Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chairman of Dream Career Guidance, a company based out of India.
What challenge were you trying to address with Hemito Digital Pvt.Ltd?
We were facing challenges with marketing our different courses. We hired Hemito Digital to support us in finding leads or parents who are willing to relocate to different states of India.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hemito Digital’s social media marketing efforts include generating leads on Facebook and Instagram and responding to said leads. They have also set up our SEO strategy and Google Ads, and have done video production for us as well. We share the video specifically through our social media channels as well as directly to the leads we get from social media. We also share it through WhatsApp, which is really popular here. Hemito Digital created the video based on our requirements.
What is the team composition?
We work with six people from their team: two handling the social media work, one in charge of SEO and Google Ads, two graphic and video editors, and one content writer.
How did you come to work with Hemito Digital Pvt.Ltd?
They were recommended by a friend of mine, so I Googled them. I liked what I saw, gave them a try, and have been very satisfied with their work.
How much have you invested with them?
We’re spending around $1,700 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together about a year ago, in March 2020. We continue to work with them and they provide support even on holidays.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before, we weren’t able to find successful leads from social media or any public campaigns. When we first approached Hemito Digital, they were able to create a strategy for March–May 2020 and, in just the first month, got us 350 leads. They’ve met all the deadlines and milestones defined in our contract.
The video they created has also made it very easy for marketing our courses, because it’s easy to circulate, and both parents and students can easily understand the courses we provide as well as all our other services.
How did Hemito Digital Pvt.Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve put a lot of effort into generating leads for us and are also very good with communication. They have their own project management tool and ticketing system which we use to communicate. The team usually responds to any questions within 30–45 minutes, if not sooner. We can also get in touch with them through WhatsApp.
We talk daily. Every morning, one of their social media managers will send us updates on the leads they’ve gotten. They will also call me just to ask if we need anything done differently and will collect my feedback to include in their ongoing strategy.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are always very welcoming to their clients. I’ve worked with 6–7 other companies and Hemito Digital’s management is very supportive in comparison. They work on what they’ve committed to delivering until their client is satisfied.
