Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Autumn Whispers. It’s a digital vault where people can store various things including recipes, pictures, memories, messages for future readers, etc.
What challenge were you trying to address with Heveloon ltd?
We needed an app built.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Heveloon ltd developed a mobile app from scratch, handling its code, backend and frontend development, as well as design. They helped me build out the functionality for the app as well. It’s for Android and iOS, with security built in for users’ peace of mind regarding their storage.
What is the team composition?
I worked with an account manager, Samuel (CEO & Co-Founder), Laura who handled design, and Davide (Co-Founder & CTO) who oversaw the developers.
How did you come to work with Heveloon ltd?
I contacted them after seeing their website. We met and had a few phone calls. I did consider other companies as well but I liked that Heveloon ltd grasped my concept immediately, had competitive pricing, and was responsive.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about €7,500 (approximately $9,200 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September–December 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There has been extremely positive feedback from our market research on the concept of the app. A beta team will be testing it soon. The team delivered a quality product and was ahead of the timeline. They accommodated every change I made, while also giving good ideas to improve UX and so on.
They guided me through the technical aspects of creating the app and recommended someone to help build the web app. Heveloon ltd really went above and beyond my expectations. It was a seamless engagement.
How did Heveloon ltd perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Asana and another tool for project management. They were transparent, responsive, and even worked some evenings and weekends to ensure all deadlines were met.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a positive team that works to understand the needs and wants of their client. Additionally, they walk through the journey from concept to realization, providing suggestions and guidance along the way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need to market themselves better; they’re difficult to find.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a good understanding of what you want to achieve and convey it to them clearly. Communication is key.

Our main goal was implement the marketing part using blockchain technology to validate the impressions. And on the other side implement a marketplace section inside our services.

We found them via Lin, and i thought they were the right companies for doing this job.

They developed the system for the implementation of the marketing try-ons inside our platform. Working with a series of APIs to manage the possibility and deployed then later the part. On the other side, the NFT marketplace of our platform, with the scope of letting users connect with their wallet provider and buy NFTs related to the fashion industry.

There were four people: Samuel, David, and two other team members.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I'm very satisfied with their work. Samuel is a super manager and works very well with clients. Personally i meet a new friend instead of only a business partner.

All worked very smooth and fine, and all the timelines were respected. Their commitment is super serious and professional.
