I’m the website administrator at Hostings.info, a hosting rating site. We’re a Ukraine-based company but now we’re trying to access the international market.

We needed to improve our website. We had constant problems and bugs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They carried out some improvement tasks for our website. They provided customizations and upgraded our search system for our website. They added a special system for our ratings, and they helped us to search the ratings because we had constant problems with that.

We worked with one project manager.

Multiple people recommended them to us. They also have an office in Ukraine.

We worked together from August–September 2020.

Before, we had constant problems and bugs, but now everything works fine. The improvements have increased our site traffic by 15%. We’re getting good results.

The team was communicative and really efficient. We communicated via Skype or Viber. Some members of their team are working from Canada and we’re in Ukraine.

We needed to build a new website. We hired another vendor who started the website, but didn’t finish it, so we had to find a company to finish the project.

The value of the engagement was excellent. Their work was affordable, but it made a difference for our company. When we looked at the finished product, there were no glitches. Internally, the team was happy to see the results of the Hetman devs.’s work.

I liked having one contact because it streamlined the process. Hetman devs. Has two offices, one in Calgary and another in Ukraine. The education between the two locations was flawless. We never had any misunderstandings even when working in different time zones.

I'm the co-founder of WeAreWe marketing agency.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hetman devs., and what were your goals?
The challenge was to quickly develop and launch the website that would announce the start of the company and appeal to our prospective clients. For us, the main thing was to do it quickly and effectively. Plus we needed to ensure the site looks amazing on any device. That was done absolutely fantastic.
How did you select Hetman devs. and what were the deciding factors?
We assessed a few candidates to get on the project. The main factors were experience and how a team treated initial negotiations. I mean guys asked a lot of great questions which allowed us to get a new perspective on the project. They provided us a lot of valuable insights even before we signed a contract. I would call that way of work and collaboration - outstanding. Guys are top pros.

For us, that was step #1 in the journey of creating a webspace for our agency. The key deliverable was a website that is animated, engaging and looks amazing on any device. After that stage is done we've moved to the next steps of our site development and can't wait to see new chapters there.

We worked with the project manager, designer, and web developer. Everyone did much more than we initially expected. So we can't be happier with how everything went.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We had 2 weeks to complete the project and everything was done right on time. To create something like this in such a short timeframe is a great achievement.

We had a few calls to create a brief for the project. Then guys started to work giving us transparent updates on every stage. Everything went smooth and joyful.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive part was how they worked hard in trying to understand every little aspect of our business. After a few meetings, we felt like a team. And we were 100% sure Hetman will deliver a top-level product for WeAreWe.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think everything is great.

Our website conversions have increased 3 times. The time spent by users on the website has also increased.

We used Trello project management tool. In general, the project manager usually answered our requests within 10-15 minutes. Everything was very friendly and fast. We are absolutely satisfied with the result and the communication. We will use their services again.

I can not name any.
