They then implemented the plan that we created together.

We worked with a project manager, a designer, and a marketer.

We saved 20% in our marketing spend while improving our customer acquisition cost (CAC).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They managed the project. We were in near-constant communication and we felt like they were a natural extension of the team.

I appreciated their insight. We have found that a lot of agencies will tell us what we already know, but they helped to bring insight and new thoughts to the conversation.
